Sophie Hannah Hair Has Finally Launched! | Vlog

Hey guys and welcome back to my weekly vlog, i hope you guys are super well. It is a launch week for sophie hannah hair, which is super exciting um. It feels very, very weird and surreal to think that i'm launching my brand tomorrow um, because obviously i've been keeping this a secret from you guys and yeah doing this whole process for like 18 months to two years now. So it feels so weird that the day has finally come and, like we didn't know when the day would be um a lot of things in the background have been slow and delayed and yeah. It'S just come upon us very, very quickly, and now i'm just like. Oh, my god, it's actually here it's crazy, but i cannot wait for you guys to get your hands on my semi-permanent hair dye and try it out, and i cannot wait to see you guys, yeah experiment with my color um. I am up early, which is probably why my voice sounds a little bit deep. I am so tired, um. I am off to london for an exciting meeting. Um yeah. Not only have i been working on sophiana hair. I'Ve also been working on. Something else cannot reveal anything just yet, but you guys are going to be obsessed with it. It'S something else that i have wanted to do in my like career for so many years now and finally collaborating with an amazing brand on it. So yeah, that's all i'm saying not saying anything else. Um! We are going to my first sample meeting, which yeah i cannot wait to see the samples for this anyways guys gon na head to london now and yeah. I might try and film a few little bits behind the scenes, just so that i can show you guys when it eventually comes out, um yeah so exciting. Oh guys, i am home from london um. It was a short trip, but it was an exciting one. Cannot wait to share with you everything and that's what i'm saying for now. So what i can say for now um, but you guys are gon na be obsessed with it. You'Re gon na love, the collaboration and um yeah should be coming out in april 2022. Crazy yeah super exciting things happening. I feel like yeah, i'm slowly sort of ticking off all of my big goals that i've wanted to do with oh uk um that i've wanted to do with sophie hannah and my brand um yeah launching hair brand in less than 24 hours. That was a that was that's been a huge goal of mine for a while is to launch a brand, and you know: do my own products make my own products and yeah. I feel, like things didn't quite go right when i had sophie hannah beauty before, but this time around we've done things properly, um, i'm working with an amazing company. That'S helping me we're! You know really trying to source innovative sustainable products and formulas and ingredients and packaging and yeah really really trying to just to be a bit a little bit different. Really, there's not really like a clean, conscious, hair care brand out there that does hair dye in the way that i'm doing hair dye um. A lot of them are vegan and cruelty free, but they don't really focus much on the packaging. They don't really offer sustainable packaging or anything um, so yeah very exciting. Obviously the website will be live when this goes up, and i mean everyone wants their first launch to sell out, and that would literally be unreal obviously, but who knows what's gon na happen? I have literally, i have no idea. I have no idea if anyone's even gon na buy the product - i don't know if i'm gon na sell out. I i genuinely, i don't know anything. So it's all just a bit of a waiting game on yeah, whether it's successful, i really really hope to god. You guys love the die. Um yeah worked really really hard on it, tested it for months and months. So yeah just hope. You guys love it really. So yeah website is live, hopefully there's some products left. If you guys are just seeing this now and you missed the launch and stuff. But if not don't worry, i've got drops coming um yeah and i need to fade my hair because, basically something else might be coming in the new year. That'S what i'm saying but yeah. I desperately i'm trying to fade my hair, so i'm washing it with like hot water, clarifying shampoo, you name it and i'm probably going to be washing my hair. Well, more often than i mean i've already been washing my hair more often than i normally do. I'Ve washed it like so many times in the last few weeks. It'S absolutely it's absolutely crazy. Normally, my hair lasts a lot longer than what it has been, but i'm really really trying to fade it because new color incoming uh. It feels amazing today, though, actually it put k18 on it this morning after i washed it um but yeah sorry, this turned into a really long chat but yeah super exciting meeting in london. Today, yeah