How To | Find The Perfect Hair Vendor On Alibaba

So I couldn't stay on track with the note that I'm gon na give you guys, while the tips I'm gon na, give you guys about choosing a vendor from Alibaba. As you may know, this is like one of the hardest process that you will have to go through when trying to start your own hair business, because that's what you're gon na so like you want to sell the best product that you can get your hands on. At the moment and finding a vendor is how you'll do that some people through trial and error? Why won't you say some people? All people go through trial and ever but it's you will find that some people would just get a vendor and just sell it because they have a vendor, but they didn't really go through all of the steps that I'm about to tell you guys today in order To find a vendor of find a quality vendor, so first things first first, things first, is that Alibaba is an extension from Aliexpress. Aliexpress is only a Chinese vendor site, so every vendor on Aliexpress is Chinese, but Alibaba you could get vendors from all around the world. You could get Indian vendors, what's called Brazilian vendors stuff like that, you could get benders from all around the world. You look at Chinese vendors as well. If that's, what you want to go for, you could have the ability to get different types of hair like if you want raw here, you could get that if you want synthetic hair, you could get that you know and also looking for a vendor. You would need to know the different types of hair and I'll do a separate video on that, but you will need to know the different types is here because you could get screwed over if you don't even understand what type of hair that you want to sell. Okay, so that's first things first. Secondly, Alibaba they have more quality here, because less people are able to find the vendors on that side. Aliexpress is more tangible, like more people have access to Aliexpress vendors, so it decreases the quality of the hair, and when you have, and when you have less people being able to search up your vendor, it will be less hair that they have to produce and they'll Be focused on your hair, more you know, I'm saying so say you have this t-shirt when you first make the t-shirt. Nobody knows about your shirt, so you are taking your time to make sure the t-shirt is good to make sure the quality of the shirt is good so that, when you post their shirt, everyone's, like oh sure, where you got that shirt from so now you you Posted your shirt is looking bomb. Now you got a thousand people wanting to have your shirt. It'S only you making your shirt. So now you have to do a thousand orders of shirts, I'm not gon na lie. The quality of the shirt will decrease because you're not paying enough attention to that shirt, you're paying attention to a thousand shirts, just not one shirt, so the quality is gon na go down. That'S like Alibaba and Aliexpress, where Aliexpress so quality is gon na go down. That'S why, when you have Aliexpress on hair being reviewed on YouTube or whatever social media site - and you know they're showing hair off, it looks good it's good here, that's their one shirt that they're showing and all that person on the YouTube or social media site reviewing Their hair is getting them the thousand customers. So now, after that post the quality of the hair is gon na go down, but you don't see anyone reviewing any Alibaba um vendors, so the quality of the hair is gon na, be better. That'S what I'm saying that's? Why Aliexpress vendors are cheaper than Alibaba vendors? Also, keep that in mind. So look at your price point as well to see where you would like to double dabble. I do highly recommend Alibaba, which is why this video is um, particularly on Alibaba, but if you don't have the the price range or if you don't want your customers to have to pay that much money for your hair, you could do Aliexpress. You could find um. Also, like a big hair company like, for example, um Julie, a hair or beauty for every hair, you can see if they provide wholesale, because at least you would know the type of quality that the hair has. Instead of having to look for it yourself. Okay, so you could do that as well from Aliexpress companies. Another tip is that don't get fooled, there's no such thing as Brazilian hair, Malaysian hair, Peruvian hair, Mongolian II. There'S no such thing as that when you're getting it from a Chinese vendor. When you look on Alibaba, there will be Chinese vendors marketing their hair as a Malaysian Brazilian Mongolian Peruvian. It'S just a marketing tactic, a marketing strategy so that you could purchase their hair like it's all Chinese here when it just boils down to it. It'S unless you're getting your hair from Mongolia unless you're getting here from Brazil. Like then, that's how you know the quality of the hair is the the name, but if you get any from a Chinese vendor, it's not no! It'S it's just not it's! Just not! I'M giving you guys t okay, it's not, and also there's no such thing as a grading system of here. It just means that, if your hair is in a lower grade like, for example, a a versus a 11a whatever, if your hair is in the 8/8 realm, that means more donors are in that bundle. Okay, so your hair is gon na, be having more smaller strands of hair, then versus an eleven, a m --. That'S only like one donor or two donor hair, which means there are less strands less the shorter strands of the hair. When I show my hair I'll tell you guys what I'm talking about, so you guys could get. You know a better understanding, so another thing is to look out for stock photos. Okay, stock photos are the photos you get. I'M gon na just use an example. For example, a wallpaper when you want a wallpaper for your iPhone, you search up on Google um glitter wallpaper, that's a stock photo. Somebody made that wallpaper, so everybody could use okay, and I also connect this back. I live from in Brooklyn New York, so I connected back to like Church Avenue, sorry Church Avenue, the Flatbush area when you go on Church Avenue and you're looking for a dress nine times out of ten most of the stores have that same dress because they get It from the same vendor, so I think of that, like a stock photo so you're gon na see that one photo in that one vendors page, but stock