Welcome welcome to the grouping, didn't show, I'm your host, your boy beat. This is gon na be alive. This is going to be alive routine. I'M gon na do a Scout routine, a hair-growth routine that you guys could do right at home and the three tools that I'm going to use, I'm going to be using a the therapeutic, my hair, conditioner, and then I'm also going to be using the my hair Repair serum now there is a study, there's a limited study that was done in 2016 and 2016. That showed how, when you massage your scalp, when you massage your scalp, what that's going to do is it's supposed to help with thickening your hair. When you massage your scalp, it's supposed to help with thickening your hair, now I have a machine. I have like a little little machine here. That is a scalp massager that I got from Amazon I'll talk about this a little bit more, but this is something that you can use to help with massaging your scalp. You guys see that this is what you guys can use for. Massaging your scalp there's multiple ways that you can massage your scalp and you can do it with the pads of your fingers. Besides in your scalp, that's one way that you can. You can do it, but me doing that for like 1 by 2 to 3 minutes, because you want to do it for like 2 to 3 minutes to help with everything morning tonight you want to do it 2 to 3 minutes per side, your scalp to increase Blood flow when you increase blood flow, you're gon na increase your the amount of nutrients and oxygen and your follicle needs for the hair to grow and for the hair to be thicker. So I'm gon na show you guys how to use this in your routine when you're doing your hair routine. This is something that you guys definitely want to start using morning and night again. It saves me a lot of time. My deltoids, my shoulders is not sore. After you're just doing this for a certain amount, you know your fingers, your hands, don't cramp up. So this is something I'm gon na show you how to do it real, quick, so first, the first thing you want to do is you want to start off with a conditioned clean scalp. That'S the first thing you want to do so: let's go ahead and get this this scalp cleanse and then I'll make sure that getting to your questions, I get those two at the end after I'm finished with this. So let's go ahead and get into it right now. So again, the first thing I'm going to start off with is a therapeutic. My hair conditioner all right. So it's a three-step process. This is a 3-step routine to help with stimulating the scalp of your hair. So let's go ahead and get to it now everything starts at the scour right. Everything starts internal underneath the scalp. When you're talking about one of thinking, your your hair, you wan na you want to stimulate hair growth. Everything starts off at the scalp, underneath the scalp. Rather, alright, so then, now I'm gon na throw into my therapeutic conditioner. Now you can use this as a and the co wash as well to use this as a co-wash for my brothers out there who are looking to stimulate growth, hair growth and thick in their existing here, there's something you can try at home. Let'S see all right! So that's what I'm doing right now and it's important to keep your your scalp cleansed, because that's where a lot of problems can start with your hair is that the environment of your scalp is not healthy, let alone the internal factors and with our my hair, a Therapeutic my conditioner and does have essential oils. These essential oils are really great, improving the environment of this, your scalp, so your hair can can grow alright and you want to do this. You can do a co-wash. That'S all I mother do right now, nothing! Let the I'm not gon na allow the conditioner to marinate am I am I here today, so I'm just doing a co-wash, let's see what about antifungal yeah as antifungals, well, antibacterial, antifungal microbe, oh so, yeah! Alright! So now we're going to just rinse this off. The wrist is out of our hair. All right now that we've rinsed it gon na blot dry. Get you a microfiber tile tile microfiber. This is called poly. Our pop thing is a poly light or polite. You can get this from Amazon all right, get this from Amazon fellas, while you're on quarantine make sure you take care of your scalp. It'S important make sure you take care your scalp. Do I need to shampoo and condition as well with other products. You you. You definitely need a shampoo and condition your hair shampoo, your hair, one to two times a week. Condition if you can't condition your hair every day, definitely condition your hair every day. So I definitely would recommend you today. Is it too late for my head, but I didn't know you can use it on your head as well about there's a too late for my head about um well about seven years late. I would need to see your scalp there's a lot more information that I would need from you: cold water, yeah anytime. You condition your hair or even wash your scalp. You want to make sure you use a lukewarm to cold water, so make sure that you're using lukewarm to to cold water are necessary. Can we rinse our our hair with cold water to increase blood flow? You can you definitely want to rinse your hair with luke? Warm to cold water can male pattern. Baldness stem from a bald hair root, a bad hair routine, or is it primarily genetics? If you are doing male pattern, baldness is has everything to do with your engines? So androgens is your your hormones, your male hormones, testosterone, DHT? So the that has to do with that part, but and there's things as there's things before that that triggers your being moist. Yes, your tissues a little bit more sensitive, the DHT like processed sugars, dairy, you know, of course, milk processed meats, processed oils. These things are very acidic and it can cause your body to be acidic and when your body is acidic, for example, if you are, if you are consuming a lot of processed sugars, for example, then that can cause your scalp to be sensitive to DHT, because now The environment in your body is acidic so that not your your scalp tends to be acidic or tends to be sensitive to DHT. Thus, you start to experience a minute Isaiah mineralization of the the follicles. That'S an example of how that is triggered. What kind of cooking oil do you use? I don't really use cooking oils. I haven't really done any. I'M gon na skill it in a while, but if you are going to use a cooking oil