My (Pregnancy-Safe) Hair Care Tips For Clean Beauty + My Fave Products!!

I often get questions about what I do to take care of my hair! Having curly- wavy hair growing and with everyone on the media seeming to have silky straight hair, I’ve also struggled with finding the right tips and tricks for my hair type. The struggle was also real in finding products that have non-toxic, good-for-you ingredients! Because of my desire to live a sustainable life, I wanted to use products that really promised clean beauty. Took me ages but happy to have found a good routine to keep up and products to swear by too! Happily sharing them on this video so you can also take care of your hair as cleanly and as naturally as possible!

So hey guys, so we are taking a break from our usual happy island, family vlogs. So i often get questions from you guys, especially from the moms and expecting mamas out there on my favorite self-care products. So today i'm going to share with you my updated hair care routine, so i've always been open about striving to live a lifestyle that is all natural, especially since moving to the island, but it really took me a while before i was confident enough to share what Products i love to use or what i actually did, because my hair and i especially have gone through a lot trying out all of these products to see what would work but at the same time, would not be harmful to the environment or one. You know things that promise that they won't be harmful to myself, because it's so easy, especially nowadays to find products that say that they're natural or that they're organic, but they don't necessarily own up to what they put in their branding. That'S why i'm so happy, because i discovered clean beauty and what clean beauty is all about. Clean beauty means that the product uses non-toxic ingredients and they also have transparent tables, meaning you can see all the ingredients that they use written on the bottle. They include everything for me. I thought before that. You know when a product says that it's all natural that it's enough and i didn't want to use anything that had ingredients that i didn't understand the meaning of, but eventually i learned that nowadays, you know with in modern day life the scientists. There are a lot of scientists out there who have discovered to add a little science into the all-natural good for you, ingredients that are usually incorporated into these bottles. So before i would oh, i would only use products that have ingredients that i actually understand or know the meaning of there was even a time that i would opt to. You know make them myself here at home, but eventually i realized that you know that's what our scientists are for, especially we live in modern times, so scientists have definitely discovered. You know a lot of these ingredients that we may not understand the meaning of, but it doesn't mean that they are harmful because or that they are toxic. If anything, they are um essential into making. All of these say, plant extracts work even more on work. Even more on us, so that's how i've come to find all of these products that i really believe in and i love using them and one of which is, of course herbal by it's really important to do your research and be responsible over the products that you Choose to use on ourselves, especially on our children, because i believe that what goes on our bodies goes in our bodies as well. And so when i discover a product that really works well for me and you know, believes in the same and stands for the same things that i stand for, i really do stick with it, and so this marks my one whole year of herbal essence aspirin and I have been loving it so much um. If ever i would switch. I would only switch from one variant to another. My favorite has always been coconut milk, which has been doing a great job in hydrating, my hair, but as of now i am in the argan oil of morocco. I think it's the favorite most herbal essence, as so it smells so good and it's more damaging for those of you who don't know. Herbal essence says byron. Who has plant-based ingredients that work hand in hand and keep our hair urged after having been using the product for a good year? Now? I can really say that herbal essence says byron. You really um is really sincere about who they are as abram, especially because this is the first product that has been endorsed by the botanic gardens queue, which is the world's leading botanical expert. So i guess that says something right. Fire and new really does a good job in purifying and protecting our hair from all the free radicals out there. What are free radicals free radicals are the everyday stuff that um our hair can be exposed to that that actually cause processes damage, like you, know, the pollution, hair, styling, hair, coloring and sun exposure, also even the water that we use. I mentioned this and did an experiment on this. Actually it was super fun on a vlog that i did the last time, so you can also check that out right here. I even mentioned and showed pictures of everything that almost everything that my hair has gone through. Um with all of the hair, styling and hair coloring and all of these products that i tried before - and you know that's why i'm so happy and so proud that i've now come to this, and that's also what gave me the confidence to really talk about it And be proud of it as time passed, my hair care routine has been simpler than ever. I just make sure to avoid all of those unnecessary hairstyling as much as possible. I don't really color my hair anymore. The most damage that i believe it gets are the ones that we can avoid like air pollution or exposure to sun, especially me with me, with my lifestyle living on an island and always be in the ocean. It'S really important for me to find a product that i could trust and, at the same time, to really keep you know the product usage minimal. And now we move on to my favorite tools, who would have thought that finding the right tools for your hair would actually go along. I have been using a big tooth comb for the longest time because for curly, hair girls like mia big, do school and it's your best friend keeps your hair untangled and looking neat without really ruining the formation of the curls and, as time passes since, like what I said my hair has gone through a lot, so it's changed already. Sadly, it's not as big and curly as i wanted it to be um, which is why i introduced this wooden paddle brush to my. So these are the only tools that i would ever use on my hair with my hair ties i like using just scrunchies or these these little clips, because it's so easy to just use them to fix your hair. They do a good job in keeping my hair tight when i want them up, but it doesn't really damage my the strength of my hair, unlike those really tight elastic bands, they're, not good for the environment and they're, not good for your hair as well, because it Goes on your hair, too tight and when you take it out, it's like really deep. So that's why i stick to these ones that are really kind to my hair and that's about everything that i use me and my hair have really come a long way and i'm so proud of how my hair has you know turned out to be. It'S just been so healthy and i'm so happy that my hair carotene and my favorite products have helped me fall in love with my hair over again, which is why i thought sharing this video with you guys. I was using the HN brand nung nakita ko yung advertisement ni Andi about Herbal Essences. I’m glad I gave in to curiosity kasi ito yung product that truly lives up to expectations. Sa leading brands, may other chemicals na hindi pwede sa mga may sensitive skin. Sa HN brand naman, hindi enjoyable yung paggamit, lalo na ng shampoo dahil kulang sa bula- it’s natural but would make shampooing a routine. I’m currently using the Herbal Essences na strawberry.
