shein wigs shein human hair wigs reviews

Hey you guys welcome back to my channel, so today we're going to be doing another sheehan wig install, and i know i have a lot of sheen content that has been going up. That is not supposed to be the plan. I actually wanted to span it out over a certain amount of time, but some of these sponsorships and these companies are really screwing me up. So we are back with another she in video, but this is going to be a wig install and your girl found a 40 inch wig on sheen, yes ma'am. So here is the wig. As you can see the screenshot. It is a 40 inch. 200 density, 13x4. Frontal lace, wig and, as you can see, this is the wig fresh out of the package. It is a nice density, but it's not as thick as i would like it to be. Personally, it's giving a little more 180 in my opinion, but it isn't like it's super thin, it's just not as thick as i would like it to be. So i'm going to show you guys how i make my wigs a lot thicker here is what the front looks like before i decided i was going to go and record this video. I did start plucking the wig. So that's why it looks like it's pre-plucked, but it did not come like this. It was actually very dense in the front. I wish i would have showed you guys, but i didn't think i was going to record this video, but i was like. Let me go ahead and record it so yeah. This is me plucking, not how the wig came. So here are the two bundles that i'm going to be adding to the wig. I got these from amazon and these are actually only 36 inches because i wasn't able to find anything longer from the seller that i got these bundles from i'm pretty sure they did have 40. But i read the reviews and people were just kind of like nah. Don'T don't even bother cis, don't get these they're cheap, they're thin. So i was like you know what i'm just gon na get 36 and focus them mainly at the very very nape of the wig, which i normally do anyway, and when you do that it kind of mimics 40 inches. If that makes sense, because it's all the way at the bottom of the back of the wig, so it blends in with the 40 inches - and it looks like you know, the bundles are longer than they actually are. So what i do is i take the bundles and i part the hair like this, as you can see, there's tracks on the wig and when you go through the wig, it's literally track after track after track. What i do is take the bundles and glue them on top of the track. I do not glue them in between the tracks, because that's where the stretchy cap is - and if you do add bundles to that it will take away the stretch from the wig and then the wig probably will be too small. So i just glue it right. On top of the tracks, but i only focus it at the nape. The farthest i'll go is like maybe five inches up from the nape, but i don't go too far up because then it could get a little bulky. So here i'm just pinning the hair up to get it out of the way so that i don't get glue all over it and i'm taking my little hot glue gun. I got this from, i believe amazon, but you can literally get these from anywhere any sort of arts and crafts walmart. Wherever and here i'm unraveling the bundle, as you can see, and i'm going to measure cut and then glue. So i'm going to actually glue two bundles on top of this track. I only do this way in the back, because i don't want it to get super bulky at the like the middle when i start to get up the wig, but here i'm just going to do two on top of the track so that i can fit as Many as possible - and i was actually able to fit both bundles on this wig, so you guys will see that as the video goes on, but i'm just gluing these on just to make the wig a little bit thicker and no. This doesn't affect anything. I didn't have any issues or i never have any issues when i do this to wigs, because a lot of people wonder if it's going to fall out when you wash it when it gets wet. Literally, i've done this to wigs for years, and i still have those wigs and the tracks are still in the wigs, no problems whatsoever. So here is the wig after i added the first bundle, and i want to do a side-by-side comparison of the beginning. When i showed you the wig fresh out versus now, so you guys may not even be able to see the difference, but i definitely can and i could feel the difference as well, so i'm just going to go in and add the second one. So here i'm just going in adding a couple more tracks, and this is basically at like the middle of the head, but i'm only adding one on top of the track so that it's not super bulky, because i wanted to fit all of the bundles or both Bundles on the wig and i was able to fit them both and i'm just going to continue to add the tracks, but not going too far up. I actually ended up going down after the last track so that i didn't go up too high and it ended up working out perfectly. So this is after adding the two bundles. I know y'all see the difference, it's nice and full and thick, and that's exactly how i like my wigs. This is what i do when i find a wig that i really want, but i can't find the density that i want, or i do this to wigs that have maybe gotten a little old. You guys know wigs lose hair over time and they shed and if you want to go and add in some more bundles to kind of revive a wig or bring it back to life. I do this to a lot of my wigs. It'S one of my favorite things to do honestly, because it just makes the wig nice and full and juicy - and this is exactly how i like my wigs to look so now. This is the color that i'm going to be going in on the frontal with this. Is the argan oil - and this is in one in which is very black and i'm going to use 30 volume developer from clear oil professionals. I feel like that was a tongue twister and it wasn't but anyways i'm using this on the frontal and then i'm gon na go in with the back of the wig and watercolor it, because i do not have time to part this long, ass, hair piece by Piece and put color on it, so i'm going to do the frontal very tedious so that i don't you know, get any color on the knots and then i'm just going to watercolor the back. Just like i did the other wig. So here i am just mixing up the color. Nothing special is one part color and then two part developer. So to make sure i don't get any color on the frontal or the lace i'm going to go in with this spoolie and i'm going to just comb. It on the roots and make sure that i get as close as possible without actually touching the roots, and i'm only going to do the roots. And then i'm going to go back in when i'm done and just saturate the ends of the hair so that it's nice and colored and then i went in and did the remainder of the process which you guys will see in a second. But i'm just going in section by section not doing like baby little sections, because i don't have time for that: y'all, i'm a lazy, wig girl, okay, the easiest way for me to do all of this. I'M going to do it! So now i'm going in to bleach the knots i actually ended up bleaching the knots when i first got the wig, but it didn't turn out the greatest. So i'm going back in again and doing it again since i colored the hair already i did the whole watercolor process. That'S nothing to see. I just literally dunked it in warm water poured the color in there and let it sit for like a couple hours. But i'm using the quick blue bleach because i'm kind of tired of using the bw2 i feel like the bw2, is super brassy. And i wanted to try this out because it doesn't come out as brassy, because it's blue - and i like that. So i'm not sure if i'm ever going to go back to bw2 honestly. But here i'm going in with a knife, a butter knife, a plastic butter knife at that to just smooth it onto the lace without putting too much pressure on it, but enough so that it does actually bleach the knots. And i don't have to go back and do it again. So here we are, after the hair has air dried and i bleached the knots it didn't come out the best of my ability, but it was because i was a little nervous about pressing too hard after i had already colored the hair i didn't want to over Bleach the knots which is fine, it didn't turn out terrible, but i definitely could have you know, pushed a little harder, but here i'm just taking my hot comb hot comb in that back, so that i can really see what i'm doing and then i realized. I can't really see what i'm doing because, like i said, i already plucked the wig and i didn't want to over, pluck it. So, in order for me to be able to really see what i already did, i just used a napkin to kind of make. It show up a little bit more and, as you can see, you can definitely see it a lot better and you can kind of see that it looks a little pre-plucked already because, like i said, i went in and did that before recording this video. But i wanted to go in and do a little