We tend to make things bigger in our head than what it actually is, and you know what's crazy. The man at the tattoo shop that has done literally all of my tattoos taught me that people tend to work things up in their head than what it actually is. That'S really like the key to stress, but I I do things like I'm wearing one right now. I wear crystals y'all even be seeing. I wear them up under my shirt. I wear this and with this like every day, I have really bad anxiety and I've had it. I'Ve had anxiety forever, and so I wear this. I wear this amethyst every day every day and it makes me feel it makes me feel better, so crystals and I like to journal. I actually bought this journalist right here. You can't just keep constantly doing it. You know just like a to-do list or whatever, and that helped me a lot and just it's something as simple as getting up and like making my bed or getting up and doing my laundry just getting up and doing something just getting the [ __ ] up, Because nine times out of ten, when you're depressed you just want to lay down and sleep and [ __ ] like that, and you cannot [ __ ], do that you can't wallow in sadness. You have to literally physically get up and watch like how much easier things start to you know they become a certified. How do how do you become a certified lover?
