DIY My Space

Hello, everyone - this is unjú and i'm so excited to share today's video, because I will show you how to make some quick and easy hair accessories for your little girls. You will have so much fun making these accessories when you see how easy they are to make, and I promise you you will never have to go back to the store to buy more hair accessories. So in this tutorial I'll show you how to make 20 DIY hair accessories. You can easily make in no time so, let's get right to it. So these are the clips I will be using for this project. First thing you want to do is to line your clip using some ribbon, or you may also use film I'm using a piece of ribbon here, and I want to apply some hot glue to stick it, and I am going to start at the bottom and then You move to the next section where you pinch the clip and apply some glue there, making sure that the ribbon folds around and stick the ribbon in place and then apply some glue along the top part of the clip. And then you want to cringe the clip and you want to apply some glue and fold it in to cover that top five. So now I'm done lining the clip you may choose to use different colors. You know, depending on what you're making. So, let's see how we can make different styles for the first one. All I'm using is a rectangular strip of felt and I am going to glue on one side and make cuts like so and then simply fold the felt to make a flower and just stick. It to the base, so your flower is all done. You just need to stick it to the hair clip using some glue for the next one cut, a flower shape out of felt and I'm using a sequin strip and simply glue it to make the flower. I know hot glue can get quite messy, so please be careful, don't burn your fingers for the next one, I'm using a tulle fabric. I like how it has the designs on it and you simply fold it like so and pinch the center to make a bow. Then you can wrap it with some ribbon and glue it for the next one, I'm using four pieces of ribbons and I'm using two colors here and kind of layer, one on top of the other, with two ribbons together and glue the ends do the same with The other two ribbons, and then you want to take these two pieces and layer on top of each other like an X and wrap another piece of ribbon around the center, to make it a double bow for this. All you need are some pom-poms and just glue. It on your hair clip this one's pretty easy. All you need are two ribbons and just stick one end together and just pinch in the center to make a bow and just wrap it with the other ribbon for the next one. All you need are four different ribbons and they're all different lengths. You want to join the ends together and then start layering on top of each other, making sure the longer one is at the bottom and then stick it with another ribbon in the center. For this one, I'm using a round shape of felt as the base, and I am just taking that same sequence - trip that I used before and just glue it to cover that felt for next. All I'm using are some decorative beads and you could simply glue that on your hair clip for this one. I am using some few small strips of ribbon and myself. Space and all I'm gon na do is to glue the ends together and pinch in the center, and also you can put some glue there to get together like so and just glue it on that felt, and you may want to repeat this with the rest of The strips and just glue on top of each other like so you may continue doing so till you're, formalized flower. You can use some scrap fabric for the next project and you need to cut six circles out of your fabric now fold the fabric and saw the edges like so and once you get to the end, simply pull the thread to create a petal like this. And you want to do the same thing with the rest of the petals and join them together. You, you can add some embellishment in the center here. You know I'm using a sequence for my flower for this. You need some yarn and a crochet hook, and I'm simply going to do some chain stitches. You can do a few stitches, I'm doing around 20 to 30 stitches, and all you want to do is to take your round felt and start gluing it. This one is so simple: all I'm going to do is to take my clip and just glue some buttons on it for the next one. I will be using some ribbons and I want to cut a strip and kind of call it using scissors like so, and you want to do the same thing using some more strips and then I'm taking my round felt and you can start gluing these strips one By one so once you're done, you want to gently pull all the straps, so it looks more fuller for the next one. You want to take some tulle fabric and you want to fold it like so and then make a simple bow out of it. Next, we'll make a fabric rosette, you need two strips of fabric, and I am using a small piece of felt as a center, and all you need to do is to fold the fabric and kind of wrap it around. That felt, and you can gently, wrap it and keep twisting the fabric in between and then glue. It then take the next piece of fabric and just start folding it in the same way you can wrap it and you know, keep twisting the fabric in between I'm. Just using a rectangle piece of felt here and just make a simple bow for the next one: I'm using some elastic cards they're all different lengths, I'm just gluing the ends together. So once you're done, you just want to layer it on top of each other and wrap it with a piece of prison. Next I'll show you how to do a phonograph, I'm cutting a heart-shaped felt and all I'm gon na do is to write her first initial. Using some puffy paint - and you have to let it dry for at least 2-3 hours for the final one. I am using some plastic flowers and make sure you cut off the stalk if it is sticking out and then you want to glue it to the hair. Flip, I hope you enjoyed watching this video and I had so much fun making these hair clips. They are so adorable. They are great for school and any occasion for that matter.
