Hey guys, it's Tina here welcome back to another episode of Tina transit in today's episode, I'll be trying out a DIY at home, hair threading system. Now, if you guys enjoy watching me, try new products make sure you join my squad and hit the subscribe button below the product. I'M using today is the sleek face and body hair threading system. I bought this online from China and it's true dolls. 20. So it's super cheap. The box came a bit banged up, but the product inside was fine inside the box. It comes with the sleek hair remover and the thread Cosette, which holds ten pre-measured beaded threads. Now, when you first open it, you can't use it straight out of the box, which I find a little bit weird you're supposed to change the thread on at first. This is a little bit of a wire because look how complicated it looks, but I did watch the tutorial online like three times just to make sure I get it right. So I'm going to show you how to replace your thread. So, first we need to remove the old thread, so there's these two beads on either side of the hair threader and you just pull that up to pop it out and then unhook it from the bottom and this middle latch. Here, oh gosh. I hope I get it right and unhook on the other side and pull the other bead out. Then you grab a new thread and you thread the bead in and pull it on along the inside thread to the bottom, then into that hook in the middle onto the other side. And then you got to wrap the thread around the other side like four or five times, then you can hook it on to the other side, and it should look something like this. I'M pretty sure that's right now, before I start using, I have to check if the string is taut and it's not so there's this like dial here, you just like turn it to tighten the thread. I think I'm turning it the right way, maybe not so now. The strings more taut and I'm gon na try it out on my arm first just to see if it works. Okay. So before I start I'm supposed to apply a bit of powder, I'm just using like my translucent powder and I'm going to apply that over my skin. This is apparently gon na help with the friction, so the hairs will grab on and hopefully be removed, don't mind. My hairy arms trust me that use some hair there. It'S just probably really light and fair, so you can't see it that well, so I'm just going to open the sleek threader a couple of times and just work it into this area and pouch. This hurts. It'S definitely not a pleasant feeling, but yeah. It totally does work. If you remove a couple of hairs at one time, so it it does feel a little bit uncomfortable yeah, it totally works. It pulls out a couple hairs each time. So it is a little bit painful, but definitely does remove the hair. I'M gon na do a little patch test on my legs, because the hair is they're a little bit thicker, but I must warn you. I have not shaved in like over a month, so the hairs are quite long. Don'T judge me our pants all the time anyway, plus no one even looks at my waist. If my boyfriend can handle it, it's fine. Okay! So here is the Beast and I'm just going to apply powder over it like I did before, and I'm just gon na pick, maybe like this patch of hair over here and try it out. It'S definitely not as painful doing it on your legs as your arms. I find the arms really painful, but the legs are okay. I think I'm just actually used to waxing my legs all the time. It does take a little bit of time to remove all the hairs, especially working with such a large area, but it does work on the Box. It does say you can use it on your face and body. So I'm going to try it. Maybe on my upper lip, I think I totally should have just do my upper lip first and then my body, but it's alright, my germs, it's fine, so I'm gon na go ahead and apply a bit of translucent powder. Oh and I don't have anything on my skin at the moment, so I've just washed my face - I've just applied a bit of you - know eyebrows and eye makeup to look a little bit presentable for you guys but yeah. I don't have any makeup on my skin. So I'm just gon na apply powder. Oh no! What happened here this dream popped out? Oh guess, I'm just gon na replace it quickly. Okay, it's back! Let'S try it on my upper lip. My hands are really fun but trust me there's some hair there ouch! Oh yeah, that that definitely pulled out some hair wow, that's painful. This is gon na hurt. I can feel it. Beauty is pain, I'm pretty sure I've missed a couple of spots, but I think that will do for now, waxing or threating or removing any sort of hair on your upper lip is never Pleasant, so that definitely hurt a little bit more than I expected. You can see my upper lip here, it's a little bit red and patchy, but you can't see it unless you look really close overall. This thing totally works, I'm pretty impressed with it. I don't love it because it is painful about any sort of hair. Removal is pretty painful so, like I love waxing, but you just got to do it anyway right, so I have a turtle 20. This is a pretty good bargain. However, the shipping did take a little bit of time to arrive, maybe like three weeks from China, but yet two for two dollars 20. This is not bad. I wonder if this works like on my eyebrows just up here not under here like just just up there. Hmm, shall we give it a go. I have to be super careful with this, because if I like thread my eyebrows off, this is gon na be caught on camera. Okay, so I'm gon na try to aim to get these little hairs out. Oh, my god, he's really close. I'M scared it works. You just have to be super careful, it's hardly wise, but I'm not gon na go anyplace. I don't want to ruin the shape of my eyebrows. I think I'm pretty done with that side. This side, I'm like sweating doing this. Oh that was a little bit risky, but it totally works on your eyebrows or just the top bit, but you have to be really really careful. If you don't have sitting hands, do not try this on your eyebrows. Suddenly, I'm starting to feel a little bit irritated on this side. It usually happens to me when that works my upper lips, so I'm not surprised but gosh. This is annoying. It'S gon na put something cold there for a second, oh yeah. That feels good. That feels good anyway, it's back to this baby. This is the first time I've actually tried. Thready do any of you guys actually get threading done on a regular basis, I'm wild like a wax and go, or I shave or I get laser sorry. This is the first time for me using this, so it's actually not bad. I think it works really well like it claims. It was hair in your face and body. It'S super cheap. It'S actually really easy to use. It kind of looks a little bit complicated to change the thread, but really it's not. You just have to watch the tutorial a few times and you'll get it if you already get a threading done, maybe by a professional, and you want to do something at home. I definitely would recommend something like this. It'S super easy to use it's pretty much foolproof and it definitely removes hair. You just have to like be kind of careful where you place it. I think this is great to use on like small areas on areas like your legs or like your arms. I think I prefer to just get them waxed because it's just much quicker and you kind of deal with the pain like straight away, just rip a whole bunch of hair off at one time, instead of just like a couple now, it's time to rate this product, I'M gon na give this product quite high, I'm going to give it an 8 out of 10. I think it's a great product to use at home if you want to work with small areas. It'S just not great, like I said, for bigger areas, because they'll just take forever and it'll, be quite painful also for the prior students when you can't really go wrong, but the shipping does take a while. So you have to be super patient, so that's it 2. This episode of Teen etre isn't now before you go. Let me know below which hair removal method you prefer do you prefer waxing sweating, hair removal plucking, let me know below which one you prefer. I just want to find out which one is the most popular method out there anyways. If you haven't already make sure you subscribe to my channel, to stay updated for two days and else BTW guys next time say damn. This is so red right now. I totally look like I have a posh rash, not sexy.

