Affordable Platinum Blonde 613 Lacefrontal Wig || How To Get Ash Brown Roots Ft Cranberry Hair

Hey guys, it's your girl, Becca thanks for checking back to my channel. So today, I'm teaming up with cranberry hair. To give you guys the 6 1/3 lace frontal blonde wig. It actually has a transparent lace and it's a 22 inch lace, frontal wig! So, let's get straight into it and I'm gon na show you guys how I take my blonde 6 1-3 lace, frontal wig and turn it into a platinum blonde lace, frontal wig that we all can wear so first off, I'm gon na start by pouring some water. Some warm water on honestly, it can be room temperature, but I went ahead and took some warm water and I put it in a bin and then from there. I took my shimmer lights shampoo because this is what's gon na, take all of that yellow brassiness and make our wig a platinum blonde wig. So I'm gon na go ahead and put that inside my water in the bin and then once I get that all together. I'M going to just mix it up, make sure that it's all you know consistent and the shampoo is spread throughout the water and once that's done, I can go ahead and take my 6 1-3 blonde late, frontal wig and put it in the water. You want to make sure that you really get it everywhere, because that's what's going to change the color of your wig and make it into that platinum, blond, wig, that you want to remove all of that, yellowness that you may have in the wig. You just want to keep it in there honestly for like a minute. You don't want to have it there too long, because if you do, the wig may turn purple I'll. Give you more of like a silvery color rather than I'm gon na, go ahead and brush it through, because I want to make sure that it gets evenly distributed throughout all of the hair. And, of course, the next step is coloring. My roots and I was looking for a light ash brown color, so I went with the Wella color charm, permanent hair dye and a light ash brown, and then I used 30 volume developer. You can use 20, I actually recommend 20, but 30 is okay as well. So, of course, I'm gon na take my mixing, go and put a little bit of the developer along with the color, and I use a little bit much. You do not have to use this much. You can use a little bit less than this honestly because it's just for your roots, unless you want to do the roots all over the wig, but I'm only focusing on the lace frontal and a little bit of the first track. That'S on the wig and in order to protect my lace and make sure that it doesn't bleed through my lace, I'm gon na go ahead and take my god to be glue free spray. This stuff is awesome, guys and just spray it all over. My lace frontal and allow that to dry before I go on to the next step, and then I'm gon na go ahead and take some saran wrap and put it on my mannequin head to protect my mannequin head for the next step. So the next step is honestly not necessary, but something that I like to do just to protect my lace fronts. Well, even more from the dye is to put conditioner on the lace. It will protect your lace front tool from the dye that could possibly bleed through. So you want to go ahead and distribute that all over the lace, frontal everywhere thick layers are okay. Thin layers are okay as well, but you definitely do want to make sure that evenly distributed throughout the whole thing. You want to get the front of the lace. Frontals, the back everywhere, just in case it bleeds through. So then, once you're done with that you're gon na go ahead and get started. You'Re gon na go ahead and apply a little by little of each hair dye to your roots. Honestly, I got a little heavy-handed and I forgot what I was doing so I've put a little bit more than I wanted to, so you don't have to put so much if you want to put more you can, if you want to put less up to you, How deep you want your roots to be, but I did put a little bit on my roots and I actually like to use a mascara brush. You can use like an old one, clean it off and just dip that in because I find that it's easier to get the roots without bleeding. Through the lace front, it's so much easier and then you just want to apply little by little and it honestly it may get a little messy, but do not be discouraged. You'Re, probably still doing a great job. You know you're applying it to your roots and you don't have to worry so I'm just gon na go ahead and speed through this, because it's pretty much the same thing just going in fruit by roots, so you guys can go ahead and see it. I'M gon na go ahead and condition the wig wash it out blow dry it out, and that's literally how it came out guys like this is the end result I'm actually really in love. I was a little worried about the color of the roots and how much I put, but I think that it came out perfectly so now when I go ahead and lay my lace frontal, I feel like I have a few videos where I've showed you guys how To melt your lace and how to apply your lace front tool with regular legs, even with a blonde wig, so I'm just gon na go ahead and link those down below, but now I'm gon na go ahead and just mount my lace a little bit more by Taking my hot cones and then I'm gon na end it off by curling it. When I cut my hair with a flat iron, I usually like to curl it outward from my face and not into my face just because it can give me like bigger volume as curls and really give me the look that I like. So I'm just gon na. Go ahead and do that show you guys how I do that on camera and then we'll get to the end of the video. If beauties, I'm really in love with how the wig came out, I think that it looks great, especially for women of color, adding the roots may make. You feel a little bit more comfortable to do the whole blonde look. So I think that this is definitely a good option. I hope that you guys enjoyed it.
