So we back with it, i feel like we back to our roots and what we started off doing on youtube, so i'm gon na be showing y'all how i got this install and girl. I think i did a pretty good job today got this wig from yuni's hair y'all see it in the video, and i'm also going to be doing my makeup in this video and while i'm doing that, we're just going to have a little girl talk. I asked you on instagram some different topics that y'all need to advice on, so i'ma just be answering those in this video, so this isn't really like a tutorial. It'S really just me. Just talking to y'all y'all know, i feel, like i haven't done, like a just regular sit down talking to the camera type of video in a while. So i'm really excited for this one. By the way, let me know how y'all, like my new little backdrop that i got going on, i wanted to change it up, instead of just doing my regular videos that i'd be filming in my living room, so we in my bedroom with it today. Oh, i don't know why i'm so out of breath so yeah. I hope you all enjoy it and i'll see y'all in the video. Let'S get straight into it, i'm about to install this wig from eunice hair. I tried to film this video yesterday and it was a complete fail, so the wig that i'm installing i already cut the lace off of it. I have it on my little mannequin head um. I bleached the knots i already plucked it and everything girl. Let me tell you: i ended up burning myself in the video y'all. I got a whole mark on my titty now and it's really ugly, it's giving big old hickey vibes, but it's not. I promise i was hot calming my hair and then i dropped it and then bam burn myself. Let me know if y'all have any types of products like scar, removal products that i can use to get rid of this, because this is not it's not given. I put cocoa butter on it last night, so hopefully it'll go away soon and it doesn't last too long. But if y'all do have any suggestions, please let me know i'm so clumsy yeah. Definitely let me know if y'all have any product suggestions on how to get this to go away. It'S all good, there's bigger problems in the world, so anyways. This is the wig that i'm going to be installing today, it's from eunice hair. The box is looking a little frankie dank now, because i didn't already install it, but in the unis box i got this cute little silk bag that has some goodies in it. In the box i got this cute eunice robe. I also got another silk head wrap. It also came with a wig cap, another little silk head wrap. We also got some hair clips. These will definitely come in handy when i install the wig and lastly, i got me some lashes right here. These are 3d lashes, so i'm going to go ahead and put on my wig cap and then we're going to get right into installing this wig. While i answer some of your advice, questions, let's get right into it, y'all, so i'm about to put some makeup on this wig cap using some foundation from mac. This is in nc 40.. This is like one of the og foundations right here. My problem yesterday, when i was filming, was i i couldn't concentrate on my hair and try to answer questions. I think that's where i messed up at so i'm gon na try to talk today to y'all and do my hair good at the same time. So we got a little practice yesterday. I screenshotted a lot of questions, so i don't know if we'll get to all of them today, but i'll definitely do more kind of chit chat advice: videos in the future. How did you stay motivated to keep going when you felt like you weren't, going to make it so? First of all, i don't even feel like. I made it to my end goal yet and where i want to be in life, i still feel like. I have lots of work to do to get to where i would be secure in my career or whatever. But what keeps me motivated just having a vision of what you see your future to look like, i would suggest making like a vision board of everything you want to accomplish, how to still love yourself, not lose yourself in a relationship. You have to make sure that you're not doing everything with your partner so that you find time to miss each other. That'S one thing i learned in a relationship is that y'all both have to have your own hobbies. You have to have your own set of friends. Y'All can't be like each other's only friend, because what happens when the relationship doesn't work out, also make sure you keep up with, like your own self-care remedies or whatever you like to do to make yourself feel good outside a relationship. I need to find a way to make money like i don't want to work a job. All i heard was. I need to figure out a way to make this money by tomorrow, but um you got ta find something that you love to do and then it won't feel like work when you're doing something you love, it don't even feel like work. It just feel like you are making money doing something you love to do so figure out what it is you like to do and then do some research on how you can capitalize off. Of that. You know what i mean, so that's. What i feel like is the best way, so i'm gon na just let this glue dry a little bit. Actually, i think i'm gon na do one more layer, one more layer of glue and then i'm gon na. Let this sit a little bit. I was with the guy for almost two years. He won't commit, never met his family, friends or son. Sis two years is a long time without meeting the family or anything, not even his friends yeah. She said i had to look down and read that again. She said family, friends and son. I say it's time to go feel like you need to communicate with him and let him know like. I think it's a little strange. It'S been two years and i don't know nobody in your family if he feels like