Boberto Burgers: No makeup on your skin? I'm so jelly, your skin is flawless!

Margarida Magno: Omg, who else agrees that Tina has always the weirdest beauty stuff I love them ahah

Janet Marczyk: Love your videos Tina! I had totally changed over from waxing to threading. I love getting my eyebrows done from threading. Definitely the upper lip hurts so badly!

Joshua Creel: honestly i feel like the issue with the pain with this thing is the speed, ive watched a few pros working (im a dude who wears makeup occasionally and keeps his hair because gender roles are dumb) and they are SO fast that i think it probably works like a bandaid and hurts less when you just rip them out lol

lina1911: I had no idea such a thing existed, thank you so much Tina! You have opened my eyes. I thread my upper lip on my own but I'm not really good at it, this thing looks like it's going to make the process so much easier.

Caroline: awkward moment when her month of hair is the same as 2 days growth of your leg hair ✋

marieclaire: I'm pretty hairy... and I just got into waxing and I'm happy with it :) it's surprisingly not as painful as many make it out to be! but of course, it's different for everyone

Kainath: You're definitely one of my favourite youtubers. You seem so down to earth and nice. And I love your snaps ❤

Olivia Sabo-Rush: I've been threading my eyebrows myself since I got them done professionally once a few years ago. It's nice to clear up my eyebrows quickly, and I go in with tweezers after to fix tiny missed hairs. Once you get the hang of the thread motion it's not bad, but I'm pretty excited about this product! Takes the difficulty of holding the thread out of it.

agd: i get my eyebrows threaded every few weeks and ive recently been looking for some way to deal with facial hair, so this is helpful! thank you!!!

Sue Yang: Thanks for trying this! Product looks cool, I'm going to try it. Love your videos

Judy Nguyen: I'm a regular threading girl! Brows, upper lip and forehead every 2-4 weeks. I still get that one tear drop sliding down my face whenever I get my upper lip threaded hahaha. Awesome video btw! I might look into purchasing one of these at home threaders for major emergencies or when I'm too lazy to see my threader.

Franz Lalaine: I always get my eyebrows threaded and this looks so cool but I could never trust myself with it great vid!

