I’m learning so much about i-part wigs and I’m pleasantly surprised and the flexibility. ➰
Those who know me and have followed my hair journey since the beginning will know that I’ve never been a fan of wigs for me. I love my natural curls and rocking it as much as possible.
Since Mum life hit me I have been looking for more ways to feel like ‘me’ on the days I don’t have time to go in on my own hair. I don’t always have the same time I used to have for my curls. It’s for a season and that’s ok.
This I-part wig and my other natural hair clip ins are really opening more options for me. I never saw the day coming when I would be wearing a wig of some sort, yet here I am. Learning, testing, trying and seeing what I can do differently in this season with the new hats I have to wear.
It’s interesting how as we grow, hit new milestones and experience different things, and our view on some things can change. I’m still not any way ready for a full on frontal or lace front and all the rest. I don’t think I would even know where to begin. Lol. I’m giving myself the grace to change my mind and grow and adapt still in a way that allows me to be authentically myself.
The fact this (invisible part) i-part wig can still give me a look that’s like my hair (on a great day), yet with no glue, no lace, no anything, and you can still see the scalp…It’s a game changer for me.
If you’re a lady like me who don’t want to fully commit to the wig life but want more hair options, this is one to consider.
