Monsoons undoubtedly bring us joy, but those droplets of rain also bring with them loads of hair problems. Hi guys i am ankita, and today i am going to share hair care tips. You need to follow during the monsoon season, but before that go ahead and subscribe to our beautiful channel and ring the bell icon to stay updated with all our latest videos. Monsoon is my favorite season, but the high humidity can sometimes leave my hair in a pretty bad state reason b. The high percentage of moisture in the environment around us causes the hair to absorb the hydrogen and swell leading to brittle and frizzy hair that are prone to easy. Breakage. Add to that. If i get drenched in the rain a few times, i notice that my scalp starts getting oily and sticky. This is precisely why it is so important to keep the scalp clean at all the times during monsoon always opt for shampoo and conditioner. That is sulfate free and has the right ingredients. This will not just nourish and strengthen the hair follicle, but will also avoid hair breakage. Here'S what i like to use this monsoon season, it's the dove hair therapy, breakage repair, sulfate-free, shampoo and conditioner. This is the perfect combo that is especially crafted for weak and breakage prone hair. It repairs the hair at cellular level, which simply means it has the ability to penetrate deep into the hair, shafts and follicles plus. The best part is that this range is sulfate free, making it suitable even for the weakest set of hair. So if your hair is weak and prone to breakage, then this shampoo is, for you also. Excess humidity makes a hair really dry and frizzy, which is why it is important to provide it with adequate moisture by using a conditioner. Now this conditioner has nutrilox serum infused in it. It will give the added boost of moisture and nourishment to the hair strands, which will prevent frizz, tangle locks and hair breakage, resulting in silky and smooth hair, also, while applying conditioner make sure to cover the hair properly from the middle ends to the tips. I have been using this shampoo conditioner combo two times in a week, and i recommend that you don't wash your hair beyond two to three times because given the humidity, which leads to oily scalp and frizziness, washing it often strips the scalp of its natural oils, so Ensure to maintain a routine of washing your hair, twice or twice a week, depending on your hair type, to keep the scalp clean, as well as prevent excessive dryness. This is also a great way to keep frizz to the minimum. The next tip is to take proper post shark here, because don't even get me started on the frizzy mess. This season leaves me and just doing shampoo and conditioner isn't enough, because in reality your hair needs to be shielded from the damaged rain water can cause. Besides, it will act as a deodorizer to keep your hair smelling good and what better way than using a levon solution. This brings me to the next product that i use in my monsoon hair care routine. This is the dove hair therapy, breakage repair, leave-on solution. After washing the hair use a microfiber towel to soak the excess water, it will cause minimum friction, thereby preventing frizz and hair fall then follow it up by spraying, this leave-on treatment all over the head comb it through to make sure all of the hair is covered. This leave-on solution is again from the same range as the shampoo and conditioner, which means it's going to reach the hair cellular level with moisturizing portion and nourishing ingredients and with every use it makes. The hair, stronger, thicker and healthier next tip is to give your hair some extra tlc now monsoons, coupled with heat styling, which honestly should be avoided during this time of the year. But if you don't, then it is a recipe for total disaster for your hair, because what it does is that it makes a hair, dull, dry and extremely frizzy and unmanageable want a quick fix for it. It'S pretty straight forward, use a damaged repair, hair mask. This is something i like using on weekends, because then it instantly provides moisture, nourishment and under all the damage that is caused to the hair strands during the week. This is the mask that i have been loving lately. It'S the dove, intense damage, repair, hair mask formulated with 1 4 moisturizing cream and keratin actives moisturizing cream in it is going to moisturize and nourish the hair follicles. While the keratin actives are going to repair damaged, hair by smoothing cells that overlap to form hair strands, which means more manageable, hair and less dress, my hair instantly feels revived and refreshed. Even when dried hundred person, my hair feels softer more nourished and healthier. In general. All in all, it definitely gives my hair a good pick-me-up. The next tip is to use a dry. Shampoo truth is we can't avoid dirt grime and oil, and we also can't wash our hair every day. That'S when dry shampoo is super handy reason being when your scalp secretes too much oil and sweat it attracts dirt. More easily reduces dandruff can start to smell and cause itchiness dry, shampoo, soaks, the oil and sweat, thereby ensuring that the scalp is free of all these problems. Until the next wash i've been using this dry shampoo for months, it's a dove, coconut dry shampoo. It has an amazing coconut smell, which i absolutely love so on days when my hair is acting up. I apply this immediately at least eight to ten inches away from the scalp and spray generously under each section. This will prevent product concentration in one area and reduce the chances of a buildup. Then gently massage the product into your scalp, using your fingertips, but at all times remember that dry shampoo cannot replace hair washing all together. You should only use it in between washes and lastly, once a week i like to exfoliate the scalp, because humidity makes the scalp greasy and attracts dirt, thus resulting in dandruff itchiness and a smelly scalp. So if you are looking for some smelly, scalp remedy, then try scalp exfoliation as it will not only keep the scalp clean and healthy, but will also make it smell. Good here are the ingredients that i use for my scalp scrub. 1. 4 cup himalayan salt. It absorbs excess oil, half tablespoon of apple cider, vinegar. It has anti-fungal properties that help kill odor, causing bacteria, one tablespoon, coconut oil and one tablespoon honey. Both of these will make the hair follicles stronger and will nourish the scalp and last, but not the least two to three drops of your favorite essential oil for fragrance mix, all these ingredients and apply it on a damp scalp, massage the scrub on the scalp. For a few minutes and then leave it on for about 10 minutes, rinse off with cold water and then follow it up with shampoo and conditioner use this diy scalp scrub once a week and keep scalp related problems as well as odour at bay. So i hope you guys like this video on hair care tips.