bit more. I never pluck like crazy, because i want my wig to you know naturally do its thing over time because i have over plucked, so many wigs and ruined them and the hairline looks ridiculous. So i didn't even go in and do too much because i didn't want to over, pluck it, so i'm just gon na do a little bit here, just a little bit to make it look a little bit better because, like i said it was super dense. When i first got it, it did not come pre-plugged whatsoever, so this is the best. I can do. I'M still working on my technique, so the clip at the top is me just straightening the hair. It'S really nothing special. I went in with some bio silk, which is my favorite thing to use on my straight hair and i went in and straightened it and then the clip on the side with the orange shirt is me after i straightened it. That is what it looks like, and here i'm just showing you the ends, for whatever reason, the long hair the ends are always a little straggly and i absolutely hate that i will not walk around with straggly 40 inch hair, i'm just gon na trim it. Even though that's annoying and you don't buy 40 inch hair to cut it, i prefer it to look a little bit healthier at the bottom. So that's why i just trim off an inch max and you still get the effect of the really really long. You know luscious bundles without the straggly ends. If you don't want to do that, you don't have to. I prefer it because it just looks better that way. But here's how it looks after i went in and trimmed the ends. It just looks so much healthier. So much silkier and i just prefer it to look like this. In my opinion, i think it looks the best this way, but you can do whatever you want all right. Ladies and gentlemen, this is me. I know i have freaking baking powder under my eyes. I was getting ready, it was a lot going on, so i ended up just leaving it on. I know crazy, but here i am putting the wig on after everything is said and done. Okay, i did over pluck in the middle, as you guys can see. That'S why i just don't be plugging too much, because i just do the most like once. I start it's a wrap, but this would be so much better if i was able to tint the lace. As you can see, the lace is pretty light. So if i had some type of lace, tint that i can just dunk the wig in or whatever it would have been perfect, but all i had was this even lace, tint which, to be honest, i don't really like it's too brassy for me, but it was The only thing that i could find and my powder was just m.i.a, so as you can see, it looks a little bit better. It doesn't look so white and ashy. I guess is the term that i can use, but i should have kind of went in a little bit more at the hairline with the spray because that's where it matters the most, but i was able to go in and fix that later on. But here i'm just cutting off the excess lace over my ears so that i'm able to lay the wig, nice and flat - and you just want to be careful, so you don't chop your ear off. I said i was going to start applying my adhesive or whatever. I'M using under the lace, but i was in a rush as you can see so i just went in and did what i know, because i don't want to try anything different and be here for like 30 extra minutes, so i just sprayed it over the lace And pressed it in blow-dried it and then i'm going to go back in and spray another layer so that it's nice and secure and then i'm going to put on my elastic band for basically the remainder of me finishing up the styling. So going back in and fixing the straightening of the wig because it gets a little wild and crazy. As you can see, the front is just going insane, so i'm just going to do that extra layer and then i'm going to take my elastic band and put that on there so that it could get nice and secure. And then i'm going to move this out of the way, so it doesn't get stuck to my forehead. So after about 20 minutes, i want to go. Do some stuff i'm going to cut off the extra lace, and i personally like to leave a little bit of lace behind, because installing wigs is not the easiest thing for me and once i lose that, like grip or that extra in the front, it's like impossible For me to reinstall a wig, so i kind of left a decent amount, but once you go back in and spray it kind of you know evaporates a little bit and then once you go in and add makeup it'll be perfectly fine. But here i'm just going to go in and just press the hair out a little bit more because i kind of kind of got a little wild during the install process. So i'm just going to go back in and go over it one more time to make sure everything's nice and straight so. I actually saw this flat iron on tasha's story: tasha washer, if y'all follow her on instagram or youtube. But i went to target to get these and they were on sale just like she said, and i was able to get both of these for like 20 total, so i don't know if they still have that, but you can go check out at target. I will have everything that i used in this video linked down below, so you guys are able to find everything with ease. So here is what it looks like after the fact and i'm going to take off this elastic band and just be careful because it is a little painful okay. It was really stuck okay to my forehead and i was like girl, but this is what it looks like. As you can see, if the lace was colored properly, it would be a melt, it would instantly be a melt, but the lace was not transparent. It'S not hd, so you got to work with it. You know it's not just going to be super easy for you to manipulate, so you just got to figure out ways around it and that's what i was trying to do in this video. So i just went in with like my foundation, i went in with some powder to kind of camouflage it as much as i could, but i highly recommend that you tint it in some way. I don't know who sells like really good lace tint, but if you could find one i would definitely recommend getting that. So here i'm just working on the baby hairs. I went in on the other side to see how i wanted it first and then i went back in to show you guys how i did it, but it's really nothing new. I always do it this way. I just cut out the area at my temple because that's where my baby hairs are and because my baby hairs are pretty far back on my actual hairline. I wanted to make it look very similar to my hairline if that makes sense, so i'm trying to work on my wig game. I want it to start to look more realistic and more like my natural hairline, so it doesn't make me look different because sometimes i'll install a wig and i'll be like. Who is that? Who? The hell is that okay, so yeah, i'm just going in with the flat iron and the mousse and i'm going to mold these edges and because my wig was looking a little. You know far back because of the front the extra lace in the front. I went in and added a little swoopy in the front, because my forehead was looking ginormous per usual. We'Re gon na go back in with our elastic band and we're gon na. Let this sit and marinate for a little bit and then i'll be back when i look like a human being okay in about 20 minutes. So here i am, i was talking and i didn't realize that my mic was not. It was not doing anything so. Basically, i was just saying that i didn't have any issues with this hair, except for the fact that it was a little rough when i first got it out of the package, and by that i mean the hair was a little. It felt a little dry, something about it was a little dry, but all i did was use this conditioner, which i'm gon na put up on the screen and that's what i use on all my wigs literally, and it literally brought the hair back to life. As you can see, it has so much sheen to it it's nice and silky, and it has a lot of movement and body to it, and this is what the length ended up looking at like after i ended up cutting off that inch. It'S still really long. I'M 5'7 and it literally goes a little bit past my butt, which is fine with me. Okay, it's fine with me. I love this hair. I love the length of it. I love the way it feels it was nice and silky and soft and the hair on the right side is just stuck to my jeans. So that's why it looks like that, but i love this hair. I'M not hyping it up. This video is not sponsored, but i really do like this hair a lot. This is my first 40 inch wig and i'm really liking it so far. I love the sheen that it has since dyeing it black, i feel like it just makes the hair look 10 times better when the hair is nice and black and shiny and silky. So i will have this wig linked down below, as well as a couple of alternatives, because i know the wigs sell out really really quickly. So i will see you guys in my next video. Thank you so much for watching thumbs up. If you enjoyed this video and you want more like it - and i will see you all in my next one bye - yes

