Hi everyone welcome back to my channel. My name is ashley, and this is my amazon favorites video. So i know these videos have been kind of popular for a while now and kind of floating around youtube and at first i was like i feel like. I don't really have anything that nuance to talk about, but regardless i love amazon and i love watching these videos, so i figured i would just post one to show you some of my favorite pieces. So my first amazon favorite is this label maker. I don't know about any of you, but i recently watched the home edit on netflix and now i am on like an organizational like terror. Anything i can organize, i will and that involves label making. So i don't know if you guys are familiar with this, but it's kind of just like this little contraption, where you adjust the different letters and then just kind of press on the thing. Let me see if i can make you like a sample sticker. It says subscribe with three exclamation marks, so then, basically, you can just peel this off the back and then stick it to whatever you want. So i just find this helpful for drawers that aren't like super transparent, so you can't see what's in them, i've seen people use these on, like their beauty, cabinets. I'Ve seen people use these in their pantries, so i remember this being really affordable and it comes with like different tapes that you make these little imprints on so yeah. I really recommend these label maker, okay, the next pieces. I want to talk about really quickly involve candle care or lip candle stuff, so this is kind of like my usb lighter they sell a ton of different ones of these on amazon. I really like these, i think they're so practical, but all you do is plug this into like a little usb charger and it's recharges. I feel like it's probably better for the environment too. All you do is press the button and then there's like this little electric electronic wave situation that goes through and then you can light your candle. I don't know if they saw this exact one anymore, because i did buy this quite some time ago, but i will link the closest one i can find to this. And then my mom recently got me this, which i think is so cute, and it's basically this little tray and on here there are these wick trimmers. There'S this extinguisher and then also just like one of these little sticks that you can use to put out your wick as well. Also, if you are buying more expensive candles, cheaper candles, it doesn't matter it's just going to help reduce the smoke. That is let out so moving on. I wanted to talk about a tech piece that i have found super useful. It'S one of those usb adapter or i believe it can be usb or memory card adapter, for if you have one of the newer editions of the macbook pro, so i have the one that you can no longer just like directly stick a memory chip into. So i opted to get one of these off amazon. It just makes my life so much easier. It'S super convenient to have one of these when there's not a pandemic going around. I typically travel pretty frequently while back got one of these tech cases, so i have like my apple watch charger in here and a few other little pieces that are tech related, but i find that it's really hard to keep everything organized. So you can kind of put all your chargers in here. If you have like an apple pencil, you can fit it in here. If you have your air pods anything you can fit in here. You know it's all in one space and super organized. I really recommend this for tech people and just frequent travelers alike. So sticking to the travel theme, i love packing cubes. I love organization. I think we've established that with my rant about the home edit earlier, but when i'm traveling first of all, i'm an over packer. So packing cubes help me keep things as minimal and compact as possible. This piece actually comes in a set so i'll link these below, but this is just the amazon basics brand. It'S so easy! You can kind of buy a pack that kind of makes sense for you and what you typically pack or where you typically travel. If you don't already have packing cubes, i think it will really change the way that you travel and then same with travel. I love buying my reusable travel containers from amazon. I find them to be a lot more practical than the ones that you can find kind of like at your local drugstore or whatever. I believe i just keep a shampoo in this one and it has this silicone bottle, so it makes it really easy for traveling so yeah. This definitely came in a pack as well, but i will be sure to link this and then recently i actually got these little plastic jars. This is some of my uh savon ayla's tanning cream. I didn't want to bring the whole bottle. These are really great. If you want an alternative to a bottle and they're tsa approved okay, so the next item i'm going to talk about are my blue light glasses. They kind of have like this cute little tortoise shell situation going on. I know a lot of people talk about how you aren't supposed to be on your computer before you go to bed or on your phone, but sometimes it's just not realistic. I think these are a really great way to kind of combat that, and i will say i have noticed a significant difference of when i wear these versus when i don't in terms of how quickly i can go to sleep after being on