two years. Isn'T long enough, i would have to go because i would just feel like you got to be hiding some. I can't even meet your friends, that's wild, so he got ta go sis he got ta go so i'mma. Just wait for this glue to turn a little bit more clear and then i'm gon na put this wig on how to know when they're serious or how do you think you know ken to me. I just feel like when they take you out on dates or if they text you good morning and texting you out the day, seeing how your day was or when you're talking to them, and you can see that they're actually listening to what you have to say. You know different things that you tell them. They remember those type of things. It all depends on your love language too, like certain people's love, language is gifts. Certain people, love language, is affection. You know being consistent. That'S when you can kind of tell like okay he's. Actually into me, you know, okay, so let me go ahead and lay down this week. Okay, so wig is on next, i'm just going to take a little clip and i'm just going to clip the hair up real quick. So next i'm going to take some got to be freeze spray and this little edge brush and i'm gon na lay these baby hairs down the way that i want them to lay. The next question says: would i ever want to be in a polyamorous relationship and the answer to that is hail to the no? No? No. I don't think i could do a polyamous relationship i feel like i just require. I require too much attention for that. Like you want me to share me with another person, i don't think so, um i'm not judging anybody that that is in one or has been in one, but me personally. I don't think i could do it. It'S weird, though, because i'll see, there's some youtubers out there that actually have full-blown youtube channels with them and the two other people in the relationships and it's interesting to watch. But i don't think i could do that. Okay. So the next question says: how do you manage to keep your personal life relationships so private, but still give content? Don'T you hate when you're doing your hair or your makeup and then one of your products just goes missing, but you just had it like. I just had it that was in here. How do i keep that stuff? Private? It'S really simple: you just don't post it and i just have had to learn that through experience, because y'all know i've been on youtube since i was really young, so i really had to learn what to post and what not to post. That'S why i try to keep my channel mainly focused on me and my life, so that i don't have to explain anything to anyone, because i never posted it in the first place. So i think that's the best way to go is like if you want your. If you want to keep your personal life private and the people in your life private make your platform about you and your life hold on. Let me i'm just going to tie down these edges. While the lace is melting, i'm about to go ahead and start um figuring out how i want to style the hair i'm trying to figure out. Do i want to do a middle part or side part? I did a side part, i mean yeah. I did a side part last time. Let'S see, i always do my side parts on this side of my head. I have a hard time being alone. I feel like i got ta be with someone to seem like i'm pretty enough. So really. This just sounds like being codependent, like you know, you're dependent on somebody else for your happiness. So for me i just work when i'm by myself. I feel like that's like my biggest way to distract myself is to work. Make money that's like the best distraction ever when you first get about out of a relationship. It is a little scary because you're used to being around a certain person for so long, but once you learn to love yourself and doing things that make you happy like. I love going to get massages. I love getting my nails done. I love doing my makeup. Buying clothes like just doing stuff that make me happy you'll realize that you don't have to depend on another person for your happiness and that'll help you out in so many ways. One thing that i haven't done yet take myself out on a date like actually go to a restaurant and sit down by myself. I ain't got to that point to do that yet y'all, i don't know, i don't know. If i could do that, i mean i don't see nothing wrong with it. I just would feel hella awkward just sitting at a restaurant eating by myself, like i ain't got to that point yet, but let me know, have you went out on a date by yourself? Just sitting down at a restaurant, some people find it super normal and i definitely have been out and seen people eating by themselves, but i just feel like i'd rather just postmate and sit in my bed. But that's just me: do you have any advice for someone who is struggling with what to do right out of high school? From my experience i was going to go to college. It wasn't what i wanted to do. I was going to college because i wanted to make my parents happy or my mom, mainly my mom, really wanted me to go. So that's why i filled out a whole bunch of college applications and damn my hot comb went off and now it's not hot. No mo it worked out for me because i ended up doing online classes while still being able to pursue my youtube career, so not youtube, just being an influencer in general, so it worked out in my favor ended up doing the online classes and then eventually i Stopped so that i could just mainly focus on my brand if you feel like you know, you want to go to school, but you also have something else you want to do on the side. I definitely suggest doing online classes because it'll give you more time to focus on both your side hustle and also