Bomb Hd Lace Deep Wave Wig Install Ft. Ulahair

Huh, what's up bff's welcome back to my channel. If you are new here, my name is shalitha maxine and you are officially a bff. So today i'm bringing you guys this cute midsummer wig installation, video from ui hair, let's jump straight into it open in the package. You know we love the extras. They did give me a rat tail comb as well as wig caps and some lashes. This is a beautiful 24 inch, 13x4 undetectable hd lace, frontal in the style deep wave. This is also 250 density, so it gave me a whole lot of body. I also love the fact that it came with a thick band, a lot of the wigs that i received never come with these bands, at least the ones that i received. So i thought that was pretty neat, although i did take it off after the second install because it kept um becoming unattached. I decided to go ahead and bleach the knots and i am bleaching it with the clairol blue and washing my wig with the tresemme shampoo and conditioner, as well as the shimmer lights, and i am using the 20 volume developer for a slower, lift. I'Ve done wig videos, i think maybe two or three times so you guys should know how i, like the consistency of the bleach, a little looser than the consistency of like toothpaste, um and i like to leave it on the frontal for up to 30 minutes. I'Ve learned that i need to start, leaving it a little bit longer or maybe getting a higher volume developer, because these knots didn't come out as bleach as i would like them, but it still did what it had to do. At the end, my scissors and my straight edge i'm going to go ahead and cut off the lace in the back. I always cut that off um. I don't use this kind of pointless to me and i'm going to take off these uh pins. These clips inside the wig i only like to leave the clip. That'S all the way in the back um, the other ones just always attach to my stocking and my braids, and it's really really annoying. So i like to cut those off attaching the wig inside out and then i'm going to be sticking some t-pins to hold it in place and then i'm going to be placing our bleach mixture right on top of my frontal, although the video is sped up, i Am taking my time to make sure it does not seep through the frontal, because a lot of the times i have a habit of over bleaching. So it looks like i'm being a little bit rough, but i promise you i'm being very. Very gentle. The video is just sped up, obviously um, because i always have to correct the over bleaching. This time i didn't have to. I think, because i didn't let it sit long enough but um. Yes, when you're doing this step, you definitely want to make sure you don't press too hard, so it does not seep through all the way to the roots, and i did leave it on. It says 15 minutes, but i really left it on for 13 minutes. If you're using a higher volume developer, you definitely want to leave it on for about 15-20 minutes now, i'm rinsing it off with cool water and i'm using the shimmer lights to make sure all of the bleach is completely out of the frontal, then i'll be washing. The wig itself with the tresemme, i remember the very first virgin hair that i got. I believe this was back in like 2011 2012. I washed it and when i tell you i did not wash it properly. I washed it as if it was my hair, it was so mad and i paid like 600 for this wig. It was so matted. I was so mad because i couldn't do anything else with it um and then i had ombred it so that added to the uh chances of it matting a lot higher and it was just the worst thing in the world. So now i know anytime, i wash a wig, i'm always gon na wash it kind of like brush it down with my hands in an actual brush i'll, never like massage the shampoo in because that will destroy a wig, really quick. That was a early lesson learned when it came to this wig thing. I left the conditioner on for about an hour. Then i rinsed it out and i let it air dry outside i've, already attached my wig cap and i also cut the band and kind of just brought it back a little bit beyond behind my hairline. I'Ve noticed that i don't. I no longer need to sew. My wig, i just do that, and it really keeps the wit the wig cap in place before i would sew it in the back just to make sure it stayed, but this was a hack from tiktok that really really like did it for me now i don't Do my wig cap any other way, i am using a gold spine, xl, uh lace, bonding adhesive and i'm applying it three times on the edges of my cap. So i'm going to lay the glue down three times in between each time. I'M going to let it dry down clear it'll still be tacky, but i want it to be clear. You definitely don't want it to be white before you add the second layer of glue. Now i'm going to go ahead and take some face powder, and that was my complexion and i just brushed it over the front too. I also took some even tint spray in the shade medium brown to spray on the lace as well. I cut the lace into three sections and then i applied it in the middle first and then the sides, my angle is so bad because i haven't figured out how to record these wig videos in a better, better area. I guess i'll take it to my makeup. Room next time, so i apologize for the angle but, as you guys can see, i'm just pressing it down and then i'm like reinforcing it with the comb. I know i haven't been up here in so long, you guys