a screen or whatever Call it a placebo call it real. I don't know it's up to you, but if you're looking for a pair of blue light glasses, i definitely just recommend grabbing some off of amazon. So i've seen a lot of people talk about these in real life and on youtube, but personally, whenever i've worn these i've gotten. So many compliments and people asking me where i got them or who designs them and i really just got them off of amazon kind of give off like a celine vibe, which i think is really fun say these were like 10 or 15. But i really like them, and especially right now, if you wear a pair of sunglasses like this, with a mask on it's like if you're out somewhere, no one knows who you are and it's fantastic, so sticking with accessories something i've really been trying to get into. Lately is this whole like claw clip trend, i just got the cutest little pack of these from amazon and they were so inexpensive they're such fun colors. So also, if you're looking for something a bit smaller, i also found these little mini claw clips. So they're still super fun. I found these to be really good for, like a half up, half down situation for your hair and if your hair is thinner, you'll probably be able to get it all up with one of these. But i just love this little. Clip trend, i think it's so cute, i'm going through a weird thing with headbands right now i was at anthropology the other day and i bought multiple headbands. I'Ve had one for madewell that i'm obsessed with. So it's been like a slow accumulation of headbands, but i'm definitely a fan and amazon has some great options. But after i watch the home edit, one of the girls had a uh cheetah print headband that looked really similar to this, and i have one for a madewell that looks really similar too, but this one was like literally a third of the price. So i also have this pearl one, that's really classic and also a completely different vibe. I feel like this one would be good on a more dressier occasion. Lastly, i have this velvet one that i'm still trying to figure out how exactly to style it yeah, like. I said amazon is just really good for hair accessories. The remainder of this video is mostly going to be about like body care and self-care products. The first thing i wanted to talk about was my portable high frequency tool and my friend sav actually recommended this. For me, but i also saw like steph chef talk about it, who's, like kim kardashian's, former assistant, who has like incredible skin, i'm actually looking up an article now to make sure i get this right, because i don't want to misinform anyone. So supposedly high frequency treatments are meant to kill bacteria and reduce inflammation and hence like support acne fighting, which is something i really struggle with so anyways. Basically, this is like so inexpensive off of amazon, but it comes with this little kind of base that you plug in, and then it has all these different types of glass part like things that you can tie in and it kind of just like zaps your skin. In whatever area that you decide to use it on, so i would definitely do your own research before you purchase one of these and make sure you you know what you're doing when you are using it, but i have found that it really does help clear up. Breakouts, when i have them - and it's kind of like a high-end skincare item that you can get for a super reasonable price, so continuing on the skin treatment train. This is my ice roller, so this part pops out and you keep this in the freezer pops right in you - can roll your face out on it. As someone who struggles with a lot of like inflammation and water retention in the face, this is really helpful and it feels so great and then i also ordered this little trio a while back that i've been really happy with. It came in this little pouch. The main reason i bought this is for this little roller and it's like a pink stone with this kind of like rose gold medal and again i find this to be really really nice. You can look up all the benefits that jade rolling can have for your your face and everything, but i found it to really help with. Like kind of, i hold a lot of tension in my face, so i feel like this really helps with that. I also like taking this little smaller one and rolling it under my eyes in the morning. I feel like it's a really good treatment for de-puffing your eyes, okay sticking with facial treatments of micro-planning. I have done it for probably like a year now, if not more, i have hunkered down on my favorite one. It'S just like a woman's facial razor. Basically, what you do is you kind of just like hold your hand to like bring tauntness to the skin, and then you kind of go in a downwards motion. At least that's what i've seen. I just looked up youtube, videos and tutorials for how to do it. It helps get off all the peach fuzz. I honestly find it just helps your skin really glow. You don't already definitely look into microplaning, maybe watch a few tutorials before you decide to purchase one, but if you are going to purchase one, i find this one to be the best quality out of all the ones. I'Ve tried on amazon, so this one is a little random, but let me tell you: i am passionate about a lot of things in life, one of them being my tongue scraper. If you have not gotten