Hey my creators, so today we are going to attempt to die a 613 unit and let me keep, let me tell y'all this is a synthetic unit, so this is my first time attempting to dye a 613 synthetic unit. So because it's synthetic, you cannot use a regular hair dye or regular toner or whatever you you use on a human hair wig for obvious reasons, so we're going to use some rit dye more in the color royal purple, and i also have here look. Let me tell you i put in quotations because we are experimenting okay, so whatever result we get is the result that i'm gon na be just as shocked as y'all see because i've never done this before but anyway, so we're also gon na use um rip more Dye in the color chocolate brown, so i'm going to use three capfuls of this royal purple and one capful of the chocolate brown. Now it's nothing wrong with wearing the hair straight like this color. But for me personally, it is too yellow too brassy two platinum. Just for me personally so with that being said, we we are gon na go ahead and get started um. I don't think i showed y'all which wig it was. This is a hd lace, 13x6, it's a 613 and her name is asia. Everybody say: hey asia, girl. So we are gon na attempt to change how asia looks today. So let me show you how the construction of the cap is a 613. This is what i usually wear when i wear human wigs, so this is a lot of parting space. This is a 13x6 and i already cut the lace. Don'T ask me why i already cut the lace and everything - and this is the construction of the cap. It has two combs in the front. Is it one or two? Oh, it's two combs in the front here and there's one comb in the back, and this is the rest of the inside, which is netting and everything like that. So what you're gon na need just in case, because i i'm i'm planning on doing limited editing because of things very in-depth, so just in case we mess up, we ain't got to get up. You know what i'm saying. So i have two plastic bags here. My dies like i showed y'all and one bottle of alcohol, so you're gon na need a baggie or two one, alcohol bottle and whatever die you choose to use okay, so we're gon na go ahead and get started. Now. Let me check for any holes because i did see a few uses and for whatever reason their plastic bags had holes in them. So let's do a whole check. So we're going to take our oh, let me make sure she's safe, okay, she's, good she's, good, okay. So we're gon na take our alcohol. You can use whatever alcohol you want um just in case i do have another bottle of alcohol, but for the most part i feel like you can use one bottle of alcohol from what i've seen. So, let's just give it a go. Y'All ain't see that i'm gon na keep that in there too. So what we're gon na do is we're gon na pour our alcohol in the bottle in the uh bag. I said bottle and we're gon na dump the whole bottle so you're, using the entire bottle of liquor. No i'm just playing an entire bottle of alcohol into your baggie okay. So then we're going to take two capfuls of the red dye. More and boy you purple! I'M gon na take two capfuls. Oh, i do not want this to spill y'all, oh my goodness, so this is what we're gon na do y'all. This is like i'm telling y'all. I did not experiment, i'm opening this just like right now on camera, because why not? Oh die scares me. Maybe i should have wore some gloves, i'm so scared! Okay, let me get it together, get it together, get it together, so we're gon na take. I got ta be very careful with this two catful of the purple just dump that up in there that's the one. Oh, i should have put some gloves on child. So, okay, so that's that y'all! That'S that and because i'm so clumsy i'm going to cap my die back okay, because if i spill this youtube, video is over y'all not going to get this video and then i'm going to add one cap full of the red dye more in chocolate brown. Once again, we're opening this on camera, like i'm, not trying to cheat y'all or make it fake. This is. This is real time like this is real time. Ah, of course, i would do that it's little, but whatever so we're gon na take one capful of the chocolate brown like me. Okay and we're gon na die put that in the purple, die okay, chocolate brown, how uh y'all remember that episode of martin when he was like? Oh missy brown. Yes, oh missy brown! Now i'm telling you this better come out good because i don't have another wig. I just do not have another wig, so here she goes we're gon na dump this in the bag of dye in the alcohol just gon na dump that on up in there - and i don't know if i want to use another bottle or liquid - i keep saying Liquor another bottle of alcohol, so uh i'ma, see first before i decide to add the second bottle and then we're just gon na seal. This up. Okay, make sure she is sealed to the guards. Okay, oh, let me get the air out. Y'All see how puffy it is. I don't i i don't know. I i just feel like it'll be better if it was flatter, like it'll saturate, more okay, there we go so i got all the air out and i am sealing this bag. Let'S put this over here so in this bag and just gon na start your ring, oh, i don't know y'all, i'm a little nervous, i'm just saturating this like this, and i don't know if y'all can see, but it's turning gray already, so that purple definitely cancels Out the yellow in that blonde, so we're just gon na oh that hair soaked up that um that alcohol, so which i think i think i should add another bottle of alcohol in here or is this okay? Oh, let me see how many inches is asia. It doesn't even say how many inches she is honey. She looks which i think, 22 24. Maybe that's about. Okay, i'm really contemplating on whether i want to add a second bottle with liquor i'll just plain another bottle of alcohol in here, because i don't know it looks saturated in more places than