Hello, everyone welcome back so before I start this tutorial, I would like to explain to you all about what happened to my edges. I know I'm about to get a lot of questions in my comment sections so before I get into this tutorial, I'm going to quickly tell you all my story so growing up. I never had any problems with my hair. Oh, of course, I used to a brace and tight little ponytails, but I never had any problems with hair loss like I didn't have any problems with my hair. My problems really begin after I tried to commit suicide. I was in a hospital for a long time and afterwards I was on so much medication and then all of a sudden, I noticed, like my hair, was falling out in big chunks and I started having bald patches in the back of my head and also like In the middle I was so ashamed to go to a hair shop, and not only that I couldn't even afford to go, but I had to do something because I refused to walk around looking like that. I started braiding my own hair, like with the layered cornrows, and I also used to put micro braids in my hair. I was still very stressed out and depressed and my patches starts to get larger. That'S when I started wearing hair extensions, but even though I was wearing two hair extensions, my hair started to grow back, so everything is good. You know, and then I became pregnant with my daughter. So after I had Gabby, my hair just started falling out again, but this time my hair was falling out in the center of my head and my edges were starting to be bald. So I cut my hair into this short little hairstyle and I took the hair from the back of my head and I made it comes to the front like when my size was, and then I just cooked the extra hair around my ears just to make it Look like I have hair right there. Nobody even noticed that I was bald on the sides, but I did in it was stressing me out every time I had to comb my hair in the morning. Like I used to cry, then it got to a point to where my hair was thinning out so much. I couldn't even hide my bald spots, no more in the front. So that's when I started wearing the 27-piece pixie hairstyle and all I was doing was damaging my hair even more by using all that bonding glue, but I was desperate. I was depressed, I feel so ugly. I hated myself like I hated the way. I look so one day I was like look either. You don't sit here and complain about it cry about it. Are you gon na get up and do something about it? So I didn't have money to go out and buy wigs. So then I just started practicing making them for myself so yeah. So I do plan on having surgery one day and I don't know the exact day that imma do it. But I will let you all know, but until then I'm just going to continue to wear my wigs. So with that being said, let's just jump right into this tutorial. So I know a lot of people is scared to use glue. But if you remove it correctly, you won't pull out your edge. So if you don't know how to do it, I suggest you go to a professional, but I'm gon na show you what works for me. So, as you can see, the front is starting to lift up, but it's still on there pretty good, so usually to loosen up the glue, I would use my lace glue, remover or I will use my 91 % alcohol so usually just depends on how much time I have because, with the lace glue remover, you have to spray it on your lace and have to let it sit for a while until it starts to loosen up. But today I just don't have time for that. So I'm just going to use my alcohol. So all I'm doing is taking my 91 % alcohol and pouring a little bit on my towel. I usually use like a little cotton balls, but I didn't have any I'm going to do is take my towel and I'm going to start dabbing it on my legs. So I know that this video is going fast, but I'm actually taking my time his process as you can see it's starting to lift up and it's just going to slide right off, and I don't know if you can see it. But most of the glue is on the lease. So now I'm just taking some more alcohol and I'm just going to remove the remaining glue and it's not even really much because, like I said most of it is on the lace. So now I'm just going to take this oil that's made by hair by V. I believe the information down below I really like this audio. I use it in my hair and my daughter hair. I love it so as that sitting I'm just going to take my braids or loose now, I'm going to show you how to remove the glue from my lace. Actually, it's the same thing. I took some more alcohol put a little bit on my towel and I start dabbing it gently on my lace. So this is the shampoo and conditioner that I'm going to be using, and I really won't use anything special to tell you the truth. A couple of months ago I shaved off my edges and, as you can see, is trying to grow back a little bit on the side, but that's the most is going to grow. So after washing my hair, I put my two braids back in and I have to braid my hair when it's wet, because it's just too much when it's dry. So I'm going to do the stocking cap method and you guys see me do this all the time and now I'm just taking my face powder and just applying it all over my stocking cap just to help you look more realistic when I park my unit. So after I fixed my unit how I want it, I'm gon na take a little bit more alcohol and clean the area where I'm going to be applying the glue just to make sure I don't have any oil or any makeup or anything in that area, because It'S not going to stick properly, so I'm just going to take my glue and apply a few dots across my hairline and then I'm going to spread it out using my applicator stick. So once the glue is clear, I'm going to start applying my lace. So when I first applied this unit a few weeks ago, I didn't want any baby hair, but today I do so I'm using a dreams, everything phone - and I really love this product because it keeps the hair so soft and my baby hair. It'S not stiff and hard plus, it's not really good. I had on my mind today to have a whole bunch of baby hair. So don't come for me and next I'm just going to spray the water on my curls just to make them pop again and I'm gon na put some more setting lotion and then I'm just going to sit and let it a dry so yeah. So this is how it look and I'm just doing a little simple of style, just pushing one side back and adding a bobby pin. So if you want to purchase this week, I'm gon na have all the information down below in description bar. Thank you guys. So much for watching please thumbs up this video and I love you all. Bye, bye,

Charlion Patrice: I was bald way before I started wearing wigs and using glue. I wear wigs to cover up my bald edges and patches In the back of my head. I will continue to wear wigs until I can afford surgery. I’ve been going through this for about 11 years. My hair is NEVER growing back and I finally accepted that. I been to the doctor and I tried every product on the market. The only way I can fix this problem is surgery.