Bronniee: Just a FYI adding bundles to this wig was NOT necessary. The wig was fine before. As I stated this is just a preference and I wanted to add them. If you do not wish to do that then simply don’t.

LetsGetJazzy: literally have a 30 in wig and i wanna add another bundle!! i bought it already constructed so this is perfecttttt thank you ❤️❤️

Sphinx__Mason: Hair slayed nicely and adding the extra hair to give body and length to the hair was a great idea . Thanks for the tip. .

Mercadez Michelle: I really want to try a frontal wig. I’m just terrified still after all these years of watching a ton of videos lol. Let me go look at shein hair never realized they really have everything

Jen: I like "She Is Bomb Collection- Tint foam" for lace but it will wash off when you wash the wig. But "Tailored Crown" lace tint is the truth and it doesn't wash off when you wash the wig....this wig looks amazing

KellyJelly9976: I think this came out really well! I'm too short for 36 or even 40 in hair, but this works so well on you. I would love it if you could zoom in closer when you're applying your wigs so we can see the lace and application a bit better.

Latoya Hill: The longest length available is 36 inches & its $398…$329 after tax & 25% off code…I think that’s good for 36 inches

Courtney Nicole: Looks amazing

Whitney R.: You did a really good job

Keonda Washington: Now what do we have here? I had no idea you had a YouTube channel. I was so obsessed with your IG but deleted my page so long ago. You make everything look good! Definitely subscribing!
