How To Wash Wigs + The Easiest Way To Make A Wig | Ali Pearl Hair

Today'S video, I'm gon na go ahead and start off with Allie pearl hair and you have their brazilian deep wave here. I have four bundles and enclosure the bundles are inches. I have is 22 24, 26 26, with a 20 inch closure. As you can see, the closure does come with baby hairs and it does come freak. What I believe is per clock because I actually didn't her or did I you know, I just left it as it is. So I love the way the closure came, and the closure also came with a slight tint which matched my skin tone perfectly. So yeah. We just didn't get right started with the video we're gon na get a dome cap. I got my dome cap from Sally's beauties. I think it was about three or four dollars. I always get them they're like I go in there and cleaned up alright, because I know I'm gon na be making weights and yeah so with the closure. If you want some frontal looking closure, you're, just gon na stretch it as far over as it can go. It'S gon na give it the illusion of a clue. I mean a front, oh when it's just the closure. You want to make sure you have some t pins as well, because this is gon na help. The closure stay in place and it's also gon na happen with it laying flat. Now you don't want to line your closure up directly with that dome cap, because it's not going to fit on your head and it's gon na look bulky and you're cutting all that away anyway, so I would say, put it an inch down if you guys can See it right here, I have the closure pulled a little bit down in front of the wake. I mean in front of the don't pad so yeah, so I got the thread from Sally's as well, and we're just gon na go ahead and sew the closure. All the way down, I wouldn't never advise you to glue it down, because this is just gon na come right, I'm so dead. A it's gon na lift up. I tried it before because I was in a rush and I was like hey we're gon na try. The coolness - and it was like a No so yeah - I'm just doing the loop over loop like that, so I do loop over loop over pool. I don't even know how to describe you guys so much, but I don't know the technical terms either for this, but I just pull it through. I wrap the string around twice and pull it through. So, stick it through wrap around sways employee through you can do just pull it through tightening put three tight employees and tighten like so in math. You can do that as well. I just feel like it's not gon na be as as secure, and it's not gon na last as long if you make them not on the closure, so the enema continue this all the way around into it's laying nice and flat. The T pins for your best moves, the T pins are your best friends when you use this, like I say, make sure it's really flat that way, you won't have any bumps and lumps, and you know your stop, don't be looking like you got beat up or You know just little bit of lumpy so make sure it's flat. I don't have to be perfect cause. It'S not gon na lay extremely flat, but you know just make sure you got in as tight and there's you know the squat as possible. All right. So once you've gotten done that you're gon na make a knot to end it off and then you're gon na cut the access thread off for string thread wet out there now um. For this, though, this is just something I didn't beginning to help me with the places of my tracks. I don't really know how to explain that. I just know that I do it at an angle and then, when you get further up at the top, it comes at you shape and then you just start laying them shirt across, but she's gon na need a glue, gun and you're gon na need. Some glue sticks. I think I got my glue gun for me, the Hobby Lobby or Walmart and they're not expensive at all. I got the many ones so yeah be careful if you're making away be careful, because this glue be really high and I burned my fingers all the time, so be extremely careful. So basically, I used a white eyeliner to use as a guide like I said, I don't really know how to explain it. So I'm what you guys just to watch because sometimes watching is just better than me explaining but, like I said, if you were really really bad with the placemaking, I know it can get a little hard, sometimes use a white eyeliner pencil or something that shows up On the dumb cat, so you can see where you're laying in the track say. I have four bundles to put in this. It'S a put into making this wick, so the lace well that we are gon na be the tracks are gon na, be very, very close. Together because I have four bundles, but if I were to have three, my cats would be bigger than this, but, like I said, I'm making law is very very close, because I have more bundles to glue on this way so yeah. Sometimes I switch it up and do the fold-over method, and sometimes I cut the tracks because I want it to lay flatter me in that this is curly, looks like he touching them, buddy being that this is curly hair. I just go back and forth between the fold-over method, because I want all the value that I can get, but when I see it looking too bulky I will start to cut the tracks. So this is what you want to do when you come up to the top like this to finish it off just keep going and laying the tracks over and over each other all right. So this is what she's looking like she's looking so bad, I'm just finger! Detangling right now cuz we bout to wash her. Oh, I got this stuff from Ken and y'all. This is a lifesaver and this definitely helps with curly hair, but it helps basically detangle the curls. So before I go ahead and wash her, I always make sure that she's fully detangle and then I go behind her as well with the brush and just brush out the curls, because it says we don't need no curls. Now, if you leave the curls it'sh honestly, it's gon na get tangles and it's just gon na be a hot mess. So I would advise you to to detangle the hair fully before putting her under water. Okay, so our do leave her on the mannequin head. When I do watch her because I was like says who's about to put this in there and just make up acts, I feel like it's easier as well, because it's just like it's a person, but it's really not so yeah, so basically, I'm just saturated with water. I got that little shower theme. Oh, why she think I don't know what to call it from Sally's movie as well. I feel like it really really helps saturate the hair. Yes, my head. Yes, my wig skin does get away, but it doesn't get too wet to the point where it doesn't dry it. It'S like on a scale of one to ten. It'S like a two of getting like away. So I'm using my favorite shampoo, like I always use and yeah we move ahead shampoo. I always do the roots first and like the shampoo just wash down the strength of the hair, because it's like this, it's gon na run down there anyway. I don't really focus on the middle and be eggs because unless you rinse it out with the shampoo dries what rinses downy hair and then what be there, the whole time slap is mine from one more time I don't like being hair being like extremely dry cuz. You know when you shampoo your room, all the oils and stuff from the hair, so yeah. So people say that you can't wash your hair when you have well. You can't watch the wig wences minute once you use the glue club method and that's the line. I told you about because you're sure enough can sometimes, if I'm lazy, I don't use my week when I'm making - and I just put it in the bathtub or the tub or a vase and it's the whole week and I let it sit in honey. I'Ve done that plenty of times and my tracks never lift it up. So yeah, I'm just finger detangling because she can get a little messy with curly hair. You gon na you're gon na be washing a little bit longer than straight hair, because it's a lot of detangling and you just don't want the hair napping up depending on the lip. I do have long glimpse of this air, so yeah. I feel like it's very easy and quicker as they do it anything versus me just like dumping it in a basin, but I guess, if I'm lazy, I'm just going to be like a half wash anyway, so yeah. Normally, I watched it twice and then condition it. I sometimes are just Cole. I should call it a day, but I just wanted to show you guys how I wash it really nothing to it.
