I'M going to start by turning the pinwheel bow over running a bead of glue on the top of my alligator clip and pressing firmly on the back of the bow I'm going to use my lighter and heat seal. One end of the ribbon going around the center and I'm going to put open the clip and put a little bit of glue inside of the clip and press that down I'm going to give that just a minute to set up so that when I put my Next glue on it won't heat it up, so it won't slide off I'm going to fold my loops down just so. I can open the clip easier. I'M going to take this and start wrapping it around the front of the clip and use my middle finger to hold that in place and then kind of slide that tail out of the way. Now that put another little dot of glue on the center and pulling tight, just wrap that up and press, and you can go ahead and take your scissors turn that off and heat seal the cut end. You can take your bow and fluff your loops shape. The bow, how you want it and there is your pinwheel hair, bow with a wrap Center and an alligator clip on the back another technique.
