Installing Loose Deep Wave 5X5 Lace Closure Wig + How To Fix Over Bleached Knots | Wiggins Hair

Hi guys welcome back to my channel. My name is stephanie if you're new here and if you're returning thanks for tuning in once again today, i'm going to be showing you how i installed this beautiful hd lace by wiggins, hair company. I love this hair. It was way better than i thought it would be and i'm just so happy. I went ahead and purchased it. So this hair came in this red bag, which is lovely because sometimes you need to have like a place to store your wigs when you're done and having like a wig come with a bag, makes it so much easier to know which one is which it also Came with a wig cap and i thought it came with more items, but it did not. So that's what i was digging in the bag, but yeah, here's, the hair, it's so beautiful, so luscious so full. I love that about it. It'S well packaged when it arrives in the mail and it comes with the combs and the adjustable straps. So that's great and here are the the knots it's actually not too bad, but i am going to go ahead and bleach. The nasty get rid of all those little black dots, those that's the goal, guys to get rid of the little black dots, um, so yeah. So i absolutely love this hair. It feels so good, it's so bouncy um. This is a 24 inch, so i'm going to show you like how long it comes down, and it's just it's just. I was just ready to wear this y'all like i love when hair dances like if your hair is not dancing, then it's not good and look at those curls. So i highly recommend this hair company best curly hair. I have ever had like i'm a straight hair girl and sometimes i dabble into like the deep wave, but this one definitely takes the cake. So i'm just bringing down the hair right now, um to protect it from the bleach and i'm gon na go and head in. I'M gon na go ahead and mix in um the powder and the developer, and i'm just gon na eyeball everything to be honest, um. You don't want it to be too liquidy, so just something that's a little more thick and consistent. So i literally just eyeballed it i'm not a hairstylist. I just know how to do my hair um and i just literally every gradually. I put it in mixed. It up if i saw that it needed more powder and i went ahead and added more and now, i'm just putting the bleach on the lace. Try not to go too hard because i actually did mess up this lace um, and that's only because i think i left it in for too long. So this is what the lace looks like after i'm done washing it. I did go ahead and use the purple shampoo to seal in um the area i just bleached um, and then i also go in and dye my hair black. So that's what i'm showing you now i like to always dye every single wig. I order um black. I just feel like that's just my color and like it just looks so much better in pictures to me and everything. So i do go ahead and dye the hair black. I actually let this sit overnight most times, yeah, i'm probably overdoing it but um. You know. I live a busy life, so yeah, i'm using the um conditioner that the hair dye actually came with to condition the hair. I highly recommend that you always condition your hair after you bleach it or dye it or whatever it keeps the hair, so nice so luscious. So soft um, so that's what it looks like um, so yeah we're gon na move right along. So i do let the hair air dry. I do not blow dry my hair when you air dry, it just has a more. It feels softer and more natural. Sometimes, when you blow dry the hair it just it just comes out different to me, but here i am making the part. Now, i'm gon na go in and pluck out um some of the hair. I don't over pluck because over time like the these wigs do shed. So i just like the hair that naturally, you know, loses its hair on its own, so i just do enough just so. It won't look too bumpy and too high or too thick, and i am gon na use a wax stick to uh, keep it down here, i'm making the part and i'm gon na you guys, can see how bad i messed up. This closure. Okay, like i really messed it up, but it's fine we're gon na fix it. I'M gon na show you guys how to fix that. I know some of us probably have done this too and you're like oh. How am i gon na fix it or whatever? It'S very easy um and today i'm going to be showing you the temporary way of how to fix uh over dyed knots. So here i'm just wrapping up the baby hairs, just getting them out the way, making sure that they just hang away from the actual hair. I'M going to be cutting these cutting these off, so i just want to keep them out the way, and i love this spray, the even wonder, lace spray. I highly recommend everyone gets this spray, it's so good! I, like the red one um. I feel like it's just a little bit stronger, but since i wasn't going anywhere this night, i just used a yellow. Can the yellow can is more for like a daily use? The red can is, for you know, maybe a little bit longer, and this does not leave any residue. It keeps the hair the lace line. Looking very natural. I honestly, if you don't get anything from this video, get this late spray and get both of them. Okay and now i'm going in with the hot comb to flatten out the top um, because i like the top i'm a middle part girl and i like the top to always look very sleek and flat and neat. So i'm just going back and forth with the wax stick and the hot comb to make sure that it's flat. Okay. Now this is where i'm going to fix my over bleach knots, i'm going to get a comb tail, a rat tail comb and just spray um. I didn't have the best angle doing this, so i kind of did a little too much, but you'll see how i fix it. Listen. This is definitely helpful. It'S definitely quick. I highly recommend that you keep one of these sprays around i'm gon na use a lighter skin tone, i'm actually using my sister shade um to fix the part um. It'S literally just an old mac, bottle that she doesn't use anymore. So i just use it as like a lace, toucher upper and i'm just making doing the fin. The final touches on that one. So now it's time to move on to the baby, hairs um, but first we're gon na cut off that lace. I got this scissors. These pair of scissors from the beauty supply store um. I don't think it's any special hair or lace cutting scissors just regular scissors. So i'm doing that in like a zigzag motion, because you don't want to go straight across. That looks very like fake. The point of all these wigs and stuff is to get it to look as natural as possible so doing that cutting off like random pieces here and there does help get a more natural um effect and look at that. You don't even see the lace. So that's why i highly recommend you also start getting hd laces like it looks beautiful, like guys now, i'm about to cut um the baby hairs um. That is my pencil stick, but before we do that we're gon na cut down the baby hairs, i'm leaving my baby hairs uh longer, because i know myself, i'm not gon na be doing my baby hairs. Every time i put on this wig, so by keeping them longer, it will make it easy easier for the hair to blend in with, like the rest of the wig. If i had them too short, then i would literally have to probably do my baby hairs. All the time or make sure i like, lay it down with something but yeah, i'm using this pencil flat iron. I highly recommend you also get this. It is like the best thing ever for baby hairs. It'S definitely made my baby hair process easier. I'M not even a baby hairs kind of girl right now, but this will definitely save you a lot of time. So i'm cutting this down, i'm keeping it a little bit long um, because i do want to save that for later, when i'm not doing baby hairs and then i'm going to go in i'm going to get my edge brush and use some mousse spray. I'M gon na leave everything linked below or some type of link. So you know what it was exactly um i'm so i'm gon na use that to do the baby hair and hold down the baby hair while you're doing it um.
