Hello friends welcome back to thoughtful savvy mom. My name is Gigi and in today's video I want to share with you a DIY to help you organize your daughter's bows. I am a mom to three girls and we love our hair accessories. So I'm going to share with you some things that I've made in the past and then I'm going to recreate some of them for my youngest daughter, who is two and she is building up her bow and clip accessories. So I wanted to get them organized and easily available and organized for everyday use. Her channel is made easy DIY and she's got the coolest DIY. She recently made one to organize your perfumes and jewelry or bathroom accessories, and it is to die for. I can't wait to recreate that for my home, but she and I are both collabing today and making wave things to organize our children or our daughters, both and clips. So I brought down these I made this a couple of years ago and before YouTube was around, I guess, or was around that I wasn't on it and I use this to hang the girls headbands. So I was, it's come in very handy and it just looks like this, and I will show you what I did. I just hot glue, gunned it like this, and then I also made these for them to put all their bows on and so just helps them keep. This hung up in their bathroom help them with their bows. Now, I'm gon na show you my little ones. Stash of bows and what we have so far, alright, so the first thing I'm going to do, I figured I would use this for her bows, I'm going to spray-paint it I'm gon na prime it and then spray paint it to put all her bows all around. So step one is to paint first part. Is the all-in-one matte white that I'm going to use to prime then I'll finish it up with the all-in-one, the loss, pink blush and that's the color that I'm going for nice, pink color light pink all right, so you can make your own find a hanger. I got this cute one from who knows what I purchased and I got a hanger just took off a little label and I like to recycle these and I'm going to buy. I I bought this ribbon at the Dollar Tree. Look how pretty it is, and I'm going to create kind of like a little decor right here like this and I'm gon na add two long strips. I want a space between them for like bigger bows, so they don't get all tied together and then I'm going to put some at the bottom see how long I'm going to make it. I'M gon na go a little bit longer then I would normally just because I know that as she's growing, the bows are gon na get bigger. Now I'm going to repeat that on the other side? Oh now, this is a wired ribbon which is nice. I do have my glue gun ready to go you where alright, now I'm going to repeat it. On the other side, it's a since its wired, I'm going to make sure that they're both the same length close enough now, I'm going to attach the strip. I also have this ribbon. Psycho floral ribbon thick paper. I'M just gon na take them out and make a bow. You got ta help me disappear from all those voices that are and all the moments I can handle cuz, I'm different. You have to promise to stay near two, always telling me the truth. That'S why I you got mind, see what's coming you're my tears, but I can't hear you know what's right for my what say, what to wear? No that's more than I can you're always telling me the truth. That'S why all right, so you want an extra extra long piece and you're actually going to make it longer in the front. So I have this gap right now. I'M gon na test it out and see how many I can get out so figured one to three four five six and I could probably squeeze in seven. So I look so I'm going to cut a little hole up here that way. We'Re gon na put the hanger I can chew drinking. I need you, we're a scene sit on no sense and Tuesday to like you know. Just like you know, Oh that's when this summer I'll be by your side that you can't describe. I want you to see. I all right, this is my last project and then I will get it all ready in the bedroom, but I painted it and I'm going to use this. To put all my the girls bells or the one girl or the other girls are good, and I found this burlap ribbon at the Dollar Tree and I do have a little extra lace ribbon that I have from before. So I'm thinking of maybe incorporating the two. I want to make a bow for this to hang it so I'm gon na get, but that didn't see how it comes out. Now, I'm going to see if I have enough ribbon lace ribbon to do it, and I do I have just enough. I really enjoy making these things. This is not a first for me, it's my first for my channel, but this is right up my alley. I love making stuff stick right. There, okay - and I learned how to make my bows from my Aunt Marie these are wired ribbons. If you don't have a wired ribbon, it's going to be hard for you to do this. I think I can make them a little bit bigger. So, let's start again, you know when you make something the first time and then you have to do it over you're, like man, I should have kept it the first time. Okay, so that looks pretty good. I like it, so I'm going to reinforce it here. Anybody else love the hot glue gun that stuff fixes everything. So here is where I have my big girls, bows and headbands for them to use. It makes it easy for them. It'S in the bathroom loves, don't forget to go check out. Priscilla'S channel made easy DIY. She also made some adorable ways to store girls, hair bows and accessories all right. So this is a complete look of my daughter's Bo's made some new pieces. This is for their headbands. This was a pre-existing one that I took from my older daughters, so I think they came out so nice. I love the burlap. I love that hanger and this way, when we're getting dressed, we can see everything we have and what we can use to assess right. All right friends, it is a wrap. I'Ve made some really cute hair accessory holders for my girls, particularly my two-year-old, because my older girls, it pretty much had theirs done.