we'll be able to share more about it soon. I didn't manage to film behind the scenes, but the girl on their social team managed to film some bits behind the scenes, which is amazing, so yeah, so i will i'll get some footage from them when i launch it. So i want to show you guys, like the process and what was what was doing like in terms of like design, meetings and stuff but yeah. It'S a big planning. Gon na have dinner now and yeah crazy, less than 24 hours to go and then sophie hannah hair launches. It'S madness. It is madness. Ugh guys it's launch day for sophie hannah hair and i'm sat doing a receipt they're so ready. Well, we're gon na have to try and brush these out and then um yeah t minus four hours and 45 minutes until sophie hannah hair launches guys. We are launching some hana hair in 20 minutes. I feel sick that reminds me of that girl on tick-tock. I feel sick, um, very nervous yeah, currently waiting for this special login, so i can basically like track the performance of the site, see how many of you guys are on there what you're buying. So i'm waiting for that and hopefully i'll get that soon. So i can log on and kind of be live with you lot and see what you're purchasing uh, but yeah very nervous, like is anyone even gon na buy anything? I have no idea like i've, never done anything like this before and so yeah. I literally feel sick right now, but yeah 20 minutes guys feels so sick, though, like literally i mean i'm on my period. I came with my period today, which is not the best day to come on, because that my stomach hurts anyway and then, with the anxiety of this whole thing, like i feel like, i can't even breathe like i feel like. I actually might have a panic attack because it's just so overwhelming and the anxiety of this is just ah three minutes. It'S live, i think yeah, it's like. Oh, it's not live on social media, though i feel like when i put it live on social media. Then i'm gon na be like oh, so i buy a product or not yeah. I thought we should buy a product. What should we have about your bowl with it one of each yeah, one of each okay? It'S not officially five. I feel like when it's officially five, then i'm gon na just this. It'S so intense, i'm like oh, oh yeah. I just had a sale. Oh that's really exciting. Isn'T it so? Well? Actually i don't know how? Oh i don't know how many it says. It'S 500 sessions, but is that right? I don't know whether, because basically the dashboard thing i've got there's been a lot of testing of the website, so i don't really have like definite numbers right now, um about who is on there. It'S actually quite intense sitting and watching, i feel like. Maybe we should just walk away and then we'll come back yeah. I think we should, because i think this is too intense sitting and watching yeah. This is quite cool. I'Ve got like a map of the world and then i can see all of those little blue dots of where people are logging on wow. That'S actually that is actually really cool, but yeah wow heavily based all over the uk. How how interesting, but that must just be the time - because obviously it's five o'clock, so it's the evening here, but we're early here like i think it's 9 00 a.m in la right now and midday in new york. So, like a lot of people, probably wouldn't even be online really but like look, the uk is very heavy yeah. That'S actually incredible! There'S people on here all over the world on my website, which is madness someone's even in taiwan, on sophiehannahair.com, like what india i'm just looking at all these places. Where are we there? What'S this place, i'm so bad with the map: lebanon, lebanon, italy, spain, portugal, germany, croatia, croatia, hungary, didn't even have no! I had followers in hungary, czech republic, it's actually quite cool. Looking at this god, that's crazy! Oh having a little look on sophie hannah, hair.com, crazy, crazy, crazy company, we're live now. All of that, like stress, and you know, hiding it from you guys and we're. Finally, here we're finally live and yeah. You guys can buy sophie hannah hair products. Try it out! Oh my absolute favorite at the moment to say my makeup off, so i'm just taking my makeup off to set up a little bit more and yeah. I feel like the last few days has just been really hectic. I feel like i need to kind of well now sophie hannah has launched that's what i'm saying um i feel like it will hopefully eventually kind of work into my routine. I feel like i need to find a balance of doing sophie, hannah, hair kind of business stuff and then doing like my normal stuff, um yeah, just being very behind on emails and content, and christmas is looking really busy. It doesn't look like