the other, but as y'all can see, it is literally no more liquid in Here y'all can see that she soaked up all of that jew. Let me just saturate her i'ma leave this on for about 15 minutes and within 15 minutes, i'm gon na come back and i'm gon na show y'all how miss asia is looking because that's the thing, i'm i'm a little afraid of it being too platinum, because i Was going for more like a, i don't know like a beige blonde or like an ash blonde, but i don't. I don't want it to be too platinum, but if it turns out to be two platinum, we're just gon na have to make it do what it do, because this is the only wig i have right now and i'm on a budget, and i'm just gon na Make it do what i do like you just got. Ta make work, excuse my french, but that's just what you got. Ta do anyway, y'all my creators, i'm gon na. Let this sit for 15 minutes and i will be right back my creators. So we are back, and i've decided that i want to add another bottle of alcohol with one more cap of the chocolate brown. I just something in my spirit is telling me to add some more alcohol in here and one more cap full of the chocolate brown, and i also have some gloves in here because in my last vlog i was complaining about my nails. So i'm not trying to mess that up. Okay anyway, let's give this a open. First of all, let me open this alcohol bottle. First, the last one was open. I was using it for something, but that's neither here nor there, so i'm gon na open this up and give this a pour. I'M just pouring this on yeah yeah, so that is two bottles of alcohol and, like i said in the beginning of this video, we are experimenting okay, so if you are annoyed at this point, this is your time to click off, because this is what experimenting is Experimenting is exactly that anyway, so i would just pour one more cap full of the chocolate brown i just dump that up in this bag. Okay, just like that - and we just gon na fill this up because it's a lot of liquid up in this bag and excuse the banging y'all. I don't know what my apartment complex is doing, but they always doing something and they would do it when i'm trying to record a dangling video so excuse the background noise anyway, oh yeah, i'm loving it better already yeah. You can actually see that it's not as purple, obviously and oh yeah, i feel much more comfortable with adding the second bottle of alcohol. So, in a grand scheme of things, what you're really gon na need is two bottles of alcohol, two bottles; okay, two bottles of alcohol and four capfuls of whatever dye you use like. I said i'm using the purple more so to cancel out the blonde and then i'm adding um brown, i'm just assuming. If i add brown it'll, make it more of a bronzier blonde or more on a you know like a beige blonde. So hopefully that turns out how i wanted to so like i said you use um, two bottles of alcohol and two bottles of whatever whatever die. You want to dye your 613 synthetic unit, um yeah so, like i said, i'm keeping this 613 unit in the blonde family. So i'm just going to take my time and massage this liquid into this unit for about another 15 minutes and imma, wash it out and imma come back to y'all with the results when i wash this out so stay tuned, and thank you for staying with me. You got ta, take things and make it your own. So i'm not necessarily copying anybody, but why not and then on top of that um human hair units as far as 613 goes, they are so hard to maintain they get tangled just because of the whole process that the whole 613 unit goes through you, you know, As it's human hair so and plus i'm a girl on the go, i ain't got time, like i'm pretty sure y'all seen my vlogs before on this channel y'all was like oh girl, your hair look crazy, but i don't care anyway, like i said, i'm gon na Come back, i'm gon na push this ear out. Let me do this on camera because i see you know it's no shade to anybody, because i'm i'm a new youtuber as well, but i see like a lot of girls say: oh i'm gon na do this off camera. I'M gon na! Do this off camera? No! Do it on camera i wan na see i wan na see what you're doing so. I just took all the air out and i'll be back for the fifth time, hey my creators, so we are back and listen. I don't know how i really feel about the wig to me. It still looks the same here. She goes. I don't know, but you know what i did like i. I did like the fact that the curls bounced back and it doesn't have the alcohol smell. So that's what i'm happy with the inside did turn. So this is proof that this is the same wig um, i don't know it. It is a little bit brassier than it was before, but it didn't really it's not like a major color change for me. Um now will i re-dye it probably not um. So this is the final product, and this is what i'm just gon na have to work with, and it is what it is, but i did try it. I experimented. Will i experiment again probably um with another unit, because i'm i'm just lazy like i'ma, just call it what it is like i'm not trying to do that process. It was a long process like just letting it sit and letting it dry and dyeing it and all that stuff. Yes, it was easy, but i don't have time for all that anyway. I just came on here to finish up this video to show y'all the final product of the hair. Now what i'm gon na do is i'm probably going to um use my lace, tint spray for the lace here and then i'm going to install it um. I'Ll probably be back with the video i probably may not. I probably will i don't know so just stay tuned for that and yeah. This is the final product of the other video. This is the final product of the hair. It'S not that barbie yellow. So i'm i am happy with that. However, i do wish that it was a little bit more browner, a little bit more ashier like a little bit more ash brown um, i'm not happy with it.
