2X6 Lace Closure Wig Install

Hey YouTube: what's up guys, it's your girl, Whitney B and I'm back with another video today, video, I'm gon na show you guys how I apply and style my closure young ways. Of course, we'll start with our cap. I do have my hair just slicked back now, a lot of people have questioned like if a cap is necessary or if you really need a cap in guys, you don't need a cap if you just want to do like straight back so I'll suck your hair Back in a ponytail and just throw your wig on top of that, that is totally fine. It'Ll still look the same. It'Ll give that same look and those you have a cap on, so I cap is not required. However, like I said, I don't braid my hair down, I flick it back, so I always usually wear a cap just to protect my hair and just because I feel like more secure. However, a cap is not rescind a wig that will be installing today. This is a handmade wig from my wig collection, and it does include an elastic. It does include an elastic band and, like I said this is the lace. So it's a closure unit is a super easy unit, super beginner friendly unit. That would definitely work well for all my beginners out there. This is super soft and I did color this hair jet-black just because I don't really like the brown, but I did color this hair, so I'm gon na start with my gusts to be blue blasting spray. Now, since I now, since I do not have like a full life, I'm only gon na apply it right here where my legs will be. You can't apply all the right way around, but I mean it's up to you, I'm going to take my wig and I usually it's usually easier if you grab it by the band and then slide it on this already looks. It'S already looks good yeah. I definitely will scoot it back now. I usually do the little baby, hair and a frame. It'S totally up to you, some people like it some people, don't I'm just a big fan of a little baby hair just to give it a more realistic look, but it's definitely your preference. If you don't want the baby hairs, I mean you could just call me back. It'S not a big deal so guys, as you can see like I said this wig is super easy super beginner friendly. I have not even done anything to it and it already pretty much looks pretty good for the most part. So what I will do is to lay my little baby hair up front that I created down I'll take a little bit of gel. This is just the Eco style gel in a little bit of setting lotion and just to lay the baby hair down just a little bit Spray just a little bit of guys to be. I know. Sometimes you guys see me using a blow-dryer. I mean for this little bit: a blow-dryer really is not required. I mean, if you want to use a blow dryer to kind of like blow dry. Just this small piece down you can. This hair is straight texture. However, as you can see, it's kind of waved up a little bit, so I'm gon na just run the Flatiron through it to get that bone straight. Look that I'm going for this hash dragon super well super easy, alright, guys now that we have straightened this. So I'm gon na take a little bit of my foam setting lotion and what I'm gon na do is just use this to lay down any flyaways that I may have um. You don't need a lot just a little bit. You don't want your hair too wet, but you want to use it just to kind of tame those flyaways and get that super straight. Look so guys like this is so for me, hair is always much longer, but this is definitely a look. Super cute super easy. So guys, like I said this wig can be purchased on my website.
