Hi guys and welcome back to my channel so today i want to show you all how to make your natural hair unit look a little bit more natural, because many of my girls have been going out and we've just been doing it all wrong um. We are purchasing these natural hair units or these kinky curly units and we've just been wearing them, as is that's not necessarily the way you want to do it. So i'm going to show you how to make your kinky curly natural hair unit. Look a lot more natural, so if you would like to see this video stay tuned, baby, baby baby, so the hair featured in this video is from clay hair and this is their transparent lace, frontal unit and it comes in the jerry curl texture. So let me just show you how this looks. Let me take off the mesh cap. Look at that lace and the baby hairs are already pre-cut and prepped for you, so you don't have to do a whole lot of work. There show you the hair texture. This is just straight out of the box. So again you have your transparent lace. You have two combs on the side. You have one comb at the back. You have your adjustable straps just in case. You want to tighten the unit on your head and then you have your lace here, and this is a 13x4 lace, so it will cover the front of your head and then you have your mesh cap and this unit has a hundred and eighty percent density and It is in length 18 inches, but again you can order different lengths, depending on your preference, all right. So let me just show you how this unit looks on me without doing any work to it. Okay, so let me just show you and you make the determination yourself drop some comments in the chat. Let me know what you think just fresh out of the box. If we were to wear this, what do you think so? The curls look nice, but it still kind of looks a bit wiggy. You want to make sure that you do a little bit of extra work to it to make it look as natural as possible, so to take this unit to the next level. You basically want to just co-wash it that's going to take it to a whole new platform. So if you watch my videos, you know that i tend to co-wash a lot of my units because we don't want to have that. Wiggy look just straight out of the box. Look. Some people are okay with doing that, but if you really want that natural look, you're gon na have to put in a little bit more work, okay, and it doesn't require a whole lot of effort. It'S quite simple to do so. Let me show you how to do that now. Okay, so the conditioner of my choice is going to be the aussie total miracle conditioner, and this conditioner provides a lot of slip. It really moisturizes the hair and it really upgrades it. So i'm basically going to rinse this hair with water and then i'm going to add the total miracle conditioner i'm going to detangle it with my felicia leatherwood detangling brush, and that's just going to allow for these curls to really be defined and to look as natural As possible, so the hair has been saturated with water. So now i'm going to apply my conditioner and i'd also like to say that on youtube, you really have to be careful with the terms that some of my girls have been using. They usually will say that you have to wash the hair, and i interpreted that as oh. I need to use shampoo. You do not need to use shampoo on your unit, because that shampoo is going to dry it out. You want to co-wash the hair, what they mean is co-wash and not wash so, if you're washing the unit, you want to kind of steer away from that and co-wash it now you can, if your unit has gotten really dirty over the years or over time, if You want to um shampoo, the hair, that's perfectly fine, but for the sake of defining those curls and making it look natural, you want to co-wash it. So you kind of just lift your detangling brush a bit and it'll allow those curls to just really get defined and then you're going to rinse out the conditioner. But you want to partially rinse it leaving just a bit of the conditioner in there to make sure that the hair remains moisturized. This method just wakes those curls right up. So so then, i'm going to go in with my diffuser hair dryer and i'm going to partially dry the hair and then i'll. Let it air dry overnight, ryan little! So now i'm just going to cut the lace while it's on the mannequin head to prevent any damage to my actual edges and some people are able to do it while it's on their actual head and that's not my expertise. So i choose to cut the lace while it's on the mannequin head, and these are the finished results and guys you're gon na see that, with the got to be glue, i initially was going to use the bed head spray, which is a lot easier. As far as the application process, but i ran out so i had to revert back to my got to be glued and i got to be glue, it can be kind of messy, but it gets the job done. You'Re going to see here that once i start applying the got to be glued and try to brush down the wig on my hair, it kind of gets messy during that pull. I'M not really perfected that process. However, the got to be glued will also do the job. You can also use the black, which is the clear, got to be glue to secure the unit on your head as well guys be advised. You want to make sure that you just don't put the unit on your head and go ahead and start laying it down and installing it and walk out the door. You want to make sure that you actually break the cast. That'S on the hair, after washing, because if not it's going to have that hard texture to it and again, it'll go back to having somewhat of a wiggy look, and we do not want that. So make sure that you just run your fingers through the hair to break that cast and it'll. Allow the hair to look a lot more voluminous and natural, which is the point, make a sink and i'm using black version of the got to be glue or the clear version to lay down my edges and it made the process. Super simple. But i couldn't see it perfectly on camera, so i just went off camera to kind of just fix it a bit. I get the issue just swooping it down until it gets to the hairline baby girl again, looking hotter than the summer make her brother want to stop drop, bro, prima donna chasing after commas pop of color. Everybody know how hard to, but i please give you is. I
