How To Fix Hard, Scratchy Lace On A Lace Front Wig

I found an easy way to help wear lace front wigs with hard lace more comfortably. Thanks for watching...

Hey guys, what you'll need for today's activity is a standard wave cat needle and thread scissors and hair clips to hold the weak back. So we're going to take our standard wig cap, which is like a 50-cent cap, nothing special about it wherever the seam is we're going to cut from edge to the start of the scene, we're not gon na cut through the scene but to the scene, and you Want to end up with something that looks like this, where we can actually stretch that band across the lace, that's where our comfort level is going to come in, because we know how hard they can make these lace wigs so guys I lost the footage that I Normally that I had for this video, so I had to redo it, so this part has already been done, but I'm gon na kind of talk you through what I did. I basically took the band that we were talking about on that wig cap and I started from one ear one end of the lace wig and I sewed to the other end. I got the edge of the wig cap as close to the edge of the lace as I could. You can use black. You can use brown whatever you feel comfortable, you know wearing, but I chose a black because my natural hair color is black and if the stocking of the week we camp did show through, nobody would be able to tell because it'll look like my hair. So now what I'm doing is actually going back to the other end of the week cap of the length of the week cap. Well, the lace wig. If that makes sense - and I actually went back - maybe an inch or so just so that part of the bands of can't cover the lace, if that makes sense and also you'll, be able to use the clips. If you want to, because we're actually going to clip the part that we do not sew down, we're going to cut that off, so I'm sewing and selling and when we get to the end of the week, we're going tonight and cut it like. So so guys. This is the most comfortable way that I could wear this week. I was not ready to snatch it off by the end of the day, like I normally am with wigs. You need to try this. If you have trouble with the heart screened or whatever type wigs they make nowadays, you will save your edges, your edges. Well, thank you, your scalpel, thank you. You'Re gon na be so happy with the results of this. You should try this on all of your lace front, wigs that have that hard, scratchy lace y'all be blessed. Please comment have a good day. Bye,
