Hey guys welcome to my channel I dream of wigs. My name is Missy. Thank you for joining me today. I am very excited to get started on this review. This is belletress's new Twix and this is in the color Tres Leches blonde stick around and I'm gon na get all into this style and this color foreign. Is this not just gorgeous or what I love curls? I think you all know that I have started to lean a little bit more to um some more natural, looking straighter styles, with no permatease or little permatease, but boy when I saw this I just had flashbacks of you know every girl I went to high school With in the late 80s had this hair, and when I saw this I was like. Oh my gosh. I cannot wait to get my hands on this one, so I'm really really excited and you all will see that whenever I do a review for you. If I am really excited about a wig - and I guess that I I should probably quit that - because I need to show more enthusiasm with all of the wigs, but I I have looked back on my review videos and I have found that my excitement is. You know more whenever it's something like this, that I really really love and boy. Do I love this um this. This is how my husband met me with this kind of hair, so he hasn't seen this. Yet this is going to be a surprise and he is just going to he's going to fall over because, like I said, this is how he met me, and this is pretty much how we fell in love with this hair. So, like I said, is this not just you know reminiscent of the the 80s and the big hair bands and all of that, my goodness? Okay, I need to quit rambling on, so this is belletress, and this is Twix. This is one of three brand new curly Styles. I am super excited about that three curly styles that Bell tress has just released. They are all pre-order and I think um they're, looking at end of January 1st of February for shipment on those. So if you want to be ahead of the game and not have to wait on your favorite color, then you need to pre-order this so that whenever those shipments start going out, you can be sure and get yours first. So this, like I said, is one of three. There was Alexandria which I'm gon na post a picture of right here. That is me. I have already done a review on Alexandria. I will drop the link to my YouTube review in the description on that as well. Um, it's you know quite a bit shorter, then we have twix's little sister Amber Rock. Now she is coming in at a length of about 14 and a half inches. So imagine this here and that's Amber Rock. So if you don't like this length, there's Amber rock that you can go with, and I'm going to post a picture here of our beautiful owner of TL wigs. This is Tracy and she is wearing the Amber Rock. So this beauty is a whopping 18 inches long. We'Ve got the sides here are 13 to 14 inches and your nape is 10.. Now this weighs what was it? 6.6 ounces? So it's um. I I don't want to say that this is heavy, because it feels so lightweight on my head, but it is a lot of hair okay. Now this is part of the cafe collection as well, and it is a heat friendly, synthetic um. What I'm thinking is when it's time to apply heat to this, I'm probably going to get the cooling wand and Tracy offers that as well um she's just pre-ordered those and is expecting a shipment of those in and it cools and sets the curl before you release It so I'm thinking that when this needs some heat, that's what I'm going to use now. You can tell on this one that I have on that. The curls and the crimping are a little bit different on my left versus the right. Oh I'm starting to get a heat flash, so here you can see. I have more of the defined curls and here I do as well, but then on the ends here it starts to break down into this more crimped um. What I call a shattered um curl, like it's, almost been brushed out now. You do not want to take a brush to this. If you are not familiar, let me check my teeth here. If you are not familiar with curls and curly hair, your wigs are no different than your regular, normal curly hair, your bio natural, curly hair. That'S what I'm looking to say. I have natural curly hair, all my life, so I know that you know a look like this with your real curls. That'S totally natural! That'S what you're going to get with real curls curls are not meant to look perfect in every single curl in place. That'S what makes them look you know fake. They are meant to look like this and also your curls are going to need a lot of. I don't want to say upkeep but um. What'S the word I'm looking for moisture, these are going to get just as dry as the regular fibers, if not more because of the curl to them. So what I would recommend using is daily. I wouldn't wear this wig daily. It'S going to get too much wear and tear, and you will constantly have to be replacing this or curling it. So I would not recommend this for a daily wear, maybe a special occasion pictures you know on the beach something like that, because does this not look like beachy hair? Yes, so what I would recommend is, when you wear this, when you take it off spray it lightly, with some leave-in conditioner, and I use the John Renault um. Oh it's right on the tip of my tongue. The little white bottle, the uh whatever it is. Genre knows and then um every like three to four wears. I will use the simply styling silk spray and I spray that on my hands and kind of scrunch that in and I've already noticed that this one is in need of some moisture right now. So I'm gon na go ahead and do a spin, so you can see this all the way around and I will tell you that the back looks totally different than the front. I haven't done anything to this except take the hair dryer I sprayed the front down, and I took the hair dryer on the cool setting and just held that there to give that a little bit of lift okay, because there is no permatease in this none whatsoever. None nowhere throughout the cap is there any permatease, not even at the nape. So let me go ahead and do the spin and you will see how different the back looks from the front and like keep in mind like I said that that's curls, that is real curls and how they do. You know you're you're not gon. Na look 100. Perfect, so let's get this spin out of the way I love this. I personally just love it now. This is a higher density, wig too. It'S a lot of hair. So when I first thought of getting this, my first thoughts were I'm going to get that and I'm going to thin that out some okay, because I could just tell by looking that it was a lot of bushy hair and I want a little bit less now That I've gotten it and it's on my head, I'm not going to do a thing to it because I'm afraid, if I thin it out it's it's not going to have this beautiful shape that it it should. I mean it's. It'S got all of this hair for a reason um, since there's no Primitives all of this hair is what gives this this body