Beidou Wig Cosplay Tutorial

So another really great material to use for cosplay is balsa wood. It'S pretty flimsy compared to hard wood, but it's really easy to work with and you don't need a lot of materials to use it. You basically just need a sharp hobby knife, some wood glue and some clamps or sewing clips, and that's pretty much it it's pretty soft, so you can cut it by hand with just a hobby knife. I'Ve also used my cricut maker to cut out some more detailed pieces like this one, and you can get multiple sheets and just stack them up and make them thicker like i did with this sword here, which makes it even easier to cut. It can be a little bit flimsy compared to hardwoods, so the other thing that you can do to make it more sturdy is wrap it in a thermoplastic. I used fibre here for this shinobu sword and it definitely makes it a lot more sturdy. I hope this helps you
