Cornrow Braided Wig: How To Apply A Braided Wig | Brown Hair Lace Wig

All right, so i got this wig here. This is one of their pre-styled wigs. I'Ve never had a freestyle wig from them, so we're going to open up the box and straight out the box. As you can see, look at that you guys it comes pre-styled with braids. I chose this color. However, you can get it in the natural color. You know natural black, whatever i think that's what's available on the website anyways now. This is what the color look like. That i chose this is the number two it almost looked like it has highlights going through it just a little bit like you can see like the darker color, and then you see like these chocolate highlights. So i didn't ask for this, but i like it. I think it's really pretty is their super pre-plucked hairline wig. I did not bleach the knots on it and this is a 13 by 4 cap. So you can see how much parting space you have, which is a pretty good amount, and this is a 20 inch and 150 density. So this is what the inside of the cap look like. This is what the lace look like, and we're going to try this out and see how it works is what it looked like just putting it on. I just want to try it on and see what it looked like with no bleach knots. Now, if it comes style like this, of course, you can unbraid the hair, if you don't like it, but they're, just showing you that a 13x4 can give you versatility when it comes to styling. So i may or may not leave it like this. I'M not sure the only thing about this wig is that when you go to cut the ear tab area you you are most likely going to go into the hair. I guess it just depends on your head size. This is a 13. So if your head is, you know a 13 from here to here, probably won't have that problem. I believe mine is most likely a 12, but they don't come like that, but this is what it looks like close up now. I think that they should have bleached the knots on this, because if they want it to come to you pre-styled that mean you want to wear it straight out the box and you don't want to have to bleach the knots. So what i'm going to do is i want to tint the lace and then i'll be back all right. So this is what it looked like after i went and tint the knots. It is something it didn't do a lot. So what i want to do is show you all how to cut this, because i know if you need to it's going to go into that braid all right. So what i'm going to do is take my scissors and i'm going to go ahead and cut it, because i want it to fall around that ear. The way it needs to now when you cut it, while it's braided, of course, what's going to happen, is when you undo the braids you're going to get that them loose strands of hair. So i'm just going into i'm trying not to go too much into the braid, so i'm just going like below it. If i can yeah long as the lace is flat, i think it'll be okay and this side right here, i'm not going to have to go too much into that braid just a little bit and as you can see, it fell perfectly around that ear. So i'm gon na make sure the hairline is lined up the lace on this is really good, though i like the laces super thin. So what i'm going to do is go ahead and just glue this down. I'M going to put some slits right here. The lace won't be so tight. I can go like this okay, so i'm going to use the melt me down spray. Now you guys i've been loving this so much now. I never talked about this before, but i think with the even sprays when it comes to me when i wear for a really long time, like i would say about eight to ten hours i notice later on. In the day i do get headaches. I don't know if it's the grip of it like the tightness of that spray, but this one i can wear all day to the next day if i want to - and that does not happen, so i really like this one. I think i like this one better than an even spray and when i get it again, i'm going to get it in a bigger bottle. This right here is a 2.25 ounce, but if you go to my amazon link that i have in the description box, if you want to purchase it, i do have the fuller size and it's definitely worth it. I'Ve heard a lot of you say that they like it too um they've tried it. I'Ve been using it, but this is a really good spray. So i'm going to use this today go ahead and just spray it around the hairline and, like i said it has a sweet smell to it i mean it's, it is a bit strong, but it's not like uh ridiculous like, but it just. I guess it just depends on your senses too. If you have sensitive senses, then you probably think everything is strong. All right, i'm going to take my sleigh band and tie down the hairline and let that sit for about 15 minutes, but the hair. This is what the hair looks like. It is a straight texture, very soft and silky, so i'm going to take my straightener brush and just get the bins out and don't forget everything that i use will be linked below in my amazon store, so that you guys can have easy access without going through 100 different links, i created a storefront just for you guys, i shop amazon. All the time like amazon is like my guilty pleasure. So again this particular wig. If you go on the website, it is in the natural color which is um. You know the black dark brown color. I requested for this wig to be this color, just because i want to take a break off of the darker hairstyles for this month. I'M gon na go ahead and remove this extra lace already is looking pretty good. So let me remove this extra lace. I love this spray. This spray works pretty good and it's so comfortable like now. If you are not wearing makeup. I told you guys this yesterday um the residue only comes if you're wearing makeup already, but i'm going to fix that. I want to pull out some edges. So yes, even though it's braided, if you still wanted to create edges, you can definitely do it. I'M going to show you how to do that right now, so i'm just taking the back of this edge brush and i am pulling down some hair out of the braids like so and then what i'm gon na do is i'm going to trim them a little Bit shorter and if you don't like extremely thick baby hairs - or you know, don't make it so thick the hair that you pull out all right for this, i'm going to use the eco styler gel this one right here is the olive oil. It'S been one of my favorites for the longest and i'm just going to take my brush dip it in there and grab some and just swoop these hairs a little bit to go into the braids all right. So then, i'm going to tie it back down again until it's completely dry and this i'm going to take the blow dryer to it all right. So this is what the end result looked like. I think this turned out really cute. I wasn't expecting it to be, but i can see this like. This is very cute and, like i said it shows you what you can do with a 13x4 lace wig, because a lot of people feel like a 13x4. You can't be versatile with it, but you can see for yourself how much parting you get and parting is even on the lace so you're not getting this little bitty space here. You can actually part it the same amount. You know all the way on the sides and the back and the hair is so pretty. This is a straight texture and i just love the color, but, like i said again, if you want this color in a natural dark color, it already comes like that on the website, and if you like, the color that i chose, then you can probably request it From their website, you can ask them to customize the colors to this color. If that's what you want, but i like it, i think it turned out cute. It'S a really nice summer style, um yeah, you guys can drop me some comments.
