How To: Apply Lace Frontal Wig | No Glue/Tape

Hey guys welcome back to my channel today, what i'm going to do. I am going to show you how i lay my lace, frontal closure, so i decided to record this process and i hope you guys learned something. There are a lot of videos out there that show you how to lay your lace frontal, but i just wanted to put my little two cents in because i like to eat okay so anyway. So the first thing i do is, i lay my edges and to let my edges, i use my gorilla snot and i've had this bottle for probably like four years now, so it's just something that keeps your edges down. So i kind of put some on my edges earlier, but i'm natural, so sometimes it just curls up. So i for my lace, muscle wigs i braid my hair all the way back on straight back and let me show you how that looks. I have a pin holding it at the back, so i just spray it straight back got a little dark. I just bring it straight back and then the next thing i do i put on my cap and make sure you tuck all your hair back. Okay, don't let any of your hair really stick out of your um from under the cap? Okay, it's the best! I can do with these edges girl, okay. So to lay my lace frontal, i use the got2b gel and this is the ultra glued invincible. Styling gel this is good. This is really good. I originally had was this one. I'Ve had this for a while. That'S why i look like this. I have this for a while, but this to me this is not that good, if you're using it for your lace, wigs, because this is white - and you see the residue when you apply this on your hair, this one's clear, so it actually comes out better. So, along with this, i use the got to be spray. This is the freeze spray use this in conjunction with this, to secure your lace contour on your hair. This is the same way i've been wearing, so i go ahead and put the wig on and i go ahead and make sure i get everything from up under the hair from up under so so. What i like to do i like to put the the frontal? Actually, over my hairline like like probably like right there, so i like to put it over my hairline. Don'T chewing gum so don't mind me, so i like to put it over my hairline and you can wear it, show you, so you can wear it like this. If you want my hair needs to be curled, you can't wear it like this if you want, but i like mine, a little more secure, so i'm just going to pin this back, i'm just going to take a clip and just pin this back. So i can work on it all right, so position it. Where i needed to go all right see my edges are the size. I told you guys. The sides are actually cut a little shorter than what i wanted. So my edges are out a little bit, but that's the point of you know: tacking down your edges in case you run into like this, so so my wig is placed on where i want it to go and um. This is the mount i'm using and i'm just starting from one side to the next okay, i keep looking at the viewfinder, i'm looking at you, okay, so you're gon na start from one side to the next and i'm not moving it back. I'M just going to just apply it where i want it to go, and some people do it this way, some people do it the other way when they make it tacky and all that stuff. I'M not doing it this that way, i'm doing it where i just put it on i'm still going to incorporate the blow dryer, but i'm just doing it this way. One side is down all right, so i'm just going to work on the rest of the rest of it. I don't like to pull up and i just swipe up the excess glue that i have right here gel and i take my tree spray and i'll. Take a red cell phone and there you have it, that's it and then i just go ahead and collect my baby ears, so i'm going to take my edge control. This is my cream of nature. Argan oil, perfect edges extra holes, i'm just going to take a little bit of that and just put it on my edges, and i hate i mean i don't i'm not egg or anything, but i just hate to see. You know people that do this with the baby hair. That'S like right here. I hate that. I don't like that. So i tried to just do mine, as i guess as possible, since my sides are out, and if your lace is too light, you can always put concealer or foundation on it um you know just to kind of make it not so light. So this is how it looks: um brush my hair out some more. I can go ahead and flat iron it, but i'm not in the mood. So i didn't decide to flat iron the frame and i'm going to use my chi flat iron, and i got that on ebay, so i refuse to pay full price for mostly anything, so i just got that off ebay for um. I want that like what, a year two years ago, i do not like, like heavy curls in my hair, i like just simple ways, but i just don't like that. I'M just hiding like this ain't have enough. As you can see, i like simple waves in my hair, so i don't like doing a whole lot of you know heavy curls, but oh and before i forget, because i forgot my last video um so talking about the eunice hair um. You know i talked about my sister's um. She was supposed to get a frontal and she got um a silk based closure. Well, i forgot to give you an update about that so um i worked with eunice and they went ahead and credited um the credit card. So you know they were really. You know cool about working out working it out. Thank you kathy. Thank you, for you know working with me on that, but it was a simple mistake. I don't you know, i'm not saying that that's how they do stuff. I keep looking at this, i'm not saying that's how they do stuff, but you know where human things happen. So i was just brain, but thank you kathy, for you know helping me out with that situation and who, okay, i um. They were running a labor day. Promotion on instagram and they were giving away free hair right. So i said, let me let me i broke my combs anyway, so i said, let me let me go ahead and answer and your girl won. So i won three bundles of hair and i could have picked hair that you know i wanted to try, but for some odd reason i chose the natural wavy. I guess because i want that wavy hair without trying to get it myself with you know, curling it or whatever. So i got the um, the brazilian natural wave. I think that's what it's called, so i will be showing you that um i have it, but i want i need to buy. Like a frontal, i think i want to get a frontal versus a closure, but it's just three bundles of hair 16. 16, 18 and it was supposed to be a 20, but they probably ran out of 20 because i got a 22, so your girl, one hair. You know i rarely win anything, so i will be showing you guys that i just want to get the frontal first and i just haven't, had the opportunity to order it so yeah, there's that so i will be making that wig on camera and um yeah. It was just so cool when they contacted me and said girl. You won, so you know i don't wish it so that was a good, a good um, a good surprise. So here you go, so i just wanted to give my hair a little bit of oof in the front but anyways. That is the end of this video. I keep looking at the skin viewfinder anyway. This is the way i apply my lace frontal and i just try to make it look as natural as possible and that's what you have to do with your wigs. You have to make it look as natural as possible because we are in 2016. Wigs are not like how they were back in the day and wigs can be as natural as the hair coming out your head, even though my hair is not brazilian or peruvian. As you know, many vendors claim this hair is supposed to be, but you know you know you don't have to walk around like a busted. So if i can help you out in any way, i am a vigologist. I will be buying a regular one, but you get this. You can just lay your frontal line out and be cool all right. So anyway, guys.