Renee Ortiz: Hey Tina!:) I bought some of those jelly lipsticks and I love them, thanks for making that video:)

Anna Macijeski: I had my eyebrows threaded professionally for the first time recently and WOW did it hurt! I was literally crying. But my brows have never looked better.

Arpa Alam: Hey Tina I'm a recent subscriber and i love your videos! I always thread my upper lips & yes trust me it hurts a lot more than waxing..

Savannah B: I didn't even know this existed. I get my eyebrows threaded on the regular & it would be so cool to do it on my own. Thanks Tina!

Naomi Ward: I get threading professionally all the time and I am going to try this product. Thanks for this video!

Miep Maunz: Hey Tina, just wanted to say that I love your videos, your voice is so calm and soothing to listen to ^^

Josefine H: I get my eyebrows threaded, and its really not that painful! you just have to do it quick, like a band-aid :-) Ive been told that its better to thread than to wax, don't remember why... but it also defines your brows like no other!! Love you're videos xx

Sarah Kelso: I wax with Sally Hansen wax strip kit. Fast, cheap, easy. I then put 100% aloe vera on to keep it from irritating. Fast, easy, healed. I love your show!!!! It's extremely helpful to see the products being used.

Natalie Marchesi: Threading really depends on where you get it done and how long it takes to get it done. I went to two different threading places in the same shopping centre and one place took about 3-5 minutes to do my brows and I was practically crying by the end of it and the other took a minute maximum to do both brows.

Muneer Ali: I always thread my brows every month! It looks super nice and natural. You should try!

Raveen: Your skin is flawless!!

Jenn Thach: Your skin looks amazing! I seriously thought that you had foundation on Pleaseee do a skin care routine!

lisaa herr: your skin is flawless! btw, im familiar with threading so I wouldn't need that product lol. I prefer tweezing and shaving tho because I just feel its the easier to control

Rossel's life321: It totally works and for the price it's an amazing deal!

enabananas: i love threading! it's the best way to get beautifully shaped brows imo.. nothing beats the clean line of a threaded eyebrow!

LifeOfMyra: i LOVE getting thread !! i get my eyebrows threaded every 2 weeks

tana mongeau's hair extensions: I wish I had that little body hair

Neha Raja: Yesss!! I do threading but I do it myself & I reckon that will make it so much easier for me if I had it!!

Lo Lo: I swear by getting my eyebrows threaded! Once you find the right threader for you, it's so much less painful than waxing and your brows come out looking so much better too!

Keni: You are so dedicated. Going Through pain just to show whether this product works. Thank you for doing this video :) You are so beautiful

Elizabeth Nguyen: Threading hurts so much, I'm sticking with waxing cos I can't deal with the pain but threading looks hella clean on the brows. You'd be impressed with how it looks if you decide to ever try threading!

alyssa rivas: I get my eyebrows threaded I think it's kind of soothing when someone does it

Radha Ramesar: hi Tina.. love your videos. i normally thread my eyebrows..yes it's a bit painful at first but after it's okay :) is this item available in the USA?

-.Corporate Locs: This can definitely be a life saver for larger areas because traditional thread can callus your finger. I've self taught to do my upper lip as I use acne creams and can't wax, this should be a great option.

Ichaneko: I get my eyebrows threaded on a regular basis. It's very painful at first but after a few sessions you become used to it. Also I find witch hazel and moisturizer help :)

Amalia Rubin: Tip for upper lip threading (When I lived in India, i got threaded twice a month), stick your tongue under the part of the lip you are threading to push it out and make the skin really tight. makes it hurt a lot less :)

Kalliste: I wish my legs looked like that after a month of not shaving :D They're about the same length but so much more dense! I got my eyebrows, lip and chin threaded once.. oh man. It hurt so much! My eyes were watering. I don't think I can ever go back.

Claire Blailock: I really liked this! I was trying to learn how to thread on myself. I was thinking of purchasing that before but I thought it was a gimmick.

Sonali Correa: hey Tina as I have sensitive skin and easily irritable I usually put aloe vera gel/ cream as it soothes the pain and irritation. cheers thanks for all the amazing videos

Lexie Perez: I love getting my brows threaded. I've been burned and scared by wax so many times no matter where I go.

jannettiee: For lips I definitely prefer wax, but for eyebrows, I love getting them threaded. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience and there isn't as much irritation as with waxing, for me anyway.