being a mom is so difficult being a mom new mom in a new state, still a newlywed trying to work and just juggle everything has been extremely difficult. I keep saying that i'm going to come up here and do a life update, video and i just it has been way more difficult than i could have ever imagined. So i apologize for my absence but um. I will try to work my way back into the camera. I feel like every year. I'M always apologizing for the fact that i am absent, but y'all. So much has been going on. Postpartum has hit me so late, um, i'm still nursing well pumping. So if any of you moms out there have dealt with the pumping situation, you guys know that it takes a toll on you, physically mentally emotionally, so just pray for me. If you can, because mama is tired and it has been a journey thus far but jojo is almost 10 months and i cannot believe it, i think i might do a video with him, so you guys could see, but getting back to the wig. I have pulled out the areas that i want to put for my baby hair and i'm also laying the uh behind the airline hairline back with the wax, and i'm just going to go ahead and hot comb. That back. So i don't have any flyaways or any little hairs, getting my baby hairs when i cut them. So you guys this was like four o'clock in the morning i was dead. Tired the baby was finally asleep, and i didn't like the way that i did these baby hairs at all the next day, when i woke up, i was like what is this, so i did tweak it a little bit um and it turned out okay, as you Guys saw in the beginning of the video, but when i took this out and installed it for the second time i did do the baby hairs. The way i like so this is just for now, but i end up fixing it the second time i took. Oh, the first time i took the wig off and i installed it for the second time. I am cutting the baby hairs in an angle and um. You guys will see how this turns out excuse my nursing bra. This has been the only style bra that i've been able to wear for the past almost 10 months. I'M just oh you guys. I got to come back and do a video because man, oh man, it is rough. I ended up using a small um like bumper iron, and i am just trying to figure out a way to do these baby hairs. I wanted to do fluffy baby hairs initially, but it just was not coming out the way i wanted it to and i feel like i wish i would have had more time in the day when i was actually alert. I know it looks like i'm awake, but trust me i'm already in my ninth dream in my head, so i am just i'm just glowing by faith at this point. The baby hairs look okay, but yeah. Looking back, i'm like, i should have, did them different, but the wig is so beautiful that it really made up for my mistakes. It really did now. I parted this wig according to the way the baby hairs ended and i'm noticing now that the part was not centered, but don't worry because it's not going to stay like that um. It was kind of like almost a side part now i think about it. Well now i'm looking at it, but i'm just spraying it with some water to kind of get those curls bring those curls back to life and um just to see how it looks like complete, and now i'm gon na go ahead and fix that. I'M sorry, that's the baby in the back. He he's with his dad. So this is the only time that i'm able to record so you guys it has been so much, but we are nearing the end of this wig installation journey it feels like, and i'm just flattening out that parted area with that hot comb. The second time i installed this wig, i did go back and pluck plug plug, because i noticed that i didn't pluck this wig and um, i kind of just let it was already pre-plugged, and so i kind of just left it like that. But then i noticed in photos, it looked really really wiggy. So the when i took this out and installed it for the second time i went ahead and plucked it around the hairline to kind of give it more of a natural feel. So all the hair to the front it looks bomb like literally this wig is bomb, and i'm not just saying this. I really really love this wig, i'm actually wearing it right now, as we speak - and i recorded this about three weeks ago, so still holding up the density still holding up the curl um and i've washed it about three or four times um, so yeah. This wig is that girl. I did use some bio silk oil on the wig to kind of give it a slight shine, but nothing too heavy. This is the back of the wig. Is it giving y'all? I really love this wig. I do i'm gon na go ahead and braid it down, so i could sleep and then i'll style it in the morning and i'm going to come back in the morning now anytime, i install a curly wig. I always braid it down at night. Just so it never really loses that curl definition and it's so much easier for me to style the wig the next day, because if you've ever slept on curly hair, you know that it can mat up really really quickly, especially if it's dry. So every night, i'm in my pigtails and it's so much easier for me to style my hair the next day. So it is the next day face is beat and curls is everything i'm literally just putting water on it to kind of revive them, bring them back to life, and i really really love this style. I did a half up half down. I love love, love. This hair, you guys this is the perfect mid summer hair. My hair is still in a half up half down because i love the way it suits my face.
