Nighttime Haircare Or Workout Hair Accessories Ft. Nothing But Natural And Cee'S Design Shop

Hey everybody, this is shanita and i am back with another video. I hope that you have maybe just stumbled upon this channel and you've never been here before, and so i welcome you and i hope that you will find something here that will be interesting or helpful to you or maybe to someone you know so guys. I have no plans for this video whatsoever. I just got some things in the mail and i just started recording. I wanted to come on and show you because i thought who knows somebody may be interested in this and if you're not at least you'll learn about another black owned uh small brand, and you know how i love to show off those. So i showed you last week my curl case there's a video called curl case that i showed you how i have now started wearing my hair when i work out - and i am also getting um a item, i was looking for another item that i could use To sleep in and wouldn't you know it like literally the day, the one posted about the curl case, i saw another one on instagram and i was like it's cheaper, it's very similar. I ordered it and i'm going to show it to you. I haven't even opened it yet so it is from a company called nothing but natural and she is on etsy. She has a shop there and she has hair products and some accessories be sure to check her out i'll link. The video the um website down in the description box, so you can see it - i haven't even opened this yet, but it looked very similar to the curl case and when several of you talked about liking the curl case, i said wait until you see this other One because you might prefer it and i want you to be able to compare the two so that you can spend your money wisely. So i bought two from her. I forgot all about that because um i want some options to sleep in and i hope that you guys are also washing your bonnets and um scarves regularly. Please don't forget that, and so sometimes sometimes the laundry can get a little backed up, and so i just thought it was gon na wear. I was gon na get two just in case, so this is called her. Oh, what does she call it? So she calls hers a hair stocking, but it is very similar, as you can see, to the girl case. I mean same concept, you kind of put it over your head down to your neck or where it is a headband and then just expand it out over your head very much like the um curl case. Now this one also is made out of a different material than the curl case, but it does not say what it is. I can tell you that it is a very smooth, polyester uh fabric. I will see if i can find out and if i can, i will put that in the video. But if you want to know exactly, then you may have to go and dm her or send her email and i'll put like. I said her contact information down there, so there is, it is just a very it's made out of very the same sort of material that you know. Abundance are made out of. It feels silky, soft and nice and smooth. So this is definitely a fabric that will not pull the um moisture out of your hair. You won't have any trouble with this. This is, you can just feel it and see that it's that kind, that is going to preserve your curls and try to keep frizz down, but it's the same concept and this one was 13 with free shipping. I don't know what this is going to be. Then i don't know if i caught a sale, i don't even remember when she demonstrated. I thought yep, that's what i want so love this. If you want to use it as a headband, you can do that. I i've been using my curl case for working out and it holds my hair beautifully because i don't have to worry about my curls getting mashed. I don't have to worry about them. Getting wet. My scalp is wet and so having this to pull your hair off of your scalp keeps the curls intact, and so this is extremely helpful and i you know what this one actually feels a little bit more um like it would work for my big head. Do you remember seeing me struggle with the curl case on my on my video this one? They like the opening, feels like it's a little bit wider and it's not as tight. So i like this, this one has the same um diameter on both sides. So one side is not tighter than another, so you just get your hair off of your face off your neck and get it up out of the way so that your curls don't get mashed. They stay moisturized and they stay intact when when when, when so, i bought the black one, and i also bought a gray one. I thought this one would be pretty just as a headband, but chances are i'll end up i'll end up using it. Just like the other ones, it came with instructions that say only use the hair stocking on dry hair. Why? Because the volume of your hair is what keeps the stocking in place overnight. That makes sense. If your hair is big, then the stocking can go. You know what i'll demo it i'll show it to you. Please note: oily or wet hair can cause color bleed with darker fabrics. Consider adding oil or spritzing your hair with water in the am instead of bedtime. This will prevent stained bed, clothes and pillowcases. You can machine wash with similar colored laundry. This method helps avoid any color transfer. This hair stocking can also be worn as a headband. Those were nice instructions, so i like that, okay, so i will try this for you, because this is the kind of hair. I would use this