Hey y'all, it's shine international hair and i'm back with another video. Today we will be doing a q, a as i show you how to do this. Nice sleek look from start to finish. Okay, also, as you can tell by the video titles, we are doing a q and a and i'm gon na be putting on a wig. This video is sponsored by ali meese hair. So i'm going to keep the curl pattern today, um and, if necessary, i'll, add like a little bit more curls in it at the end, what else that comes in the box? If you wanted to make the wig clueless, they sent you a strap that you could attach to the wig and it hugs the back of your head, so that the the wig won't go anywhere. They sent some lashes maintenance tips, especially for my ladies, that are just now getting into the um wig life maintenance tips, a wig cap which i'm about to put on so today, i'm not doing the ball cap method, because it's just a it's just a 4x4. I had already bleached the knots yeah, that's what it's looking like and i plucked it as well. Y'All, listen here, y'all wait a minute. The lace is transparent. So what you would do is add some makeup. That'S your skin color to the lace, don't make it too dark. So that's what i'm about to do before i put it on, and i'm also going to cut these thick strips off right here. As you can see, i love it already. Oh my gosh! Let'S give it selena selena all right, so i'm about to go ahead and put some makeup on this and i'm gon na we gon na start with the questions. Y'All cause y'all had some questions for me. The glue that i'm using today is channeling beauty, lace, collection. Don'T mind it looks kind of raggedy because i use this every day at work or whatever, and i'm gon na just put a few dots right here in this general area and i'm going to do a couple layers. So first question: let's get into it. Let'S get into it how to let go things of the past yeah. That is a very, very good question. When it's time to go it's time to go y'all everything cannot come with you. You have to understand that i think understanding like some things are for a season. Not everything is meant to last forever. At the end of the day, the past doesn't exist anymore. It happened already and there's nothing that you could really do about it to change it. So um letting it go and leaving it in your past is the best option that you have, especially if you want to move forward. You have to realize when it's like your time that time has expired, it don't matter how hard you try to make something work or how hard you try to stay around for somebody or when the time is up. The time is up. It is what it is relationship wise. So that's some other things that i tell myself um, especially when leaving things in the past. It'S like it happened already, there's nothing that i could do about it and i move forward and that's that okay. So next question: what's your take on married men trying to date single? Ladies um? I don't know why y'all asking me that, but this is just my opinion. Okay, i feel like people in general are going to do what they want to do if they're married and they feel like they want to step out they're going to do it. Everybody'S grown and everybody is aware that helps me limit um people being able to make excuses. So as far as married men dating single women, i feel like um. Most parties are aware of. What'S going on, sometimes the lady isn't aware you get what i'm saying like he'll lie, make it seem like he's single for the most part everybody's aware of what's going on so when the repercussions hit and things fire off or like things don't work out, especially like Single women dating a married man knowingly and things backfire on you. You are aware of the circumstances, so it's really nobody's fault, but your own all right. I typically wait until the glue is like clear, but you can see it right there. I'M gon na go ahead and lay it down, so i put the back on first and then so. Oh i'm gon na bring the tip of the the the lace, like the hairline, all the way down to right here. Okay, next question: what motivated you to start? Your business and are there any tips on how to start a business? Okay, my motivation for starting a business was that i didn't want to work for anybody, so i feel like that's most people's motivation when they start a business. Some people are just passionate about something and they want to see themselves do that for the rest of their lives on their own terms. So i'm going to go ahead and blow dry right here, y'all yeah! So that's what basically motivated me to start my own business is the fact that i didn't want to work for anybody. I wanted to work for myself now um. You said what are some tips on how to start a business honestly? Do research on your field? So if you want to do hair, do research on hair, how much are they charging to sell hair around in your area? You know how much um, how much is the class? How much does the wig cost wholesale you're gon na say how many pieces of hair do? I want to start with write down all your plans, so it can be cohesive. So when it's time to take action, you have your steps like okay. This is what i have to do: okay, how to stop overthinking girl. When i find out the answer, i will let you know but nah what i do to like cut out my overthinking habits, because i am an overthinker like i try not to beat myself up about certain things like because really that's what it is. You'Re overplaying a situation in your head over and over and over and over i try to slow myself down. I allow myself to think about it. Okay, that's the thing you have to allow yourself the space to think about it and give yourself a time frame. Okay, if i don't come up with the solution, i answer or something by the end of the day, i'm done i'm done over analyzing it. So that's what i do. How did you get snatched? Oh honestly, i don't feel like i'm as snatched as i want to be, but i wear a weight shaper at the shop like almost all day. Sometimes i go 12 hours, you know sometimes eight it just really depends on the day at the shop. I am, i don't really work out. I'Ve just started getting into boxing like that's once a week and i'm about to up it to like twice a week, so i feel like that's the workout cut back on fast food. I cook all my food, all my meals pack, a lunch before when i'm at the shop yeah. So those are my my things