get a degree at the same time. So that would be my advice. So you know they say: school is not for everybody, but also being an entrepreneur. Isn'T for everybody, so you just got ta find what works for you. I decided to try to do both at first and then decide which one was going better for me. I think i stayed in online class for about nine months and then i dropped out and the way i looked at it was like i can always bro. Why does not turn it on um? I can always go back to school later, and here i go again. This is what i was doing yesterday y'all i kept talking and talking and talking, and then i wasn't even like getting ready and that's what i'm doing again right now. So let me try to focus i'm trying to get my part right. I'M about to go in with a little bit of makeup. I love this camera like whenever, like the the focus on it, when you put products up there, it'd be hella focused like boom bam boom, like it just focuses so good. That was my little geek talk for the day, so yeah, i'm just gon na, do this for any of the parts where i over plucked it at okay. So now i'm just going to add some light curls to the hair. This next question says: explain the difference between a relationship situationship and dating. This is definitely my opinion, because i have definitely seen people on twitter arguing about this situation plenty of times before about. What'S the difference between the three, but to me a relationship is when you and another person are committed to each other. Y'All like a complete title like y'all, are either boyfriend y'all our boyfriend and girlfriend? Neither one of you are talking to anybody else. That'S what i feel like a relationship is so one-on-one thing. A situationship to me is we're only talking to each other, but we just haven't made it official we together, but we not together, but we together. It'S like the level right before you put a title on a relationship. That'S what i feel like a situationship is ooh. Curling iron is good. This is my first time using this, and i've had it for forever and then dating to me dating is getting to know different people like the beginning stages of a relationship. You can definitely talk to other people, get to know other people figuring out what you like. What challenges did you face starting youtube, getting people to view your comp content and not getting discouraged, and that's why i tell people all the time when they want to start a youtube channel. They automatically start talking about like how can i make money off youtube? Instead, it should be like how can i create creative content? You should have the mindset of how can i make my content creative? How can i want people to view it instead of focusing on? How can i just make money? That'S like that's the biggest problem with people starting youtube nowadays is only thinking about how they can make money off of the platform instead of using it to be creative and what you want to do. I feel like if you're creative and showing your personality and showing who you are the money will come regardless. So don't look at the numbers. Don'T look at the subscribers literally just put out content that you feel is good content, creative content and you feel like people will want to watch yeah. I think one of the challenges that i think i faced was comparing my channel to other people and i left a lot of my old videos up they're really cringy, like i, i hate going back and watching my old videos like. I would try to make my content like the bigger youtubers that i've seen like. I would literally try to talk like them act like them, because i'm in my head, i thought well, they have a lot of viewers. So if i just do what they do, then imma get the same amount of followers that they have and i was completely wrong and i really wish that i would have just started off on youtube being my complete authentic self. Once i started doing that, that's when my content really started to grow. That'S when i saw the growth in my numbers. I was really young too at the same time. So another challenge that i think i had was people not really believing in my content and what i was doing. You got to be ready for that. You got to be ready to get laughed at and kick to the side and people, not believing in your vision. You have to be motivated in believing that what you're doing is going to be successful, no matter what somebody has to say, you have to know how to keep going. So i let that discourage me in the beginning. A lot like what other people thought about. My content like, if you get a negative comment, a negative something you got to know how to not think about that and keep doing it you. Why is that? Is that the sun, that is the sun dang this one says: how do i let a boy know? I'M not feeling them when they continue to try to get with me. You can say something like hey, i'm not really looking for a relationship right now, i'm really just focusing on myself. Maybe in the future something could happen, but i would prefer to just be friends with you and bam he back in the friend zone, sis. You really just got to know how to say it because, like i said bendy what you eating, i hear him eating something: y'all men can be very prideful and very egotistical and feel like they could never be rejected. So you really have to just know how how to say it in a nice way and that's how i would say it: okay, we got a few more pieces of hair to curl. This light is blinding me y'all, so i don't even know what the camera is. Looking like right now, but i'm just going to take off this, i can't believe i've had this curling iron for this long and