with if i had my hair twisted or braided, i just slap my bonnet on, but if i'm trying to preserve my curls, then this is what i want, so i generally put it down and get it over my earrings. Of course. This wouldn't be an issue if i were getting ready to go, work out or go to bed and just pull it up, like so bam, hair out of the way. That'S it. So all my hair, as you can see, just went up, and so i can sleep here and my my curls are out of the way i can lay on the on the sides of my head, where my curls won't get disturbed, my hair still stays moisturized. It'S not in my face. I don't have to worry about it, um anything in my hair breaking out my face. It'S just wonderful! This is so so wonderful and i hope you guys are interested and we'll go and get you one. Maybe you'll put this on your black friday list, it's nice and long. So if you have longer hair, like no hair, is going to touch your pillow you're not going to have any issue with this whatsoever. If you like, just lounging around at home during the daytime on your couch watching tv same thing, you can keep that hair preserved by using something like this. It really does extend the life of your hairstyle. I love this thing. Love love, love it! So you pull it off in the morning, you shake it out or after your workout, you shake it out and voila you're gorgeous and ready and ready to go again. So i hope that you will check this shop out and again, like i said they also have um hair products as well, so just browse just take a look around on the website and see what you find, but, prior to finding these, i was looking for a Good hair, bonnet and i'd ask several of you, you know: do you know if anywhere i could get a new bonnet? My bonnet was one of those. I think i got from sally's a long time ago, and so i wanted something that had a little bit more of a satiny feel you know, there's a distinct difference in those fabrics, and so i know i wasn't gon na get a satin one, but something that Just felt like satin, and so i started following several shots on instagram, that sold them and like i was so bent out of shape about the shipping it was so bad. I was like it's just a piece of fabric, so um. I just thought you know: the shipping is too high at a minimum, i'll wait till the prices go down and then, if i have to pay shipping, then i'll feel better. But nevertheless i saw this particular one and saw it advertised a lot. And then i don't know what maybe look on the website. One day it is called cc's design shop. Is that right, cc's yeah, cece's design shop out of north carolina she's in charlotte and she advertised some and i believe it said free shipping, and i was like that's what i want so i went and ordered one of these and she does some beautiful ones. She has all kinds of colors: she can customize them and monogram them and make all kind of beautiful ones, but i ended up getting just a standard black one, so you see this material, how it's got that shiny finish to it. This is what you want for your hair. Now there is a difference in this material and the one for the stocking, and obviously so. This has to have a little bit elastic to it. To be able to, you know, get over your head and pull back up and i don't know of any material that looks like this. That would be elastic unless they put this kind of a band on the end, but i guess that's an option, but nevertheless this is just a nice and it's a nice big bonnet and that's what i was looking for also. So if you have a lot of hair, if you got braids in your hair or something else that all that would go in there and love love love this material, i see a lot of shops now are making them. They call them double lined so that on the inside they have a whole different, um layer of fabric on there, so they can be reversible. You can wear it on one side or the other, and i could have got one of those, but i mean what's the use, i i just needed a body to cover my hair, so this is what i got and i really really like this one. It is um the right size, it is the right fabric and i love this elastic on it. But look how big it is it's going to fit my big head just perfectly and the elastic is soft like it's not one of those that you know just it's going to squeeze your head, um, there's very clearly a difference in kind of elastics too, because i Have put some things on my head that literally feel tight around there and you don't want something: that's going to leave a print in your hair or on your skin. So this is what this is like very, very stretchy and when you put it on it's so lightweight, you don't even know that it's on so like that a lot, and i think this was 20 and it was free shipping and i absolutely think it's worth it. Absolutely some of the other ones i saw were 20 plus dollars and um, and then you had to pay for shipping, so i don't get fancy. When i go to sleep like seriously, i i need functionality. I don't need a whole bunch of colors. I don't need to be sexy. I i just need my hair to stay nice while i am um asleep, so yeah, so that's it. That is what i wanted to show you in this one. This was more of a nighttime accessory video in case you're. Looking for something like that, because there are a lot of options out there and there are a lot of us - and so you do need some nice options so be sure to check these out.