that i do to get snatched mind you i'm still in the works of getting snatched. So, like i love my body, i just you know you know, girls be wanting the perfect body or whatever so yeah. How do i feel about this middle part? Okay next question: when did you start working for yourself and at what age? I'M just going through all y'all messages as far as like working for myself, like completely my last year, being employed was 2016. So that's five years ago i got fired from my my last corporate job really and i just was like i i can't i don't want to do this like they fire you for the most stupid things, and you know i was really hurt, because i had a Really good job, i landed a really good job and i really really like that was my favorite job of all the jobs i've ever worked at. So i was hurt about that and i just was like i hate the fact that our like livelihoods are based on. Like a boss - and they could cut you at any moment, so that's what made me like: okay, fv, i'm about to work for myself, and that's that i just took off with it. Oh, what do you look for in a relationship um honestly, i'm not looking for a relationship right now, but i do look for um somebody who is like on my level mentally financially physically, like everything across the border i feel like we should be trying of matching In a way, i don't look so good with this hair. It looks so good. I want. I want somebody on my level. That'S just point blank period, i don't been through all walks of past so, like i don't you know, i don't been taken care of as a partner. I haven't been um, doing the taking care of you get. What i'm saying i just want. Somebody who matches me matches my energy matches. My ambition just matches me as an individual somebody who i could be my own, authentic self um with and they could be their authentic self with me and we just get each other and we just i don't know equally yoked they're, not perfect, but they're perfect. For you, i just want to find somebody who's perfect for me next question: what motivates you to reach your dreams? Honestly, the the progress that i have made so far thirsty. Look how far you came so that definitely definitely motivates me to just keep going like if this is possible. Imagine where else you could go, imagine what else you can do. The opportunities are endless, and so that's what really motivates me? When did you stop dancing um? I said this in a video before, but i it's been six years now, since i've stopped dancing so yeah um. Let me see who are your closest friends at the moment. I have a few, but definitely my girls, that like show up for me, like my girls, that and they know who they are there they're there when i need them. Um they're there to listen to me, talk i'm there for them. They understand. I don't got ta talk to them every day, so i don't have to question their loyalty. I don't have to question if they'd be down for me like i, don't have to worry about any backstabbing or betrayals. So those are my girls, they know who they are. I need advice x, popped up and while i was in a relationship with the love of my life and i broke up with him, i made a mistake. My ex popped up, while i was in a relationship with the love of my life and i broke up with him. I made a mistake: listen y'all, listen, listen, listen, listen, listen and listen, close okay when your ex pops up and you feel like. Okay, sometimes you with somebody and you like, whatever you they're, just a placeholder. You want to get back with your ex, but when your ex pops up like when you're in something good like a good relationship and like this, is the happiest that you've ever been you're. Never that's a rule of thumb, you're never supposed to let your past ruin your future. If anything, if your ex is serious about getting back with you or you know serious about the changes that they have made, they will be there when, when or if you get out of the relationship with the person that you currently are with, they will wait for You or if y'all are meant to be together, the stars are going to align, y'all, be leaving y'all next for your ex and i'm so sorry, but that's not the way to go that ain't it. So i would say for you um. I would try to work. It back out with the next and just let them know that you made a mistake: uh, it's really up to them. If they want to forgive you, which that's kind of like a hurtful thing, because we're in a day and age where people are just um, they always have an attachment to somebody. That'S people's fears. These days, like i'm, invested into you and you're gon na. How do i know you're, not gon na leave me for somebody else, there's somebody that you're in love with or somebody from the past, the egg so um it's up to them. If they want to forgive you, if they forgive, you great work on that, and you need to completely remove your ex from your life so that y'all, so that you won't have your next feeling anyway, if they don't want to budge if they feel like. You know that that that's not something that they they'd be into. I feel like you, have no choice but to respect it. You can fight for them, but no means. No, so just you just gon na have to respect it and find a new next. There'S. 8 million people in this world. Okay, all right! This is gon na, be my last question: how to successfully start a youtube um, the the best way to start a youtube is to start yeah. You never know where your channel is gon na go um. You never know what video might blow up for you. One thing about youtube: it's not overnight and like even now, even though i have like a little following now, i still have to remind myself like it doesn't have to happen overnight. I have to keep putting in the work to get to where i want to be. It'S not just going to happen. So i try to like remind myself that when i get discouraged or when i'm like taking mad along to like upload videos and stuff like that so get started, you don't need much iphone and uh. You can even edit and upload on an iphone. So you really just need a phone get going, get your ideas going and start actually putting in the work to start your channel, all right y'all. So this is the final look. I actually did some wand curls off off the camera. I ended up just one curling. The whole wig, because i wanted all my curls to look cohesive and to be all one pattern.
