Kinky Curly Wig | New Baby Hair Technique Ft. Unice Hair

Hey youtube: welcome back to my channel, i'm back with another video, so today's video is on this cute kinky curly wig from you, nice child. The curls are giving okay. If y'all want the deets on this wig, then just keep watching okay jumping right into the video. The hair is from you, nice and y'all know i love their hair. They got some bomb here so make sure you check them out, but they changed up their package in a little bit, which i was like surprised about, but i love their hair. So i can't complain um. This is just some goodies that they gave me in a box that i'm showing y'all. They did give me the uh wig band that i have on top of my head, and it was also kind of enough to give me a room like what okay so like i have mentioned, this is a kinky curly wig, i believe it's 24 inches i'll. Have all the specs and needs below, but i did go ahead and bleach to not pluck the unit myself um, i'm putting a little bit of the ebbin. Even ebbin, um tinted lace, spray, and this is in the color what light warm brown yeah. So i'm spraying that on the lace as y'all can see and look at it matter of fact hold on hold on. Let me give you all a close-up of it there we go, that's what it's looking like, and this is what it looks like after i cut the lace off the wig already and yeah. The hair is super nice. The knots are really small, which is easy when you're customizing it too okay. So i did pluck this wig myself, which is why the top looks like that. Do not mind the frizz or anything like that. Obviously it's just dry hair because i didn't do anything to it. I literally just plucked it and left it. How it was. That'S why the back is like a lot tight. The curls are a lot tighter than the front, because, obviously that's where i put um, but you guys will see later on in the video once everything is wet and how it is in its natural state it'll be a big difference. Okay, so i'm using what i use all the time, which is my boho active lace, glue um. I just been applying this to the top of my head and then i'll go ahead and smooth it out with the back of my comb. You can use like a popsicle stick, um, basically anything a little. Even a little makeup brush is fine, but just keep in mind that it's the glue's gon na get on there, the bristles of the brush, so it's gon na make it nasty, but anyway anything that's gon na make it nice and flat in a thin layer. I'M crying because i really just be talking in my videos. I really just need attack and i hope i'm having a whole conversation to myself but yeah. I believe i did three layers of this three yoga counting. I can't remember i'm not 100 sure, but i don't really keep my wigs on that long. So i don't do long layers um of glue, like i don't put that many layers of blue, because i don't keep them all that long. All right once that's completely clear dry, not like completely dry but like completely clear and tacky. I'M gon na pull the wig forward and place the middle part of that wig right directly, where i put that lace glue and i'm gon na leave the sides obviously untouched. For now but um, just so that i know exactly where i'm going, to lay everything. That'S why i don't do my sides yet, and sometimes i even do go back in with the end of my rat tail and i put a little bit of glue on there and i'll just apply it to the top, because i don't always measure correctly like i. Don'T always put the glue exactly where it's supposed to be so i'll, just go back in and lay those little pieces of lace that i didn't get um back down. Okay, so the same thing that i did to the middle section of our head: i'm going to do to the left side um, and this is pretty self-explanatory. I did go in like little piece by piece now. I do mention that i only applied two layers. I didn't keep this wig on long. I think i kept it on for like three four days um and i only did two layers and i really didn't - have no problem with lifting or anything like that. Um, but yeah. It'S optional to go ahead and use a blow dryer. Personally, i don't i let it air dry until it gets completely clear, thank god for editing, because if not, we would just be sitting here waiting for this glue to turn clear, but once it is clear i am going to lay it down. Okay, so only for my corners, i'm gon na um use the wonderlay spray and i'm applying that just directly to like where our ear tabs are just to make sure everything is laid down even more. I do take like a little section out of baby hairs out. Just to make sure that it's going to lay down and stay down and the same thing that i did for the middle, where i took like a little bit of the glue on the back of rat tail. I do the same thing on this side and as y'all can see when i'm applying the glue, it's completely clear already, so it's not like, i have to wait, um and whatever i do to the left side. I do to the right side, so i do go ahead and apply the wonder: lace to the right side of my ear tab as well, just to make sure it's going to completely lay down. You can use free spray, even if you don't have the wonderly spray, but free spray you'll. Do it just fine or even any type of like stronghold, hairspray that'll work too. Okay, once everything is laid down, i'm going to take this wig band. Well, like an adjustable, strap man and i'm going to tie it down, your forehead should be hurting or you should have a mark because that's what's going to melt your lace, um and then i also went ahead and applied the unites wig being on top of that. Just because i wanted extra security, but this is what it's looking like after i went on the head and got out the shower and washed the hair. Well, i didn't wash it, i could wash it there, you go: um cold, wash the hair. This is what it's looking like, and obviously the curls look completely different once they're dry, um, they're gon na look a lot tighter. If i could relate these these curls to any like curl pattern, i'll say it's like a 4a 4b kind of curl texture, um they're super cute, but keep in mind that once the hair is dry, it's going to be super thick, okay. So one thing i did do differently with the split install: is it um, i'm showing you guys, really quick, how i take the baby hairs out? It wasn't really too much of a styling video this time around. It was more so just like me, showing y'all a different technique about doing my baby hairs, so i'm taking the hairs out, that's going to be like our baby hairs and something that i normally do or would do is cut in a diagonal form. So i'm gon na show y'all that in a minute, okay, so normally i will go downward on my baby hairs as y'all can see. But this time i went like upwards, so i'm using my scissors and i'm cutting up um towards my eyebrow as y'all can see, and that is just going to give it like. I don't know for me, it gave it a different curl and then i'm also using this like little itty bitty. I don't even think this is a one inch, half inch uh curling iron and i'm flipping it up. Usually, i would use like my little itty bitty flat iron, but i feel like this. Hair was curly and i didn't want to use a flat iron. I just wanted to use a curling iron, i'm taking my wrapping phone mousse and i'm laying my baby hairs down completely and, as y'all can see like the baby. Hair already has like a curl to it, um, but oh yeah, for the sides. I kept that the same thing, so i do go down diagonally instead of um, like upward, how i did on the first baby here like i can't really explain it, but y'all just have to see it like that's why i keep changing my scissors. The positions on my scissors to really show you guys what angle i'm cutting over here. Okay, even though i'm using my wrapping foam, i'm going to take a little bit of that got to be a ultra blue gel and i'm going to make sure my baby hairs are laid down even better just because this hair is curly. So sometimes, when you're doing curly um wigs the rabbit foam, just doesn't do it for me, or at least the one that i have just it wasn't doing it for me. So i added a little bit of the um the got to be gel okay. So i'm going to tie it down with the unites wig band, which comes in handy. I think they gave me like two or three of them. If you don't have a wig band, get away band, it doesn't even have to be from you. Nice just get away band cause it's going to save your baby hair 10 times better, but this is what it looks like. I did go ahead and decide to add two little like pink tail kind of things in the front. Just because i feel like this hair was super big. I didn't want it in my face so much so i just added two little ponytails and yeah. By this time the hair was already drying. So, as you can see, it's like a lot bigger but yeah. So this is the finished result. Honestly, if you are here for big hair and create nice curly textures, i would definitely go with this wig like 10 out of 10.
