Hi everyone welcome back to my channel in today's video I'm gon na get this curly wavy deep, wavy texture and make my curls pop better than the model better than the mannequin wig better than everything on the website from the hair company. Okay. So this hair is from Elva wigs and it is a lace frontal, wig, 13 by 4. Inches is the area of the frontal, I think, is 20 inches long, which is like 140 dollars, 142 dollars somewhere in that neighborhood. But there is a pamphlet in the box with the hair that they have to offer. So you can get an idea of what you can see on their website. I think their hair is affordable and anything that's long and under $ 200 to me is affordable, especially if it's a finished product, so I'm gon na go ahead and show you guys the hair. This is what it's looking like. It'S very elongated stretched out curly hair, but we're gon na make it shrink a little bit and make it pop. So it can look like the Instagram models now. The shampoo that I'm using is from my Elle organics, it's kind of old, it's like a year old. So I need to finish all my products, and this is the last of the shampoo and all I'm doing is just washing in a downward motion. I do this so that my hair doesn't end up tangling and shedding. I don't want to have to finger detangle. My hair and then comb it out, okay, so I'm watching in a downward motion making sure I really get in there using my fingers as a rake to get in there and make sure everything is clean. So my curls can pop better and then I'm gon na go ahead and rinse out my shampoo thoroughly, I'm not using conditioner this time because I will be using a leave-in conditioner, I'm very lazy, about using conditioners on my wheat. Let'S get into the wig cap construction. You'Ve got the tag right there that says elbow wigs, so you know the hair company, that's them and a comb right. There also adjustable straps standard with every wig two combs on each side and one more comb right there in the front, I'm gon na get to it right there, another comb in the front like right behind the frontal. What I'm gon na do now is use my Rusk multi 12 in one leave-in weightless conditioner, it's a protein based leave-in conditioner, and I got it as a sample from Ulta. I have so many hair samples from Ulta that I love using on my extensions. So it's like free hair products year-round and I'm just applying a little bit on there. I think I used like 10 pumps and then I'm brushing out with a Denman brush. I will have all the links for everything down below so that way you can see the products I use as well as the hair and I'm just brushing out slowly making sure my hair is thoroughly detangled. First, that's the most important thing. So the next thing I'm gon na do is just brush, while I'm holding the hair in the air and then I'm gon na start plopping, the hair onto my towel plopping, my hair plopping, my hair. This is when my hair is looking like. After laying it down, this is too long of a curl from me. I'M just going to inch in and pull my hair in toward the wig cap. So that way I can have tighter curls. It'S almost like you're doing a roller set you're, just really compressing the curls gently and just leave them in a ball right there. I allowed my hair to just sit in the box, and this is what it's looking like nice and tight. I'M just going to go ahead and start by cutting off my lace, the obvious standard things I'm not gon na get into too much detail about the Sledge of this wig because that's not the important part. The important part is getting the hair to look pretty and I'm going to apply some mousse. You already know I use mousse for everything and after putting the mousse and laying it on the lace, I'm going to go in with a face powder. The one I use is by Black Radiance. I don't really like it on my skin because it's a little bit red, but it is pretty good, though now I'm going to use my elastic band to do the elastic band method, several videos on YouTube to show you how to do it properly and I'm just Going to attach it to the wig first, I cut back just a little bit from where I measured, and then I attach it to the wig from ear to ear and that's all I do sew it down. This is what we're looking like. My curls are compressed and they're juicy and I'm going to start by putting my wig on using the elastic band first. That makes it like so much easier and then getting the backcomb and tucking it under the elastic band for security and then I'm gon na flip. It all back and make my part and then just wear my hair. The way I want to, I did not use any got to be food. Any kind of gel glue - nothing because I didn't want to curly hair really does help you get away with that. A lot, but what I'm gon na do is I'm going to separate my curls a little bit and over time the hair is going to be more voluminous, but right now it's a little bit more compressed because it's kind of like you know how curly hair just Needs to marinate a little bit longer anyway, I'm also putting in some powder. So I can define my part area and I'm just making sure it looks really nice and pretty and matches my complexion. Now I'm just going to separate my hair and make sure my curls just sit pretty that's all I did go in the bathroom, so you guys could see it with different lighting. I just didn't really like the lighting where I was sitting, and this is later on in the day I'm raking my roots and I'm just separating a little bit more. I like to just let my hair do its thing and not interfere with it too much. Let it fall, let it get for luminous and then let it just do what it wants to do. Then I separate some more and work it some more. So this is about six hours later, and that is all for this video. Thank you so much for watching.
