Updates: I do NOT cowash my hair as often anymore. I find that the Baggy Method helps to maintain the moisture.

Hey guys, so you asked I'm answering um, you guys want to know how I got my hair to curl in the manner in which it curls right. How do I get my TWA to curl this way? Well, I'm going to go through it step-by-step. What I do, what my natural hair routine consists of so the first thing I do. I go wash my hair a lot like a lot a lot. It'S not every other day every day, sometimes every two days and what I call watch with is really any conditioner that I can get my hands on. What I'm currently using right now is the Tresemme curl hydration. It looks like that right, but any kind of conditioner you can get on that doesn't have. Sulfate doesn't have any of that bad stuff you can use to wash your hair with the cheapest is vo5. I use that sometimes as well and so what I do in the morning, when I wake up, I will wet my hair with lukewarm water, throw some conditioner inside my hair and I'll. Just with the ball of my fingers. You know just massage the conditioner in there. Then I also use a wide tooth comb and comb them out comb the curls out so I'll just take it and start from the top and make my way out so that I can you know detangle any knots or anything. That'S in my hair, then I put a shower cap on so I cover my hair with a shower cap and I continue with my bath my shower. So then, when I'm done I'll, rinse out the conditioner and then go ahead, and I find my product now before, I show you the products that I use in my hair after I co wash. I just want to tell you that there are some days that I don't go wash my hair and for days that I don't go wash my hair. I do the baggie method at night, and so what that consists of is a spray bottle. So I use spray bottle. This has water in oil. You put as much as you want. I don't measure how much I use. I just add. This is almost done because I you know, obviously use it all the time, but I just add water and then I add some unrefined fresh virgin, coconut oil is from dr. Bronner's. I got this from Whole Foods, but I mean obviously it looks like a solid right. It'S thick, but if you put on your hand and mounts sometimes I throw it in the bottle while it's a solid, I just shake it up, and so then I spray that all over my hair and then I put on a shower cap. Sometimes I don't want to Silvana on top. Sometimes I just go to sleep like this and what the shower cap does it rate it maintains and it keeps the moisture in your hair. So, at any point, if you ever wake up with ass on a bonnet on or if you don't go to see this car and you realize that your hair is really really dry, it's because of all of the moisture that's sucked out of your hair from your Cotton pillow sheets from your samples. What so have you? So, if you try to beg you method, you will realize that your hair maintains moisture and will also as a result curl. So you need a shower cap. You need a spray bottle with oil of your choice. I happen to use coconut oil and water back to the products that I put in my hair when I don't do the baggie method, and so after I take my shower and you know, go wash my hair with conditioner, I will put in my Cantu shea butter. Leave-In conditioner - and this is the leave-in conditioning repair cream. This is how it looks. I believe this is like six dollars. You'Re right I paid six times you can get this at your local beauty supply store right. I put not so much but a generous amount, and I just put it all over my hair. Sometimes I don't even do that. I just put it on the top of my hair because you always want to focus on the top of your hair. That'S you know the most important part so after I put in my leave-in I'll, go ahead and use a curling enhancer, something that will help my hair curl in the way in which it does now. If I don't use the cancer shea butter, I will sometimes use mixed chicks. Now this is kind of pricey, that's just like twenty dollars, eighteen and twenty dollars. This is another leave-in conditioner that I use that's extremely lightweight and it works for me, you know it's. The mixture mixed it's leave-in conditioner, so if you don't want to use a can - or if you don't mind, spending a little bit money, you can use the mix chicks back after they leave in after you're leaving you want to add some kind of curl enhancer, something That will aid your hair into curling in the manner in which you want to you to curl. So I use Shea moistures products. Sometimes I use the curl enhancing smoothie, which is a white product. Can you see that it's not really in focus, but it's the Shea moistures curl enhancing smoothie and then sometimes I use the curling gel souffle, and so this is a clear product. It'S like a gel and um. They both have coconut and hibiscus in it and they're lightweight, but they really do help in curling, my hair. So after the leave-in I'll add a curl and ant or some kind of product that curls and then I also put coconut oil in my hair to seal the moisture, and so again I use coconut oil times it. I don't use coconut oil I'll sometimes use jamaican black, castor oil. However, I'm out of it right now, so I don't have any more. So I'm using coconut oil um in my hair and sometimes I may use a little bit of gel to hold the curl, because what happens is that my hair, when it dries up it gets really big? And I not that I don't like my hair big. But if I use a gel, the curl will be tighter um and that's just how I like it. So really. That'S all that I do now times that I'm deep conditioning my hair, I only only use the Pantene on truly natural hair. Deep conditioner looks just like this. This is a bottle and it's about six dollars as well. Five, six dollars. I love it. It'S my favourite. It really does help to crow. My hair as well maintain the moisture and it really thickens my hair. Look. I have like really really thick it, and I want to say that it, the Pantene, helps to maintain the thickness in your hair. Absolutely love this. I do this once a week every single Sunday I use the deep conditioner, and sometimes I realize that my hair has a little knot in it and it's really you know, tangled up, I use the Shea Moisture raw shea butter extra moisture, detangle, oh with sea kelp And argan oil and I've had this for so long because I don't use it much right because I, what I found is that when I co wash my hair, I pretty much take out all of the tangles. But if you realize that you have a lot of hair a lot of tangles in your hair and you want like a detangler, I would definitely suggest the Shea Moisture extra moisture detangle. So that's pretty much it. I shampoo my hair, maybe once a month and really I do not have a specific shampoo ru. Whatever is in my house that maybe the Tresemme that maybe Pantene that may be a shame ostrich. Shampoo, whatever is in my house I'll use that and I'm not showing it because I don't wash my shampoo. My hair often realize that my hair, even though I may have build up because of the products that I use. I don't really my hair's not really dirty, and so I don't really shampoo my hair. I don't want it to be strict up of all this all of the oils and whatever. So I don't shampoo my hair off there um, but I do accept in it. I do use hair skin and nails gummies. This is from Target. I think it's exclusive to target it's by nature's bounty and I take the gummies because it's really hard for me to swallow tails off there, but I also take women's one-a-days and I take this every day I took about for a gun needs a day because it's Like time to gum knees twice a day or something like that, so I take about 4 times a day and one of these a day and I do drink a lot of water um and I also drink a lot of green smoothies and in my green smoothies I put flaxseed oil or fax or whatever in it. I mix it up, and so all of this stuff helps - and you know, have a really clear skin and have a really really healthy hair. So definitely especially as you get older, you want to do. Supplements supplements work. You need to take some kind of tablet, so kind of got me something that has vitamins. That'S you know packed with vitamins um for things that you may lacking in your everyday nails, because I don't eat really healthy. So because of that, I have to take a supplement, so I hope this has helped. If you have any other questions, you can leave questions below on my Instagram on my blog WWE, just mister on Wacom take care.
