Dear sis, attention pls: if the Distance is 9.5 inches，pls minus snug fit 3.5 inches，so the length of elastic unstretched should be 6.0inches, not 9.5 inches.

When you want to do the elastic dam method, you're measuring the distance between your left and right ear. For me, it's about nine and a half inches at a big head. So at this point I'm cutting the elastic band based on cutting it between one and a half to three and a half inches. I want to snug fit so I'm gon na cut C and a half inches off, so my elastic band should be six inches when it's unstretched and when you are placing your elastic band, you want to make sure it goes along with the curve of the root Cap, this is how I sleeve this unit.