TayzWay: First and foremost, don't let these social media certified dermatogligist tell you what to do with YOUR hair. You are brave for sharing your story, don't let these trolls discourage you. And you did a PHENOMENAL job. Continue to share your talent, there are women all over the world dealing with similar issues.

Nizzy Mac: thank you for being honest and so transparent! Thanks for sharing doll!!

taquetta mitchell: Thanks for being open and honest. God bless youuuuuu! Stay encouraged!

Onebadkimmy: Girl. This tutorial touched my heart! I have no thyroid and know the struggles of hair loss and we have to do what we have to do to make ourselves feel beautiful. You are beautiful just for sharing your story with us.

romy luck luck: Hey boo! I also lost my edges not too long ago. I tried everything from jamaican black castor oil to peppermint oil and nothing worked. I finally found a solution that made my edges start to grow. I used virgin hair fertilizer, which I let melt in hot water while it was still in the tube, and then I mixed it with wild growth oil in a separate bowel. It worked wonders for me. Hope this helps!

River Moon: There is no shame, you going to be alright....because of extensive damage I have shaved my hair completely off and I wear my wigs and go on and live my best life.

DethBuny: I love this so much. I suffer from severe depression and it has caused my hair to fall out. I don’t like leaving the house because of how terrible I feel I look, so I looked in lace front wigs. Thank you so much for your videos. You have helped me greatly.

Markuita Matthews: Im crying watching this. All my life I've NEVER had edges. My hair just never grew. I've battled with depression & low self esteem. Not knowing how to wear my hair or not being able to wear certain hairstyles because of my edges. You just gave me a new way to do my hair girl! God bless you for this video & your confidence. ❤

Kalell Evans: That postpartum hair loss ain't no joke! I know some people don't think it's real but it is. Google it. Being stressed and depressed about it definitely didn't help and probably made it worse. I can totally relate. I suffered from it as well and am finally starting to grow my edges back. I also had the question about if you could use the wig again once you've cut back the lace front and you answered my questions there too. Thank you Thank you Thank you. Going to try your ideas with the hopes that my teen GrandDaughter who loves playing with hair and makeup (and is good at it) might help old granny.

Love Bug: Thanks for sharing your story. Lost my hair due to PCOS and PTSD. It took almost ten years to get a diagnosis for either and I completely relate when you talk about the medication messing up your system. A few years back when it was attempting to grow it was a different texture and I had bald spots accompanied by adult acne, facial hair and 100lb+ weight gain. I knew all too well the embarrassment and shame you speak of in the video. Nevertheless, you turned limes into cherry limeade and are teaching me and countless thousands how to make and install wigs so we can step out confidently.

Isabelle Joseph: Thank you for your transparency and for sharing. Love your technique and products.

Megan Biron: I'm happy you shared this video and that it showed up on my recommended videos. My hair thinned after my 1st child, grew back, then started to fall out in clumps after my 2nd child. When I noticed the clumps falling out again after my 3rd I just shaved it all off. Cause the spots that went bald never grew back. I'm pretty sure it's hereditary and also related to hormones of being a mommy. I think there's a stigma on women who wear wigs to cover baldness. It's a very unfair stigma, and I'm glad to see a youtuber being positive about hair loss solutions. Thank you!!

Dymond Rich Jackson: i love this video it actually touched my heart ❤️ only because your not ashamed you r beautiful and that wig is the bomb

CC M: It's so amazing that through everything that you went through, it led you to this business which you're so great at.

Vessel Of YAH: I commend you for your bravery and honesty. I have the same issue and discovered it happened for 2 reasons alopecia and Isaiah 3 and 4th chapter explains it all for black women. But anyway I have been using my own homemade products and its starting to finally come back slowly. I can share some things that I have been using

Shawn Flournoy: Beautiful! Thank you so much for sharing. That took courage and you blessed me❣️I know the struggle

Angela Grant: You took something broken-and made something beautiful from it. Thank you for sharing.

Siena James: This came out so beautiful

Nashae: Wow you’re a strong woman! Your story will definitely help a lot of people ❤️❤️❤️ me being one of them!