your hands on a tongue, scraper you're about to level up your dental regimen, i have literally amazon primed, multiple friends, this tongue, scraper. To my knowledge, we hold a lot of bacteria on our tongue and so scraping your tongue. At the end of the day, it just helps get everything out and like genuinely makes your mouth feel so clean. I'Ve also heard that bacteria on your tongue can also be linked to bad breath, which is one of my biggest fears, get yourself a tongue, scraper amazon or not just get a ton of scraper sticking with more body care stuff. My favorite deodorant, i actually get off of amazon and i've really never heard anyone really talk about this deodorant. Now that i think about it, i think i might have actually heard ashley graham talk about the spray version of this. I think that's how i discovered the brand, so the brand is crystal and you can get this at a lot of like health food stores. I personally find it super convenient to just order them in like bigger packs off of amazon, but first of all, they're super compact, and this specific one is like a liquid formula and then it kind of has like the ball on the top. I really like the scents. It says they last 24 hours. I don't know if i would say that, but let me tell you, i have tried a slew of natural deodorants that have like not worked at all and this one i'm super happy with one is in the vanilla, jasmine scent, which is probably one of my favorite Scents chamomile and green tea is also a really good scent and then the pomegranate is a really good scent. So, if you're, someone who has found a lot of irritation from like natural deodorants, i would definitely look into these if you're someone who struggles with like a dry, scalp or dandruff and like the head and shoulder situation, isn't cutting it anymore. I recommend this shampoo to anyone who asked me for a recommendation give my sister this after she kind of dealt with a similar issue of just like an itchy scalp or flaky scalp or whatever, and i'm telling you this thing is like magic in a bottle. I have never had a shampoo work as well with compounding like dandruff or dry scalp as much as this one. I believe it's nizoral, i'm sorry, i'm pronouncing that wrong. Okay, so the next little theme we have here is exfoliation. If you feel like you, aren't really getting a good wash with your kind of like shower hair, routine or whatever, i recommend getting one of these hair scalp, massage shampoo brushes. It has these rubber eyes kind of exfoliators and it can just like really help clean your scalp, so i have a pair of gloves in there right now. So these are my backup ones, but i buy these kind of like exfoliating mitts from amazon all the time. Personally, like the heavy ones, you can get them in like light or moderate or heavy in terms of like intensity of the exfoliate, or rather like the intensity of the texture of the glove. I personally like a really good scrub, whether it's just like a once a week thing or maybe before you self tan or when your self tan starts to kind of fade. These are literally the best. A new recent find that i've been into. Is this loofah on a stick? First, i was a little confused about the whole loofah stick situation. I was like: why does anyone need a louvre on a stick? I just you just use a loofah yourself. Then i got one and my eyes were opened. I'M pretty tall, i'm 5 10., i'm actually more than five ten, i'm like five ten three quarters, but i just tell everyone i'm five ten, because i don't wan na be taller than five ten. It'S so much more convenient like you can just like really wash and scrub your legs or your back, and it's so easy. It'S like a little hook where it can just hang on your shower wall. It also comes with replacement loofahs, which is really convenient. I once was a doubter, i'm no longer a daughter, let me say so, get your hands on one of these things, if you, if you want one because it's in my opinion, one of the best i've ever bought so next i wanted to talk about my brush. Cleaner matte thing: basically it just has these little suction cups, and you just can suction this to like your sink or whatever, and then it has all these little kind of. I don't know if you can see, but it has all these little patterns on it, and then you can just like scrub. The crap out of your makeup, brushes on these to kind of help, get like break up the foundation and everything, and then some of the last things i want to talk to you about were pillows. So this is a it's called: a bamboo pillow off of amazon. If you're looking just like for a really good pillow, i would check this one out it's on the firmer side, but it has so much support and i was so tired of buying kind of expensive pillows only for them to like completely turn to nothing like the Form like they weren't fluffy anymore, they don't hold their shape, so these poo pillows are really great and i really recommend checking them out goes back on my bed. This concludes my amazon favorites video. Thank you so much for watching this video. I really appreciate you taking the time to watch it, i'm still a newbie at this. This is only my second video i filmed sitting down and the third video i've ever posted. So if you have any video requests or any questions for me, please comment them down below.
