Hey everyone and let's get started, this is going to be my winter hair care routine. From start to finish from washing to styling. You know I got it all for you today. This is one of my most highly requested videos, so I hope this helps first step for my wants. A hair care routine is to pre-poo and I'm using organic grow hair Coast redo pre-poo, I'm not gon na go in-depth about the benefits of each product, because I do have dedicated videos about these items. I'M using so I'm gon na leave them in the cards. For you, guys, pre-poo in I find, is best done overnight, but this product makes my hair super soft. I have shine it aids in detangling and also it preps my hair and protects my hair from the water as well as any cleansers I'm going to use. After so on this one section, I rinse that pre-poo out - and at this moment I am starting to finger detangle finger. Detangling is very important to me. This is the first step I use to get as much shed hair out as well as any knots. Now it's time to shampoo that section and I'm using organic, grow, hair coles, clarifying shampoo, it cleanses very well. It has apple cider, vinegar, it has a ton of oils and my hair isn't left stripped or stringy. My hair feels super moisturized after so once I applied on my scalp, I then take their scalp brush and cleanse my scalp thoroughly. I love this brush. This literally cut washing down each section in half, I'm telling you it's super fast once that is done, I'm going to rinse it under warm water again and, as you can see, I'm rubbing my scalp just to get the shampoo out. I make sure to do that thoroughly and then I do some finger detangle and as well as you can see, I'm not tossing my hair back and forth. It'S not flying everywhere, I'm not being crazy with it. As I am doing my hair, especially while washing I make sure my motion is going downward, I want my hair to lay flat as possible. That'S gon na ensure I don't get a ton of frizz or any extra knotting. When I clarify my hair, I probably do it one to two times a month. It all depends on my hair. If my hair feels super dry or I have a ton of buildup, I will clarify and then I will cleanse my hair twice so like I say that I do go in with a second wash, which is normally the shampoo I just used, but I wanted to Show you guys what I use in-between clarifying my hair, so I'm using Camille Rose natural, sweet, ginger, cleansing rinse. I love this. I love the formula. I love everything about it. It smells amazing it lathers up so well to be a rinse also. It does not strip. My hair at all my hair is super moisturize after and if I use this alone in between clarifying my scalp still is very clean. I don't have a genus or dryness or any flakes. This gets everything out, so I will use this rinse in-between clarifying. So I use this rinse every two to three times a month, depending on how my hair feels and how my skull feels. So that means that I wash my hair normally every week. Just because now I style my hair a lot and I use a ton of different products, and I want to ensure my scalp in my hair - isn't getting build up, I'm not getting called pores and any product I apply on top can penetrate my strength. A lot better, so my wash days aren't that long. I just want to make sure I'm getting all the benefits from my products. I don't want to rush this process anyway, because my hair is super fragile at this moment, specially while it's wet, so I just trust the process and enjoy it as I am rinsing my hair out with warm to hot water. As you can see, I'm smoothing my strands down rubbing my scalp just to make sure to get that product out and I'm slightly finger detangling. As you can see, I have a lot of curl definition. My hair is hydrated its soft, its moisturized and my hair is not stripped during the winter time. I want my hair to be clean, but I also want my hair to be moisturized wash day. Is that first moment in step, you can get hydration in your strands. Now the next step is to deep condition. This is one of my favorite steps to do. During wash day, I'm using Camille rose naturals algae, Renu, deep conditioner. This has to be one of my all-time favorites. I know you guys like to say staple products. This is definitely a staple. This will always be in my arsenal. This has made my hair super soft and bouncy. This feels like a butter when I apply all my strands because it's super thick and whipped and it glides across my strand so easily. It has a ton of slip, but what I love the most about this deep conditioner is that it feels just like a butter and it acts like a butter. Once I rinse this out, my hair, my strands have been hydrated from the inside and out and it just left some added moisture on top of my strands. I love this stuff. This stuff's amazing, on this step, I'm gon na show you two ways I like to detangle my hair while having deep conditioner in my hair. I love to detangle my hair under running water, but I am gon na show you how I detangle it when my hair is not under running water. I finger detangle first and then I go in with the tingle and combs or brushes. I'M gon na link those combs and brushes down below. I work out my ends and then I work my way up. If I feel a knot or I feel like I can rip my hair out while using combs or brushes, I will stop and start to finger the tingle and then I'll use those combs and brushes again I'll always break those sections into smaller sections. Because I want to make sure my hair is thoroughly detangled and I do not want to rip my hair out. The reason why I don't like this method as much is because it takes longer. Each section probably takes like 15 minutes and that's a long time, and sometimes I do not want to sit there and detangle my hair. That way, I find that I'll lose more hair doing it. This way now, I'm gon na show you option two, which saves a ton of time. I apply the deep conditioner all over to each section. I thoroughly apply it on my ends and throughout my strands I will twist it up and pin it out the way and I'll do the same on the other sections, I'm only just applying the product, I'm not too tingling right now, then, once I am done, I Apply a shower cap and then I add a towel over top. This is gon na trap in the heat. Let those