and thinning it out is just it's it's going to help if you don't want as much Bush, but I I just can't do it. I can't do it, I can't bring myself to do it. I can't even fathom to do it now that I've gotten it I'm just going to leave it as it is. So there's a lot of different things that you can do with it outside. You know in the weather in the element, if you don't want it following your face, this is a gorgeous gorgeous lace front. You can easily pin each side off of the face. Even um. You know your headbands um is going to keep. You know. I don't like to put these things on you, it's going to keep that out of your face, so this is an extended lace front, so it goes almost clear to the ear tabs and I'm going to get on up here so that you can see the lace Front - and it goes like I said, to the ear tabs to the start of the ear tabs and we do have a left mono part, and it is pretty deep. It goes back here clear to the crown I like that. That'S what I I need so to get some volume up on the top. All I did really was just take my hands in there and kind of lift, lift and scrunch lift and scrunch. I'Ve said that many many times. So what do we have left here? The color, this beautiful Tres Leches blonde and I'm not real good on my pronunciation of how you say that, but I think that I've gotten it right. Tres Leches and I do know that Tres means three okay. So this is a beautiful blend of three different milky. Colors, even the rooting is three different colors, the rooting we have a light, a medium and a dark brown all Blended together to create a natural looking root and I'll get up here, close again to see, if you can see, do I go down or what? Yes, it is just a really really nice looking root and what they have done with this particular color is giving it a lot of Dimension. So this dark rooting color actually extends to the underneath, and you will see that whenever I take it off and show you how she looks on the cap, so the color again the Tres Leches blonde, we have a. Where am I at here? Oh okay, we have a light and a bright blend of honey and satin creamy blondes. With a pale Ash highlights and like I said this is a very dimensional color. I can see already the light ashy highlights here and I can see some of the honey in there. So this is a cool color and if you're um I'm I'm typically a person that can wear um, both I'm I'm kind of neutral. I can wear warmer colors and I can also wear the cooler colors. But some cools just really wash me out, and I was afraid that this color may do that. So what I did was, I just put more makeup on: that's, that's always what you do if you think that you know it's going to be too light and wash you out just apply a little bit more makeup and maybe your foundation a little bit darker. What I did was add some um bronzing powder. So to me I don't know y'all tell me: do you think that this washes me out? I don't think so um. I think that it looks good and I love this color. This color was actually pretty new. I think this color just came out - maybe this summer, this past summer, so this is a fairly new color and I don't see it a whole lot on the you know web as far as reviews and things like that so um, let me make sure that I've Gone over everything - and I think that I have like oh - I want to post some pictures that I have found, because I know that a lot of people see this and think. Oh you know I get it you're, either a straight person or you're a curly person. I'M both I like both but being born with curly hair. I this is what I I really really like. So I did a search on the internet. I just typed in um a spiral perm just this year just this year. It came up that this was a new. You know trending style, coming back from the 80s. This crimped, you know kind of spirally cut so that right there tells me that these wig manufacturers they're putting out these Styles first and the world, is seeing us women in these wigs or men and they're following suit they're, going to the salon and they're saying hey, You know I've been seeing a lot of these long um spiral curls back. You know I want my hair, like that. So imagine getting this in the salon. The time you would spend for one sitting in the chair getting this done. If you have stick straight hair and also the color, you know you've got it made just pull it out of the box and put it on now. One thing that I will probably do a lot with this one is clip that front side back, and I think that I said that. So I want to try and get outside while there's still some sunlight and show you this outside, and then we will try and get back in here and take it off and show you the inside of the cap. Okay, guys, I'm not gon na step too far out, because it's pretty wet so outside you can really see the um the kind of what I'm talking about the fuzz and how it looks like natural, real hair. But this is the color outside and the root. I think it's gorgeous we'll get up here, so you can see this lace front. The lace front is awesome too so yeah out here you can really tell the the dimension of these colors. Isn'T this just gorgeous all right now I'll head back in and show you the inside all right guys, so you want to see the inside of the cap. I almost hate to take this off. Look I mean oh gosh. I hate taking away all right, so typical, belletress cap has the hook slide. Closures has an extended nape, thank goodness it would need it with all of this hair. We have the velcro ear tabs with the bendable stays. Here'S your open wefting here is the front left side monopart, and you can see how deep and how far back that goes. Here is your extended lace front and, like I said it goes just to the start of those ear tabs. So even this here is really wide, so you can part that a little bit left of center, if you would like so I'm going to turn it back inside out and just show you holding it all the way around again. I really am digging this curl pattern with these curls and then the underneath having the more like crimped look. So if you have a crimper - and you didn't want so much of this just crimp the whole thing, I think, though, I'm going to, like I said, add more curl like this. This is all one length you don't have any layers in here so but let's see underneath and through here, you have no worries of seeing any wefting at all in this. If you're outside and the wind blows that rooting color is just amazing, it is really pretty on this chest like Chase blonde, it's so it's very light. It'S not a very dark harsh! You know Brown, but, ladies, like I said, do not do not take a brush or a comb to this um because it's just going to frizz right out and if you you know accidentally get um to that point where it's just frizzed out just apply some water To it and scrunch it up and hang it and it should, you know, come back to its natural state.