photos are not good, because that means that they probably took it from somebody else or somebody else could take It from them, okay, so stop photos, are not reliable. Stock photos will look like um if you take a product, photoshoot picture, that's what I mean we'll just plain white background: that's what a stock photo will look like, so those are not reliable at all, because that could not be there in here. Like ten times out of ten, it's really not that person's here and he just took the photo trying to market something that isn't theirs. So I don't want you guys to get caught up in that, because it's not pretty at all you're thinking, you're selling this you know, Lester hit this hair for the lustre it's full to the ends. The wefts are full and thick, but no no you're, not the other day you're, not so look out for style photos. What I do recommend that you do when you're searching up a vendor is to look for their photos to see if it has their logo on it. Anything that could be out of the ordinary so like if it's on a background like a blue background or orange background, or something that you know is very authentic, like they took it, they took the picture within their warehouse or a workshop or whatever, and I also Do look for videos, sometimes that could be messed up too, because under Alibaba people could use the same. Videos like they use the same stock photos, but just keep like look to see if they have the company name in the video so on and so forth. Oh and another thing is that, when looking on Alibaba there's different workers, so, for example, if I work at diamond hair company - and I have ten other employees working at Diamond hair company - we all have the one number two Diamond hair company. So when looking for a vendor, you might see multiple people on that site from the same hair company. So don't think that they're trying to scam, you know they're, just all trying to market so get customers for their hair company. Basically, another thing is to make sure that they have a social media account make sure that they have social media account nine times out of ten, not in fact ten times out of ten, the hair company will have a social media account and if they don't have A social media account I recommend that you do not purchase from them at all. Okay, you need to be able to see the hair from another site other than Alibaba. You need to see their followers who follows them: the quality of the hair that they put out. How much hair that they put out? Are they getting customer service? Are they not getting customer service? You need to see all of that stuff, so make sure that you look up their Instagram social medias, and you also need to look them up on YouTube as well, because sometimes they are on YouTube. But they'll have like no followers one follower because nobody's searching for them and seeing them seeing so yeah. Another tip that I have is that make sure the hair is their number one priority. Okay, make sure that here is their number one priority. Sometimes, hair vendors will sell hair lashes and hair tools or hair accessories, but make sure that here is their number one priority so that their priority is in the quality of the bundles. If you find a hair vendor that is selling um, I don't know selling medical tools or selling something out of the ordinary other than here do not purchase from them. Do not purchase from them, because why is a hair vendor selling medical tools exactly exactly exactly so? Don'T purchase from them at all make sure that here their number one priority and okay, they little double dabble, do stuff on the side. But as long as hair is their number one source of income, you got it, you got it okay, you got it so then! Okay, the next tip I have is the quality of the photos. You could tell hair quality by their photos and their videos. You could tell the luster of the hair by the photo or the video you could tell if they have a lot of raggedy strands in their hair by the video or the picture you can tell if the ends of the hair is dry and brittle by the Picture you could tell if it's been by the picture when you're looking for here, you want it to be thick from the beginning of the West, all the way to the ends of the hair. Okay, so I'm actually I'm actually going to show you guys my hair, so here I have a 30 of 30-inch. This is a 30 inch. Okay, this is the smallest bundle. Well, I'm the shortest bundle, which is a 26 sorry, but this is a 26 inch. Okay: this is the 26 inch from my hair company. So, as you can see, this is the weft of the hair. Sorry I was looking at myself, but this is the weft of the hair, it's nice and thick for a 26 inch okay, mind you remember when you get longer and bundles most likely, you will get tinier in the wet hair in another video. I will actually tell you guys what to look for when I'm actually testing out the hair from the vendor that you just you, know inquired, and I think I'll do that in the next video. But my van my vendor is a tool doing their hair. So sometimes I would get one donor, so just straight cut off from my head and process or whatever and or I would get it donated from two vendors. So this one is from two vendors. As you can see, there is some you know, strands of hair because it was from to vendors. That'S why? But you don't want it to be from 3 & 4 & 5 different people cuz know it's just a loan look. Obviously the ends will be been. However, you don't you wouldn't know the difference in thin thin ends as if they just barely made it to the inch or just then, because it's the ends of your hair, like ends of the hair, are naturally going to be. I would it wouldn't be as thick as hair of hair but cuz. It'S gradually, you know going down, but it wouldn't be brittle and things if you get what I'm saying. I said that already okay, so the last tip that I do have is to then inquire about the hair, most Chinese vendors or hair vendors in general. They will operate on whatsapp, so I do advise you to download whatsapp and create a whatsapp account, because that would be what you're, using most of the time and just inquire about the hair and then in the next video that I put out. I will be talking about how to communicate with your vendor things, to ask about the hair and also when testing out the hair and what to look for.
