Hey guys welcome back today, i'm going to be showing you how i bleach my knots and tone them so we're going to be going in with the bw2 powder foil developer. You need aluminum foil. Then you need a mixing bowl. I prefer a butter knife which i'm going to show you guys why and then you're going to need your toner and i'm going to be using the matrix, so silver purple shampoo and then i just have a comb and then, of course, your water bottle. That way, you can brush the baby hairs out the way so pretty much to start. I pretty much just lay out all my aluminum foil. That way, once i have the knots bleach, i could just turn it over and watch us do its work. So i'm just gon na lay out um, i believe four pieces, but i am just showing you guys four lace on this video, but i am going to be reaching more so just, for example, i'm just doing four in the video. So i'm just going to lay out those four aluminum foils and then once i have that done, i'm going to put this for you out the way and then we'll take the lace off the package and move forward. So, like i said, i'm going to be taking my lace out the packaging in this video. I am using my 5x5 transparent lace closures. I believe i had two straight textures, one body wave and a deep wave, and once i have that out, then we're going to move on to the next step, which is um using the water bottle in the cone to get the baby hairs out the way. So now i'm going in my water bottle to wet the hair and just comb the baby hairs out the way. If your legs don't have any baby hairs, then you can skip this step, but most lace that is pre-plugged. Sometimes the vendors will leave baby hairs. So just go ahead and comb that out your way, therefore, you won't get any bleach on it is so. Moving on to my mixture, i use one scoop for two lace closures. You guys don't need a lot of product, so i did about three and a half scoops on this video, because i am doing more lace besides before that you guys see and then, as far as the mixture of the developer, i pretty much just eye it. I do a little at first and then i add on if needed and as you guys will see the amount that i poured. I won't need any more the mixture you want it to be thick, but not too thick. So i go based upon a toothpaste, consistency. So before i add any one developer, y'all y'all gon na see me literally stir this up for a long time. I want to make sure that all the powder is covered for me to identify. If i need more developer, you do not want your mixture to be thin because it will over bleach your knots. So i'm just going to go in and just mix and mix and mix it. And then you guys going to see me once it's slowed down and i haven't mixed through how thick my consistency is and how you should want it to be so now that i'm done mixing it. You guys want to see me pick it up and that's how thick you want it should be. It should not fall off, really really easy. It should take a lot for it to fall now, not too thick to where it don't move, but just good enough. So that's how your consistency should be moving on, i'm going to go in with the butter knife and you're, literally just going to spread it lightly on your lace. Do not go in heavy-handed and pushing it down less product would be your best friend. Do not try to put a whole bunch of product on the lace because they do not take a lot and i pretty much just go in and literally just drag the butter knife as if you spread in butter on toast, literally just drag it on there and Just cover the whole lace, you don't have to do the whole lace i like to do the whole lace, just in case my customers like to switch apart. They can have their knots bleach throughout the whole thing, so just go ahead and spread that on there and that's pretty much it so now the lace closure is pretty much covered. I'M just going to go ahead and flip this closure over and just make sure i didn't get any bleach on the hair itself. So, as you can see no bleach and then we're just going to let it do its thing. Oh myself, so after i got all the closures covered up, this is how it's looking as y'all see. I have no bleach on the hair itself and i'm just showing you guys. It'S really really simple and easy, and now we're just going to let this process. I don't have a time i literally just watch it. That'S the point of the aluminum foil, so i would roughly say about 15-20 minutes depending on how big the knots is, but just let the closure do itself. Y'All just watch it. So after about 10 minutes, this is how it's looking as you can see. Some of the knots are still black, so we're going to give it like another 10 to 15 minutes, but i just want to show you guys the process, so you can see the difference. So now it's been about 15 more minutes in the knots. It'S bleach, exactly how i like it. This is to my liking - may not be to yours, but i'm just about to go ahead and wash this out. Then you guys going to see me going with my matrix purple shampoo, to tone the knots and then i am also going to go in with my iso plus shampoo, which is kind of like a neutralizing to make sure the hair have stopped bleaching. And that's pretty much it just stay to the end, so you guys can see the end results and yeah me. So this is how the knot is looking very toned, giving scalp and here's another way. So you guys can see some spots are still black, but it's not bad and it's giving scalpiana. So thank you guys for tuning in and i will see you guys in the next video
