Hi, I'm Greg scheme director a product development for the global work, brands of Reglan shoe company, and I'm here today to talk about the Ebola closure system. We introduced this technology into the red wing line to help enhance the fit and comfort of our product. Offering one of the great features about the BOA closure system is that it allows each individual to get a customizable glove like fit. All the technology makes lacing boots up as easy as the turn of a dial boots with the BOA system are ideal for workers who are in and out of the boots all day. The three main components of the BOA closure system are: the lace guides cable dial. The laces are made from aircraft grade stainless steel, which grant program a stronger, the tank, armor and coated in nylon for added protection to tighten simply push the dial in and turn clockwise until you get a comfortable fit. The cable is stretched free. So once it's set you're locked in for a perfect fit for quick release, simply pull the dial and you're out of the boots to reduce the number of turns needed to get a custom fit. You can shorten the laces by trimming them. Let me show you how the boots come with ample lace, to allow people with high end steps or wide feet easy entry and exit start by removing the dial cover and housing unwind. The laces from the gear start by trimming a half-inch from each end of the lace. You can always trim more later, if needed, to reassemble the dial insert the laces into the gear place the gear into the opening making sure the laces are not pinched. Fat Finger '74: I'm in the Industrial field of work ,, I Just bought a pair and worked today in these, Worth the money, they are really nice. When I had to jump on the forklift for about an hour, I reached down and popped them open/loose, and I felt like I was wearing house shoes! Then I just gave the dial a few spins, and I was back on the floor ready to go! I will definitely buy another pair , if the life span is reasonable. Whitney Marrs: Is it possible to put the Boa lacing system on a normal type of shoe? I am disabled and left with only one useful arm. This shoe lacing system has been a wonderful invention for me to be able to get my shoes fasten and tight quickly but there are not very many shoes with it for me to choose from.