i'm going to have much time off um, which is annoying because i'm like in need of a break and yeah. I mean it's good that i'm busy, obviously so grateful but yeah. Oh joe, don't have that licking my blood bloody um he's licking. My bloody cleansing, balm um, that's not good for you, mate yeah. I just feel like everything is just very hectic at the moment and hopefully once things have settled down with the launch and everything i will yeah find uh that more balanced way of working, because at the moment i feel like i just don't really have much time To myself, i haven't really been working out. I'Ve worked out for months, mainly because of the vertigo, obviously being so dizzy, but then also halloween um, the brand launch and everything i've just been so hectic. I feel like i just not had like much me time and i've just like let myself slack in terms of oh bit, my lip. Oh, i bit my lip the other day, and so it's a bit swollen and i've got an ultimate sticking out. I keep biting it and i feel like i need to talk sly because i'm talking so fast, i feel like that's why, anyway, so yeah just feel like, i basically need to find a bit of a balance with work life and chilled life and yeah. Hopefully i will find that out soon, um and yeah. It will just all fall into place, but it's all just very hectic at the moment. Um a bit stressful, so yeah, i really do need a break, but i don't know when that's going to be i'm hoping to god. I get to go on my holiday in january that i've postponed for like two years now, but we shall see. I don't want to look forward to it yet just in case it doesn't happen but praying i get to go away because that's definitely the break that i need and i feel like i'm working towards, but yeah anyway, so we'll have a little catch up with you Guys but yeah, i just really want to say thank you so much for buying. The festive glittery backdrop came out today, just filmed um some christmas eye makeup looks and also some christmas hairstyles, which will be up on wednesday. If you guys want to get some inspire for christmas day um, i actually use some really cute hair accessories. I'Ve got this little christmassy headband, which i got from asos. This velvet bow, which is so beautiful, really structured. It looks really really cute in the hair and then some little holly hair clips, which are really cute from um accessorize love, it so yeah. So, just filmed some, oh sorry, guys wobbling my camera just filmed yeah, some really really simple, easy inspo for christmas day, um in case any of you guys want to recreate and get dressed up on christmas day, um yeah, it's like five o'clock, and i am so Bad with filming my content, like i don't get, started till quite late in the day. So then i feel, like my whole day, is gone by the time. I finish filming. I really need to like get a move on and get back into a good routine in the new year um. Also, this ulcer is so bad a little bit. I kind of talk because my lip is swollen and it's sticking like into my mouth and it keeps touching my teeth. Ah um anyways gon na go. Do some emails now hop on my computer. Do some admin yeah, sorry guys another boring vlog, but um? It'S a little bit of a weird like vibe at the moment, with like this omicron variant and covered rules and restrictions coming back into place. Um i have cancelled my well sort of cancelled my weekend plans. We'Ve changed it a little bit we're not going to london. Now i think we're going to do something: a bit closer to home um a little test before we meet and stuff just because yeah, none of us really want to get ill for christmas. So i feel like everyone's kind of buckling down now, so we don't catch kovid before christmas, because that would be such a shame. Um yeah such a weird world, isn't it at the moment guys, i'm like so over it and i'm like how are we still here? But then, at the same time it's you can't really ignore. What'S going on so yeah um also i mean i'm not gon na lie to you guys. I am not getting my booster just yet. I'M gon na wait for my mr mri scan results and also chat to a doctor. I think about whether i get the booster or not just because i've still got vertigo like even now. I was filming on my spinning, chair and having to like spin to do like hairstyles, and i was like so that made me feel really ill. I feel right now, thank god, but i still have those moments and i'm just so worried that will, if i have the booster, will it put me in a severe like vertigo state, again like i had in october, which it just was not enjoyable and honestly, like I think i'd be very anxious and fear getting the boost at the moment, so i feel like i just want to kind of make myself