Srushti B: We in India get our eyebrows threaded by a professional every 2 weeks. Pretty painful at first P. S. A tip, pull the skin taut before opening the thingy.. lessens the pain.

nicolemadeleine: I thread my stache at home and ooooh it hurts like a b*tch!! My hands just can't go on and I cry every single time haha, you handled it real well

Karen Mindock: I've been going to get my upper lip and eyebrows threaded for 15 years and I love it. Like any hair removal it does hurt a bit but you get used to it. I've tried waxing my upper lip and I break out cause the whole process irritates my sensitive skin and threaded is the only method that's worked. I've watched tutorials on how to thread so if I can't make it to the last that does my threading I can touch up.

Emely Berroa: "here is the beast" if that is a beast i don't want to know what my legs are

Taylor Smith: Threading is my preferred method because for me, the "lines" come out cleaner compared to waxing! Interested in trying this product!

Karunya: If you are threading your upper lip, I'd recommend you place your tongue behind the area you are threading. It helps make the skin more taut in that area and, in my opinion, reduces the pain as you won't be going over the same area repeatedly. Alternatively, if you can't place your tongue under the area you can roll your lips inwards (but this may be harder if you easily move due to pain).

Zhanna Arabkertsyan: Tina try putting ice on the part that you're gonna thread it reduces the pain quite a lot. This hack has changed my life so much!

KristanXMarie: Wow, you have no makeup on? Your skin is incredible! And for threading you don't need that whole contraption--just twist a piece of thread around your fingers and it does the same thing :)

raghad alnoman: i do threading all the time. it is the best, easiest and cheapest

Lalli Beh: I've started to get my brows threaded by an iranian girl and my brows have never looked better it does hurt the first couple of times, but you get used to it. The best part is that i don't have to do anything to my brows for a month until the next brow appointment

Zeta X.: I used to get my brows threaded for years but I started sugaring once I could afford it. I'd say threading is 3x more painful and takes longer... the benefit though is that you can do it more often. Threading is prob one of the most painful facial hair removal techniques imo

oneoptimisticstar: I have a friend who knows how to thread and when she would thread my upper lip, she would have me apply some ice to numb it before she would thread it, also run your tongue between your inner lip and teeth and it helps a little. Love watching your videos

Catherine B.: I actually got threaded a few times (something like 10 years ago) on my neck/chin cause i have a lot of hair there. It was so freaking painful, so I feel you! Never done it since because I mostly use hair removing creams , a buffer , or shower cream fir the legs. Armpits is always shick intuition otherwise i cut myself if I use anything else. But I'd like to give this a try :)

Leticia Cervantes: omg for not shaving your legs in a month they look good compared to mine im a hairy beast in a week haha lucky you!! love your videos!!

Adrianne Lopez: I get my eyebrows threaded maybe once or twice a month for the past year and a half, and it hurts soooo badly every time. Unlike with waxing, I can't get used to the sensation of threading. I love the results of threading though, very long lasting and clean. It cost $8-$12 around where I live depending on where you go.

Karolina Krzywoń: I can do threading myself and tried threading my upper lip some time ago. It certainly does the job, although it takes some training to be able to remove all the little hairs. But it hurts badly. Because of that I prefer waxing this area, it also hurts but the pain lasts very short.

Ultramarine Waters: I like epilating! The results last at least a week and if you do it often enough, it can be pain free!

kimmy estes: your nails always look awesome I'm jealous

Sissow S: OMG! I so need this product! It's the way I usually do my upper lip but I can't do it myself so I need to go to the beauty salon, but this would be so practical and save me time and a little money. P.S.: it's true that it's a little painful but totally worth it for me 'cause hair becomes thiner over time and that's great especially for facial hair (no woman likes a thick mustache... that I know of...)

mel: I also get my brow threaded and I stay 3 weeks without messing with them :)

Lovella Cyrille Arcueno: I regularly get my eyebrows professionally threaded. Of course, it is painful but it's something I could bear to have an eyebrows on fleek

julesxx: I always get my eyebrows threaded, and it is very painful in my opinion, I always get watery eyes during it but I know alot of people who think the pain is virtually nonexistent. just different pain levels for different people, and it also depends on the people doing it as well, and how good they are at threading

Mia A: Waxing on my upper lip isn't actually that painful for me, considering I'm a huge baby. Also that's $2.20 that saves your fingers from being cut from the thread.