use, grapeseed oil, that's a that's, considered, cooking oil! All right! The next step that we're gon na do we've already done a conditioned right, so we've done a co-wash co-wash mean conditioned only wash now we're going to apply the My Hair Repair Serum now we're going to plot a my Hair Repair Serum alright. This is a therapeutic topical has nothing but essential oils in here, and then I just drop it on on my scalp directly. I drop it on my scalp directly. It has a lot of minerals and different properties to improve your scalp environment. So that's what I do. Then what you want to do after you've applied your essential oils now it's time for your hair massager, and this is called a bond yawn bonyen bien y la bonne, yawn yawn. I think it's Korean, but you can get this from Amazon and this is a hair massager. As I said earlier on on the show, there is some scientific evidence it's limited, but it shows how, if you do massage your scalp, that it can stimulate thicker hair all right. So that's one of the reasons why I like to massage my scalp in the morning and at night, because it helps to improve the blood flow. You can improve your blood flow, then you're going to improve the oxygen and the nutrients that your hair and your scalp needs for it to be strong and healthy. So I'm going to use the scalp massage after I apply the topical and then what I do is press it on whatever area I start with. So let's say this area right here, typically a lot of times guys we are experiencing androgenic alopecia right. It gives us that that male pattern baldness shape right, like an M, so these areas in this area, where you get a lot of DHT a lot of skin sensitivity in these particular areas. Your skin is sensitive in these particular areas when it comes to DHT. So so now let's go ahead and focus on those particular areas now. So I just press on my scalp here and I press down it's battery-operated, so you do need a battery. It is battery-operated and use a triple-a, yet triple-a battery that you need, and then you after you pop this bad boy in there you shut it close it of course lock it in and then these are like. I don't think these, like metal per se like plastic. I believe, like they feel more plastic than anything, so they don't hurt the scalp and then you press here and you move the scalp around you don't move this around. You don't move the massage around like you. Just move the scalp around so you'll start press on a particular area, that's impacted and then you move the scalp see how I'm moving the scalp and you don't want to press too hard on your scalp. You don't want to make this uncomfortable, so you just lob the massager to cook up and you now you're just moving your scalp, but you can do this like this, but I like to put the x-ray in a circular motion. This is called a scalp massager. This is a scalp massager all right, if you want to do this for like two to three minutes, massage your scalp and prove the blood flow. So you went through this two or three minutes how long it would take the hair to grow. I'M not sure if you got if you were on my um, the grooming den show we did Thursday and we had dr. Mina sing, she's a dermatologist even her. She said it can take eight to ten months up to a year for people to start to see incremental growth, so she's a hair loss. She specialized the hair loss as well and the same things I same thing. I'Ve been saying that hair growth takes time and it's gon na be different for each individual, because there's different types of hair loss and everybody has a different lifestyle. So you have to approach it on an individual basis, so that so you have to really just do our hair evaluation, our hair health evaluation. So we can know a little bit more about you and you're. Just massaging this to three minutes, all right, yeah! You can get this from Amazon to three minutes from Amazon move the scalp around, even if you're not experienced hair loss. This is important to keep your scalp healthy because by the age of 50 I think a 65 %. This is a 65 %. A men will experience hair loss and this is going through a blood flow, and you do this morning and night consistently door. According to the limited research, it says that it would help to improve your the thickness of your hair. That'S it that's a lot different. It'S easy, I don't my arms, don't get tired, my fingers don't get tired and if you can't get your hands on this, let's just say you OB. I can't get my hands on this. You know, for whatever reason this is like $ 20. This is like $ 20 members on it. If you can't get your hands on this, then what you can do when you're at home then use the the pads of your fingers the past, not your fingernails, the pads of your fingers and just move your scalp around. Like this, alright, so you can do this here now. This is, I I've done it, but the only drawback to it. The pros and cons the pros that, of course, improving the blood flow. The con is that your fingers in your your shoulders tend to get tighter. These minor get tired pretty quickly. So that's why I got the electric hair massager. It does ought to work for me. What about a derma roller for your beard definitely tried to try a derma roller, so this is so, if you're doing the pads that your finger, all you doing is moving your scalp like this. That'S it moving your scalp. You know you're not rubbing your fingers like that you're just moving your scalp sergeant. So that's the next thing you can do if you find yourself where you don't have the funds to go and get a massage, your hair, massager again bond yon, boa and violet Amazon. A roughly about 20 dollars, alright YouTube. I appreciate you guys for coming on board. Try that out. Let me know what you think: try the both, because you can't get your hands on an electric massager to try that if you can just use your pads and move your fingers, that's a great easy, cheap way that you can massage your scalp all right pieces. I love appreciate, appreciate you guys for tuning in, and I see you guys later, yeah

Dana Shaw: Massaging is the truth I used to massage my face and I never paid my hair no mind. I noticed that the hair around edges closer to my face, ears and neckline was growing in thick and fast. My head and the crown was still looking thin so now I massage my head also. I'm seeing a difference. Amazing how something that simple can make a difference ITS TRUE! Tfs