yeah. I feel like i want to make this decision when i'm ready and mentally prepared um, but yeah definitely want to wait for my mri results. First, just to see, if there's anything going on um - and i know some of you guys - who've got vertigo been messaging me asking me if i'm getting the booster - and you guys have said too - that you're gon na kind of just wait and chat to the doctor And a lot of you are waiting for results and stuff, so yeah, i feel like we're all in the same boat, which is kind of nice um, but yeah, well, nice, but horrible. I wouldn't want anyone to be in the same position as me, but it's nice that you know: we've got each other um, but yeah anyways, i'm gon na head down now um. I had to wash my hair again today because i've got such a bad dandruff. I think it's from where i've had my roots bleached. My scalp is like just a little bit dry and i was like i'm filming, hair tutorials and i've got dandruff, but i need to try and get rid of this hair color anyway. So i've been using a clarified, shampoo and it's fading really nicely um yeah, because i want to dye it another color another festive sparkly backdrop up. I am currently filming, but i wanted to show you guys something i made because it's super cool also. My lip is so swollen today, i don't know if you can see like here from where i've literally keep biting at the same bit of my skin and now i've got an ulcer and it's swollen. So it's like quite hard to talk because i'm trying, like so hard not to bite and also there. I have like one tooth that sticks out. That'S like in front which i am actually thinking i might get invisalign or something to sort it out, because they've my teeth have moved. I'Ve had braces using years ago, they've moved back, but it sticks out and like it catches on that tooth. So now, anyway, um yeah, filming some newsy makeup looks and hair looks and outfit videos today, literally one of each hair makeup outfits all the content um but yeah. I just filmed this makeup, look which i'm obsessed with uh, reverse glitter cat eye, love it um and then yeah, i'm about to film hair, and i made these clips oh yeah, so i bought some like hair extension clips off of amazon and then i bought uh Where is it going? Let me show you this like roll of diamante like rhinestone chain, and then all i did was just use scissors cut strips off and then i um hot glue, gunned them to the hair extension clips could not be bothered to sew. I started trying to sew them and i was like you know this is so long. The glue gun is yeah a lifesaver, so i just glue gun them on and then obviously they're going to be able to clip in my hair. Obviously not like this. I'M going to do that like rhinestone um ponytail, look using these so yeah super excited. I made quite a few um but yeah just about to fill that look. I will show you guys what it looks like when i'm done so guys. This is how my hair turned out. Little sneaky peek, i'm gon na have lunch. Now, then i need to come back up and film news eve. Outfit. I'Ve got four really fabulous like just black glam dresses, to show you guys um, but yeah obsessed with this whole vibe love. It guys, i feel, like i have a lot to catch up with you on um. I can't even remember when i last checked in with you guys. I think it was yesterday to be fair, but i got my um mri results for my brain and my lower back that i had done and um yeah all clear, which is great. Obviously amazing, news. Slightly frustrating because i feel like i'm nowhere closer to figuring out what's wrong with my lower back and my vertigo, but yeah obviously really happy that you know nothing serious going on in there and they didn't discover anything else going on in my brain while lower back. So yeah a lot of bonuses and a lot of positives but yeah still a little bit frustrating. However, i actually wanted to show you guys the mri results, because they actually sent me the um videos and, oh, my god, it's the weirdest thing, seeing my brain and seeing like my skeleton is so freaky, but i thought i'd show you guys, because that actually is Quite interesting as well, but i'll show you tomorrow, because i'm just about to go for dinner with the girls, so sadly um one of the girls has covered. So we were originally sorry. I'M sorry breath running up and down stairs and rushing around um. I feel like i'm always our breath lately. Um also my face looks weird because i'm next to my lamp, so i look really green, very odd um. I actually think my sister's here my dog's barking but yeah anyway, so we're going for dinner. We were going to be going to london because omicron is like literally sweeping through london. It'S crazy. Everyone seems to be