ViviAnneGCM: Tina is so funny! I subscribe and watch because you are very entertaining! And I love all your videos! I watch multiple times a day!

daniela agami: wow ! i wished to know how to remove hair with a tread but i just couldnt do it. thank you for trying it Tina :) ..just bought it :)

Nosheen: She's so funny. & so honest. Love her her legs are so not hairy at all, well not compared to what mine would look like after a month The beast lol

Lisa Fox-Soreff: Eyebrows lip and face wax. Legs and underarms shave. Love your bravery to try all these products!

Lisa L: what happens when you've used all the threads? you buy a whole new one or can you buy only the threads? Btw your skin is beyond perfect wow! you dont need any foundation or concealer

IANMOONE94: I just usually thread my brows instead of shaving. It's way faster than plucking & it's also cheaper if you can find the right place. I usually spend $7 & also, i tend to switch from threading to plucking to laser from time to time just to find out which one works best for me. Cheers~

Cynthia M. Borges: I had my eyebrows threaded and it's true, it bloody hurts! Plus, I think it broke me out so definitely done with that. T__T Hair laser removal is great for overall body! :)

Victoria Pontious: Even though I wax more now I used to get threaded all of the time. I love it.

Zion Abraham: I do threading, its amazing, I love it. It also lasts longer and looks better, when it comes to you eyebrows.

adeena6: my mom threads my upper lip and eyebrows frequently so this is pretty cool

elyon: In Singapore we always thread our brows!! not by ourselves though, there are places that provide threading services :) I think you need to thread it faster so that it's not as painful! Love your videos! :)

Skiprope Cleopatra: I got my eyebrows threaded for the first time a week ago and it hurt so bad I cried . my eyelids were red and puffy but my eyebrows look so good!!

cotton Delle: The best hair removal method I think is most effective is laser hair removal. I usually go to a salon to do mine but there's this new handheld laser hair removal called Silkn that I would love to see you try if it actually works. Love all your videos!

Kelly Paterson: You absolutely do not need make up your stunning, your skin is flawless

Artbug: You need to put an oil or moisturizer on anywhere you thread or it WILL leave a rash :P

Jasmine Vito: Just subscribed and I love your channel already! I shave like once a month or so also. My boyfriend doesn't mind it and my hairs are very faint anyways lol. We can be gorillas together!

zoe brown: i get my eyebrows threaded all the time i think it actually feels good i'm so weird

Angelina M: The very first time my mom took me to get my eyebrows done, she had them threaded. I was super young at the time, and had no idea what to expect.. soo I was sitting in the middle of the mall crying my eyes out while some lady was threading my eyebrows

MaryFMC: Threading works for my eyebrows. Usually do it every 2nd week. Love you Tina. hopemu can visit Philippines

Fabliha Roza: I prefer threading because it really gives a defined and clean eyebrow look without pulling off a layer of skin like waxing does. Though it will be painful at first, you will have more and more tolerance as you thread on a regular basis and the pain will be bearable. I definitely prefer threading than waxing or plucking!

Fran N: No makeup?! Your skin is so clear!

nicole young: Threading definitely for my face and epilating everywhere else!

Anna: i love love threading but i really hate it when the professionals rush it because then they dont remove hair properly from the roots but otherwise i defs love it because there is so much less mess like wax residue and i dont like how wax exfoliates my skin in such a harsh way

Twinkle J: i do threading all the time, so this is a great find....thanks @TinaYong

Kellie Koziel: I have my eyebrows and upper lip threaded. It doesn't hurt as much when it is done faster. Not sure if this tool could work fast enough but might be worth a try.

Sonya Sun: I prefer threading! I personally think it's less painful then waxing and every time I get mine threaded, I'm amazed at how clean my eyebrows look!

Natasha Tirado: I'm definitely a waxing person. I cannot deal with pain very well so I rather get it done all in one shot.

Cecilia Lukardi: That skin without makeup though!! I wish I had such flawless skin btw about the pain, maybe you should try do it quicker (as what I learned, the faster you thread it, the less painful it is) good luck with another try!

Angelic BB: Thanks Tina for keeping real with the leg hair lol, i am the same way.

kmaylone810: I get my face threaded every 2 weeks. This item is exciting.

Iryna Pita: though waxing is always painful I found sugaring and it's just great. Same method used (pulling hair out), but less painful and only natural products are used. the biggest advantage - cheap to use at home ;)

Jasmine Wahrhaftig: Her skin is so nice! I wish I had skin as fair as hers! Tina, what do you use!?

Lily: Tina: to avoid the pain feeling u can use a cotton and put aloe Vera from dollar store to cool it. That's how I do mine