ingredients deeply penetrate my strands, and I like to finish taking a shower. You know do all that stuff and that usually takes about 20 to 25 minutes. Once I am done showering. This section feels amazing. It'S super soft and hydrated. Now this is the time I go under running water and start to detangle. I did already lightly finger to tangle first and then I take this comb by texture Pro. I love this comb. It'S very sturdy. It'S a well made comb and I love to use this to detangle my hair, so my hair is under running water. I start on my ends and work my way up, I break the section down, maybe in half, maybe in three parts, and this takes anywhere to two to five minutes. Yes, a big difference from 15 minutes and look at the Shedd hair. For that section, it's not that much at all. This step is key for me, because I don't want to get a ton of breakage or damaged in this process goes by very fast. The reason why the tangling works best under running water is because your hair is laying flat your cuticles are laying flat your strands are being weighed down by the water. So since that is happening, your curly strands are temporarily straight and once you had done detangle in each section make sure you twist it back up or braid it up. You do not want that section to tangle up again, and here is how the section looks. My hair feels so good. It'S so soft. Isn'T it so great when you use products that work on your wash day, your hair always comes out so bone. Now for the next step, I use my AC V rinse. I use this as a finisher. This is going to bring my hair to its natural pH. It'S gon na add shine. It'S also going to make my hair super soft and vibrate. I don't get dry or itchy scalp anymore, because I do this step. I apply in an applicator bottle, so it can get to my scalp quicker and my strands. I let it sit for two to three minutes and then I rinse it right out now, while I am in the shower, I'm going to apply a little bit of leaving conditioner, I'm using my yells organics from the pomegranate and honey collection. This is one of my favorite leave-in, it's very lightweight, it's not heavy. It moisturizes my strands very well and my hair is always left soft, so I'm just going to apply a little bit. I don't want too much product right now because I will add more product once I start to style my hair, but I just add a little bit and braid the section right up you, I'm then gon na go in with the sculpt beverage. I love this stuff. This is going to stimulate growth. It has a lot of essential oils in it, as well as regular oils. This doesn't clog my pores. It leaves my scalp refreshed and hydrated, and I definitely love the benefits from it. Just make sure you use the smallest amount in a massage it into your scalp thoroughly, so I'm gon na start to style my hair and I'm gon na do a twist out. You guys know I love twist outs, it's my favorite and it's easy to achieve, and I love the definition I get well, the wintertime. I try to keep it simple I'll, do twists or braids or our turbans or do mini twists. I keep it very simple year-round, but in the winter time I definitely try to keep my hair as hydrated as possible. I'M gon na take a small to medium sized section spray it with warm water. I'M gon na take more of that, leaving conditioner and work it into the section. Then I'm gon na go in with another product. I do like to do the lco method when I'm moisturizing my strands, especially in a winter time, but I can actually do a modified LCL method, which is using a leave-in conditioner in a heavy creamy base product that has a ton of oils and butters in it. So it's basically the LC method, so I'm using the twist in souffle also from the pomegranate and honey line. This thing is very rich in thick and dense. I love this stuff. This is amazing. This leaves my hair super moist and hydrated. I can use this by itself or in conjunction with any other products, such as a leave-in or a hair milk or a smoothie, and my hair feels amazing after using this. So since I'm starting off freshly washed hair, I am going to apply quite a bit of this product, just because I don't have any previous product on my hair, except for the leave-in conditioner. This will not cause me buildup. I want my hair to be moisturized enough. Just to last me, three to four days, so I applied quite a bit only on freshly cleanse hair midweek. I do not apply this amount. I actually won't go in with this product. Again, I will go in with a lighter product, but you do not want to use heavy amounts of this product throughout the week after that product has been applied and make sure to detangle. If further was a detangle and brush, I twist the section up, coil my ends and repeat those same steps on the next sections you so the next day my hair is fully dry and I'm going to add a little bit of oil to my fingertips. To help with separating you - and these are my finished results - this is first day here over the course of the week. My hair is gon na get fuller and bigger. I would think that you would DC rinse first and follow with the shower...I'm actually going to try TM Hair Products, which was started on accident by a black mom. She went to the store one day, looking for a hair product. Come to find out, the product was out of stock. So she concocted her own hair care product, which was encouraged by her husband to start selling it...Have you ever heard of it? I just found it on youtube like 2 weeks ago...

mocha_cacao: Always here for Bubs fam❤❤

Alicia Williams-Julien: I just love your hair.....definitely my hair crush

Fritzline Reveil: There's a truth hidden behind all those youtubers videos. People usually go crazy about how long, thick and healthy their hair are. But actually, the thing is that most of them have low porosity hair which is easier to maintain lenght or to take care of. Having high porosity hair is a real struggle we all know that. If u are on a natural hair journey u still can grow them long and keep them kinda healthy, but don't expect the same result.

alison hilaire: I really wish I could detangle my hair under running water but my hair is very fragile and my hot water disappears very quickly lol. Besides that and oiling your scalp, I have a similar routine.