Panda Manda: Stay strong. BTW I love your glue. I’ve had it for some months and I’m happy that I supported you. It does get tacky more lol idk if it’s cause it’s going low you know the texture changes ... I have the clear version but I’m buying another one. Your story touches me so you very these coins☺️

Sheena Cook.: When you do a wig install how long can it last before you have to take it out?

NeNe Shavon: Just found your channel from this recommended video. Omg I have the same bald spot on my right temper. It wont grow for nothing. This video was awesome! I cant wait to try my first frontal wig. ❤

A3PLUSC HAIR: Great job I’ve been trying to learn how to do this

Saint Cyr: You are absolutely courageous. Thank you for sharing such a personal story with strangers.

heavenly c: Vitamin D deficiency also causes the type of hair loss viewed in your video. It also causes anxiety and depression. I have been through hair loss issues myself. It started in the back then around the front of my hair line. My hair would come out in hand fulls. It took a while to finally find out why. Most people don't think about vitamin D deficiency as a hair loss problem. However it is.

Tee Dior: Melted that lace PERFECTLY ! PERIODT !

Sheena Rencher: Thanks for sharing...I have the same problem but worse..you look beautiful and did a great job. I wear wigs too but can never get them to look that good.

Princess Diamondd: wow you have taught me everything from making my own wigs to plucking to bleaching , everything ! thank you so much . but i jus wanted to ask when you use any foam or mousse near the hairline, does it lift up the lace like water/sweat would ?

Grace Gichuki: You are such a beautiful human....your edges will grow.... it's just a matter of time plus also letting your hormones balance again...... you keep doing you boo.... be it wigs or whatever..,. Thanks for being so inspirational and please don't stop

Zee Bee: Hey girl check out Seborrheic Dermatitis. The typical areas where extreme shedding occurs is exactly how u described. Its usually accompanied by extreme itching, burning, redness, and heat on the scalp in the effected areas. Once the scalp calms down hair loss is most often reversible. Best of luck

Marie Philogene: Thank you for sharing story. You did a fantastic job

NudePout Vlogs: Very detailed video sis. Ive always wanted to know the process of lace front wigs

CA Trejo: Thx for this great video. What I’ve been doing is I just get into a hot shower and let the water run through my hair for about 2-4 minutes and the unit automatically becomes loose and slides right off. I like your method too. ❤❤

BOP: Wow I heard your story and immediately subscribed. Thank you sweetie for your honesty and know you are beautiful with or without edges.

AhJah Palmarano: I really need your videos in my life! Thank you! Btw ALL them baby hairs was poppin'.

Riyah B: I relate to how your hair is o so well smh my edges are exactly like yours . All of my hair grow besides my edges it’s stressing me out ! I love your honestly and courage thank you ! I have also subscribe to your channel ! Can’t wait to see your journey and teaching me, I loved this look

Yaya says: You don't even need make up. You are beautiful❤ And thank you for sharing. I wish you and your daughter all the best.❤

SammiLaRo11: Damnnnnn u slayed tf outta that wig! With or without baby hairs both ways looked good. Definitely gunna try this out

Phoenix Stephenson: Hands down...You are talented girl. ❤️

raeyni1: Thank you for sharing. My story mirrors yours a lot and I can relate to so much of your journey.

Rachael Davis: You are so beautiful and do a phenomenal job on your hair and makeup.

Talia pink: Aww :( a lot of people have this same issue. Those medications are veryyyy strong. Hair loss is the most common symptoms from taking medication. You probably should try to do cleanses to get the medicine out of your system and blood. Also wouldn’t recommend using the alcohol to remove your wigs its so drying. You should try to just soak your wig with water to loosen it. Then take a mix of that with your shampoo to remove it. It comes right off without being harsh towards your edges. And try using oils and massaging the bald spots to stimulate blood flow. Don’t give up!

Supa Dope Teacha: Thank you for being so honest!!! I continue to pray God covers you through your walk in life. Bless you queen ❤️.

Priscilla Apollus: i love how beautiful and long your hair is down underneath, i don't mind the Traction Alopecia because I have it too. All I want to know is how do you keep your hair moisturized underneath the wig

Andrea Murphy: Amazing story, thanks for your honesty

natalya Banks: the lace was so well blended i didn’t even know it was there till it started coming up

Abby Red: You do your thing with these units girl!

Alsteena Lewis: Thank you for sharing your story I'm happy to see that you're doing better.

Lakiela Renea: You are so brave. I too suffer from depression, literally just got the courage to tell my mom like 5 days Ago! Your DOPE!!!

Tonya T: Thank you for being honest and sharing. You always look so beautiful.

SoClassie Angel: Thanks for being so open and transparent! Stay blessed..You a beautiful

Giovana Samara: Girl, I've sure you've read this a million times, but the truth is: you could be completely bald and you'd still look amazing! You're naturally beautiful.
