4C hair types experience shrinkage THE MOST because the curls are so tight.

And this can make it difficult to detangle, manage, and style.

BUT….

Contrary to popular belief, 4C hair shrinkage is a sign of healthy strong hair!

However, you may still want to reduce your shrinkage and I understand that completely.

So here are 2 ways I stop shrinkage on natural hair 4C

1️⃣ I Keep My Hair Sectioned and Twisted While Washing

The easiest way to solve shrinkage is to not allow your hair to shrink.

Therefore I keep my hair organized in several twists throughout the entire wash day.

2️⃣ I Keep My Hair Stretched After Wash Day

Again, stretching my natural hair in twists is one THEE best way I get rid of shrinkage, simple right!

➡️ b.t.w… good stretching techniques are also protective!

YES, reducing shrinkage will ultimately make your hair much more manageable…

⚠️ BUT…

If you're truly looking to reduce breakage, YOU MUST FIRST UNDERSTAND:
