Testing Glaze Hair Color Conditioning Gloss- Honest First Impression

Hey y'all, it's been a hot minute. I know life's crazy, no free time we got christmas going on got spit up on my shirt, it's been a day, but it is now time for me to do a little mommycare have like 30 minutes to myself. My husband's got the kids and i have got a new product to try. So i got these in mail today and i'm so excited. This is something i've been seeing. I keep getting ads on and all these people's hair look amazing right now. Currently christmas is in like basically a week from tomorrow. I don't have time to go, get my hair done, so i thought it'd be the perfect time to try this out. So this is something called glaze. I think it's how you say it, and basically it's like a hair reviver is that the right word: it's not a permanent hair color. It says it's semi-permanent, so, basically, after a few washes, it comes out. So it's not like a permanent hair dye. It says it claims to be which, by the way, i'm not affiliated with them didn't get these products for free, not like promoting them just sitting a collaboration, or anything like that. So i bought these with my own money to test out on my own, see what we really think honest review, so it claims to be a vibrant color so like if your hair looks dull, mine looks dirty right now, but we're about to fix that um. If you just need, like, i guess, like a refresher, so it gives you vibrant hair, mirror glaze shine extraordinary softness, no damage, no mix, no mess semi-permanent lasts up to 10 washes. So that's the gist of it. I got two colors because i didn't know which one i they both looked pretty, so this dark one is called sleek, expresso or espresso, and then this one is called chocolate gleam and it kind of looks more like a reddish brown. This one is more of like a dark brown, so on the back, you can see like there's before and after pictures in the ads like the girl's hair went from like drab and dull and frizzy to like super soft and silky and like shiny okay. It only takes 10 minutes feel here, oh look at there, so if you peel the back, then it's got all kinds of little info and directions and stuff um. It does say it doesn't cover grays. So if you have a lot of gray to cover this, wouldn't really cover it for you, but again, like i said it's just kind of like a little color boost and the loss all right. Let'S quit chitchatting and let's just dive on in and see if this stuff works. Okay, so i just threw on this little elasticy towel wrap thing so that i can easily just unwrap it once my hair is done and i don't have to take anything over my head, so i suggest doing that. So i've got a hair clip just the old one. I don't really care too much about and then which color do we want to do. I think i'm feeling the dark. One thing i didn't think about you get your hands in it because i don't want my hands to be dyed. I wonder if you have to wear gloves wearing gloves is recommended and they don't give you gloves. I don't have gloves great okay. So how crazy is this y'all, i just so happen to have like one of those paraffin wax kits for like your feet and stuff, and it comes with these plastic bags to put like over your feet or your hands when you do the wax. So i guess this is what we're gon na have to do, because i don't have any other gloves. I could use like a ziplock baggie, but i feel like this would cover my hands a little better, we'll see we'll, try it hey i'll, shake it up, just because i'm gon na make sure all mixed. I want to smell it, it smells really good. Oh, it smells really good. It smells really good. Let'S go ahead and attempt. This is what we're working with it looks very dark. Oh my wow, i just touched it immediately: rinsed my hands and y'all. My fingers already stained slightly be very careful with this stuff. If you don't use gloves, i feel like your hands are definitely - and i got it on my head - definitely gon na get stained. I really wish. I could not have to keep this hand free, but i have to so that i can touch this. I do like how dark it is so all right. I grabbed this little thing with a tool on the end so that i can kind of separate my hair wet gloves just gon na go on and it's just gon na bubbles, just gon na get gross and i'll just have to wash it when i'm done. This is too hard. Yeah definitely definitely want to get gloves. I'M not gon na lie. This bottle is not easy to squeeze. I cannot get this stuff to come down. Come on. I feel like i'm gon na die everywhere, and it's like it's not coming out. So this thing is nearly impossible to squeeze with one hand it's like: how are you so squeeze it into your hand? There has to be a better way like i think, next time i would squeeze it into a cup as much as i think i'm gon na need and then just like scoop it out or something because this is not working. I just don't even know about to turn this glove inside out. Squeeze a bunch on here got ta go get another glove, so these are the things you don't think about. You don't see and add like they make it look so easy. Okay. So i'm gon na squeeze with two hands onto this plastic. Where did that just go? What trip okay? So this half is pretty much done. Y'All talk about mess like this is a mess all right y'all. I got this stuff all over me and oh, my gosh. My hair's falling okay, so apart from the messiness of it and me not exactly being prepared now we wait 10 minutes. Okay, so time is up now we're gon na rinse this out and come back and see what we got um so y'all. I just got a shower. I really really really i'm really hoping this stuff works like i really want it to work, but y'all look what this stuff did to my shower, like i have used hair dyes before, but this is not coming off. Like look at this, my whole entire shower. Look at this. It is not coming off. Look at my look at my fingers. It died. It dyed my nails. It died like underneath my nails around my fingernails y'all shower. My husband is gon na die. I mean i know it's supposed to work in 10 minutes, so clearly it's got to be a strong die, but it's semi-permanent and it washes out. So you would think it wouldn't be stained your stuff like the minute it touches it: okay, let's dry, the hair. Okay, so just took the towel off and brushing through is so much easier than it normally is normally there's lots of knots in my hair when i get out of the shower, but it's super smooth so now on to the drying part so to dry. My hair, i am going to use this sponge the volume, so i love drying my hair with this. If you didn't watch my video testing it out, i had some hiccups, the first try, but now that i've got it down. I love this thing. Okay, so this is the finished result. What do we think? As far as silkiness goes honestly, i mean this is just blue dry. It'S not straightened or anything like. I normally do, but i don't know. Does it look different? I can't really tell maybe, if i put a side by side up, can we tell the difference honestly as far as the color goes? I don't know if i'm seeing it, i feel like it died more of my shower than it did in my hair yeah. I don't know it might have given it like a slight tint, but nothing nothing that noticeable on me personally. It might just be cause. My hair was already so dark, but it didn't really show, but i don't know i thought it would be better than this. I really thought it would be better than this. Do i hate it? No will i use it again. Probably i'll probably try it again. I mean my hair looks shiny. It feels really good smells great. I guess i just built it up to be a little more than what it actually is. I'M not blown away, i don't hate it either.