have never used it. I hope this video isn't super long to edit, because i really just been blabbering and blabbering. Sorry, if it's getting dark, y'all like that lighting might have changed a little bit okay, so i just carved out the bottom of my eyelids, so i need to be done with this video before the sun goes down, so that i can take some pictures. Moving on to the makeup come through, this hair is so soft y'all. Next, it's time to move on to the face, so i'm just putting on some primer. This is the max the max. This is the mac studio fix primer, oh yeah, by the way, y'all are asking me about my nails, wanting to know whether they were still holding up, and i only had one break, and it was my thumb um. I'Ve had them on. Since the video of me doing them, if you haven't seen the video of me doing my nails, i'll link it down below y'all are asking me to let y'all know how the polygel was holding up and so far it's been doing me really well by the way. Next, i'm taking some mac studio fix and i'm gon na put this all over my face, but yeah i was reading y'all comments on that video. A lot of y'all were saying how y'all just got into poly gel. Like i said in that video, if you have not tried it, i definitely suggest you try poly gel. It reminds me of like play-doh way easier way to do your nails at home, but it feels like acrylic, like a lot of people, thought that i just got press-ons, because they look so good and i've been telling y'all you need to get on the polygel wave, Especially if you like, painting or just art in general, i really find doing my nails is so much fun and you get to be creative with it like you get to come up with different designs and stuff. Oh my god. I hope i did not have a mustache the whole time in this video y'all. I know i had a little peach fuzz right there, but i forgot to shave it off. So y'all know what they say about girls, a little peach fuzz. So i need tripping but anyways oh yeah back to the polygel, so i think it's really good, because if you ever have a nail break, you don't have to wait to call your nail tech. You can just fix it at home yourself, but sometimes i do understand. Like you just want to go sit in the chair and get your nails done, nobody feel like doing all that. But if you do have extra time and you get bored, i promise you doing. Your nails is so much fun. Definitely my new favorite hobby is to do nails. I don't i'm not. I don't think i'll get into doing. My toes, though, like i really enjoy going to the nose line and getting my toes done, but doing nails so next time one of my friends come over. I'M definitely gon na ask them, can i practice and do their nails and i'll film it for y'all or even when i do my own nails, i will definitely film it for y'all. I probably will answer one more question. While i'm doing my makeup just because i got ta hurry up the things, people don't tell you about becoming a boss being your own brand. The first thing i would say, is it's a 24-hour job like, even when you think you're not working you're working like my life, involves my job. So it's definitely not a eight-hour shift. Get off for work, don't have to think about it until you go to work. The next day like no, you always are thinking about work or doing something related to work. The next thing, i would say, is you will lose money. You know how to say, like you got to pay to play, you definitely have to invest in your brand in order to make money back from it, so you can't expect to make money and be scared to spend it at the same time. So all right now, i'm just putting on some concealer just concealing under the eyes. Oh yeah, let me know how y'all like my little setup in the background filming in my room today, so i'm just gon na go in with my beauty, blender and bake. Underneath my eye area next, i'm gon na go in with some nars bronzer and y'all. Look at this palette. That'S how y'all know i use this product a lot. This is in the shade sunstone, and this is their light reflecting setting powder, but i use it as a bronzer and i'm not going to go too in depth into me doing my makeup, because i really need to hurry up, and i just been talking too much In this video - and i already know - i'm not gon na have any fun editing it, but it's all good, though, for some reason i really have not been um doing a whole bunch of like eyeshadow stuff. Lately now i'm going into some highlighters, i have a if y'all seen the mess that i have in front of me. Right now, y'all would be like what in the world, i don't even know how i'm functioning right now - okay, y'all probably like. Why did she just say that? But i had to make sure my mic was still working in the camera and you can see like the audio thing. So when i be doing my little tests to make sure i'm recording i'd be like la la 6, 17. Okay, my goal is to be done by 6 30.. I think we're doing pretty good, so i'm just using a black liner. This is the 24 7 urban decay black liner and they do not be lying when they say 24 hour y'all. This um eyeliner is so hard to get off about to line my upper lids wait actually before i do that, i'm going to set my face, where's my setting spray, the morphe setting spray - and i like to put this on before. I do my eyeliner because if i don't my eyeliner will get wet and it'll be all like when i put my eyes up, it'll be all up here. So let me just i'm gon na put on my lashes and i'll be right back alright. So next i'm going to go ahead and line my lips put on some good old lip gloss on top, so i'm just adding on the little finishing touches of the look making sure everything is nice and flat all right y'all.
