Velcro Hair Grips?! | Weird Beauty #6 | Chyaz

Hi guys welcome back to my channel today, I'm gon na be doing another. Weird Beauty, video and the product in this video could well be the answer to all of our prayers. So if you are a person who has hair I'm sure at some points, you have purchased a pack of bobby pins or any kind of hair grips. Actually, it's not even exclusive to just the bobby pin variety, just any kind of hair grip whatsoever, and I'm pretty sure that say a month after you bought said pack of hair grips, they are no more. Where do they go honestly, I feel like. I must have bought 10,000 million bobby pins in my life and they are nowhere to be seen. They disappear. They go on holiday, they pack their suitcases and they leave forever. I don't know whether it's because they're so small and weird shaped or if there's like a worldwide conspiracy to make some giant mountain of bobby pins somewhere for some reason, but they disappear. It'S a fact of life, so I was browsing around Amazon. I stumbled across a product that jumped out at me because I thought this could be the answer to our problems in this little packet right here. So this is a pack of velcro hair grips. Now we all think of the hair. Velcro is like the big rollers and all that kind of stuff, but these are just some very straightforward, pink velcro pants that hold your hair back, or at least it looks like they do on this little packet here, however, as you can see, I have a lot Of hair, so I'm going to put it to the test. Now I would love to tell you what this packet says. However, it's not in a language I can read. It says that they're made in China. I don't know if it's just Chinese on the packet. I feel like there's, maybe also Japanese or Korean on there, but it's just this little packet has a smiley face on, but on the back you can kind of see how you're meant to you see so you it looks like you can hold the sizable chunks of Hair back, while you're doing your makeup, so I haven't done my makeup properly today, I'm just I just kind of popped a bit of foundation on so I'm going to put these to the test. Well and truly, while I do some makeup the correct, but I'm not gon na, go easy on them, because if they're gon na you know claim to be bobby-pin, rivals, they've got to work okay, so I'm just gon na open the packet. Take these things out. So here we have two patio knees. I have my makeup bag here, so I'm gon na be having a little go of something or other I'm using the these pads to keep my hair back. So let's, let's begin oh, I always need this chunk off my face. Oh, it doesn't feel super secure, but it's it's holding. Let'S try this side, I've just kind of pushed it and pressed it. Oh, my god, they're working, I feel like I've not had a successful, weird PC video for ages. The other thing that really annoys me about bobby pins is that they leave my little dent in your hair, but because this is just a whole pad, I don't think it will. I'Ve got. I'Ve got some makeup anyway to just do a bit of contouring, but I'm gon na really put them to the test. As I go so yeah they're doing well at the angle. That gravity doesn't seem to be giving way and doing any particular damage to the holding ability off the pad, I'm so impressed so far. Let'S try this side push it back yeah. This is looking good and they don't they're so light on your head. What a find honestly guys, I'm like ridiculously impressed with these I'm, not joking, they were so cheap. I think the pack was like a pound with free delivery or something absolutely ridiculous. I will link them below, of course, well. They'Ve held up the makeup test in terms of like having my head here and here and still holding my hair. I'M gon na give them a real test now. Okay, so there's still hair on my head and they shake my head really hard, which is probably not an advisable thing to do probably bad for your neck or something but we're busy. So I'm dedicated to the cause right, I'm going to see how long they last ready just keep some like headband, music. Okay, that's still good they're, still not doing too bad. Look at this! What the hell! Oh, it's still there! Okay! This is really epic guys, I'm not gon na lie. This is like probably the most successful, weird Beauty thing: I've done, winner; okay, let's take them out and see how easy are they just like they're, just scooch out of your hair, easy as anything and from what I can see, I mean my hair. Wasn'T like perfectly straight to begin with, but I don't think they've left any particular marks, especially because they hold on the underside of your hair. So when your hair comes back, it's just that! Well, what the heck amazing, too little life-changing pieces of velcro. So I'm super happy to say that this was a weird Beauty success.