getting it. We are we've canceled, our london plans managed to get a voucher for the bar that we were going to and instead we're just going to go out for dinner locally and we've all done a lateral flow test and we're all clear. Obviously the girl with kovid, sadly can't come um but yeah just three of us tonight, so we're just gon na go out for pizza and cocktails and it's gon na be super cute. So let's get changed um. I don't really have time to like do a little bit of a get ready with me, but i'll show you my outfit when i'm done my dressing room is messy again guys all the time so just ignore it, but i've just got on my black motel rock Jeans, honestly, these are like my go-to at the moment and then i've got on this sparkly um top from berschka, which i am obsessed with. It'S so christmassy and also it's backless. Let me show you a little close-up, so here's a close-up of the top. It'S got like this little like rhinestone, hem, so bu and then yeah, it's backlifts, really just chic and simple and yeah. I thought i would put a red lip on because it's christmas getting to the festive spirit, even though i definitely do not feel christmassy this year. I don't know whether any of you guys feel the same um but yeah anyway. It'S gon na go out for dinner. Now, let's go we're gon na have pizza we're trying this new pizza place, um that never been to before. So i hope he's gon na be really nice. I don't need no process. My lip is swollen still, oh who's, so bad. Sorry, if you're a bit squeamish, um but yeah so so sore and swallow. I feel like i'm keep like sucking the saliva um yeah. It'S a tall lip today. I had a cute evening with the girls last night. Um that pizza place was so so good love it. I have to say it was on par with our pizzas that we make at home. It was really good um, but yeah keep catching up with girls. I i'm going to show you my mri scans, just a little quick, some okay before i sign off the vlog um. Where are we? Let me find it honestly: it's the most craziest thing you ever see. I don't know if any of you guys have ever seen an mri scan but yeah just mental um. Let me get out so guys. This is my um back how freaking weird and i can go through. I click play. Oh it does it really quick, but basically you can go through the different stages of this video. Let me see you can see it changing. You can see my scoliosis, obviously very mild, but you can see my spine curve. Can you see that? How mental is that that's my spine? Is it this one yeah? Okay, that's it from the side! That'S that one! I don't know what the hell this is. This is again from the side. Oh look at that. Look at that! Look at my, oh, my god in it so interesting anyway. Let me get to my head now. This one is freaky. This is my brain watch. This look at my eyeballs look at my eyeballs. This is also interesting as well like i've noticed now. I actually get neck pain like here, and i have noticed that my neck is also wonky, like my spine, isn't straight in my neck, which is interesting, but anyway this is my brain, say hello to my brain. Uh yeah, what the hell look at my eyeball, it's so freaking, weird! It'S so weird! Let me tell you but yeah. I don't know what this is uh, sorry if this is freaking anyone else out but like i find it really interesting. Look at that. Look at my eyeballs there, it's the weirdest thing, but look i'm there look at this is my brain. Look at my eyeballs, crazy kind of freaky, but also really interesting at the same time um, but yeah, obviously, all clear which is great and yeah. So i'm just going to forward all of this to my ent and see what he says, but he might just say keep on the tablet. So i'm on uh, like for my vertigo and then yeah just see um. So i feel like at the moment i'm just gon na hold off the getting the booster just for now. I want to see how i am in like a few weeks or something um, i mean there's potential cause of a lockdown anyway, so it kind of buys me a little bit of time. I guess to make my decision um, but i did have a bad vertigo day, the other day where i felt quite nauseous um, so yeah, it's still lingering. I really need to stop trying to do all these bloody tick tock transitions, because when i'm upstairs doing those transitions of like spinning and stuff, it really sets it off. Oh, this is annoying because it's like part of my job and i want to do these transitions, but at the same time i need to just be very careful of what i'm doing, because i don't want to set off my vertigo. So i'm kind of learning what sets it off now um, which is helpful um, but still sometimes things can set it off and i just yeah, don't even realize, like you know, yeah just annoying anyways.
