How To Install A 5X5 Hd Lace Wig Unit

Hey guys, i'm going to show you how i install my mariah color block wig by posh collection. So if you've watched my videos in the past, you know i always leave my edges out whenever putting on a closure unit - and i always tuck the combs in on the sides in the back for security and to make sure that the wig doesn't have any buckling. So i already flat ironed my unit on a mannequin head to make the install much easier for me. You can flat iron this unit. You can add body curls, you can add crimps, it's all based off your personal choice. So with this particular unit, i'm going to install it using the spray and stay which is a glueless adhesive that allows you to take your unit off and put it back on daily. You want to just spray it directly. On top of your lace, you don't need a lot and right after you spray it, you just want to go behind it with the blow dryer for maybe about three to five minutes, just to get it nice and dry. So now i'm just cutting the lace off, because this is a new unit. Typically, if you were doing a reinstall, then you would just spray the spray and stay directly on the cut lace, but it was easier for me to sleep my edges out by leaving the lace on so now, i'm just going to go back on top of it. Using the spray again to make sure my edges are nice and flat. So again, if you were doing a reinstall, this is when you will actually put your adhesive spray on your unit. It holds very well, so you don't have to use it twice and then you would just go behind it with your head wrap to make sure it lays down flat. While my lace is drying, i'm going to define my part using a liquid concealer that matches my skin tone. Next, i'm going to use a black spray and i'm going to hold a rat tail comb along my part and just spray it just so it has a nice crisp. Look! So now my lace is dry, so i'm just going to comb out my natural edges to blend it in with the wig unit. Oh my god, i'm absolutely loving this color black unit and i especially love the blonde highlights that frame the face. So now i'm just going to add some baby hairs to my unit. Now i learned the best way to get the baby hairs is to use your flat, irons or curlers and curl it up. That'S going to give you that nice little swoopy, baby, hair, look and, of course, i'm still using my spray and stay to sleep. My baby hairs down some girls, like the i think it's called the 3d baby hairs where they have like the more natural look. But i still like to sleep mine down to my forehead.
