How To Wash 4C Natural Hair In Two Strand Twists Correctly(Updated)

Hi girlies welcome to my channel. My name is Joey Juliet and today I'll be sharing how I shampoo my hair in twists. So I just finished repo'ing with fresh aloe vera gel. If you haven't seen the video you can see after this video. It'S my previous video before this one and I was pretty excited because it is so soft I like it overnight and it just my hair, drank everything up like the fresh aloe vera, juice, mustard, gel or plus of oil. I literally just drank everything up in my head: it's super soft, really shiny and my hair doesn't feel greasy at all. So I am going to show you my process for shampoo in twists and I'll also talk through the do's and don't of shampooing interests and also the disadvantages of shampooing interest. So yes, most of us, if you already follow my channel, you know that I have been shampooing in twists for the longest time. I think I said shampoo me in twist about the second year. My second year be natural and I've been natural for about seven years. Now so yeah, I know it's one of my biggest tips for maintaining along the natural hair, and so, if you don't know my K is actually wasting. Also, this particular shampoo is the moisturizing shampoo and not a clarifying shampoo, so it doesn't strip off everything without leaving your hair dry days literally just cleanses your hair either hair still getting soft. That'S me: okay, okay, so I've just drenched my hair in some water and I'm going to go ahead to put a little bit of the shampoo on my hair. So my hair, even if I haven't washed my hair for about three weeks about a month actually, even if I have a watch man for about a month, Oliver actually helps to cleanse the scalp. So my hair is pretty much feeling super clean, as you can see. So I'm really going to use just very little shampoo. I might just have to shampoo just once so yeah, so I'm just going to take this and go ahead to just put it on my scalp first. So, if necessary, I'm going to add more items such as the neurons right here after looking this way just going ahead to rub it all over my start, birth and make sure to loosen up the product bureau by massaging it the thing with washing a twist. So you get your edges like so so I'm going to do this process twice, so this is the first time, so I'm going to do it one more time and I'll be done so great to come back to you once my hair is already start to see To show you how to super clean, so if you has really really dirtied and obviously you can do this process twice, but really always recommend that you just that you do this process just two times, because shampoo is even the moisturizing shampoos can tend to strip away All the moisture from your hair, if you use too much of it - yes, sir, and that's it so great to mix this up and I'll, be right, okay, so the second time I apply, the shampoo you can see that there are such showing off, because now my Head'S way way cleaner than he was, and I just wanted to show you that, because I know because some people will say what kind of shampoo am I using that it's not showing any sort of so yeah. So there you have it when your hair is super clean, it should be sharing this, but then it's not entirely an indication of when your hair super clean, because sometimes some sulfate shampoos or the reason why Sophos actually is added into shampoos, is to have this effect. This is a moisturizing shampoo, so it doesn't have any sulfates. So it is kind of an indication to show that my scalp is clean, see ya, so I'm just going to quickly go rinse it off, because I knew that someone's gon na ask me that. So I just came back to could be sure this in on camera, see ya. So I'm done racing now and the moment of truth, where we talk truth, look at the camera and see if we go out all of the debt. So I so it's usually reducing my stress to deep condition. I go straight ahead to deep condition while in twists - and it just saves me tons of time and still gets the job done, so I don't have to loose it and then go back and then twist it back up and see yeah. So I've got really sensitive skin. So when I use a shampoo that is, I'm not sure what's inside this one, but it makes my skin like my skin, on my hands itch so much so yeah. I would like to have, if you know any brand that does have sensitive skin types. I would love to know so. Can you see that these cups are even in between the tooth super routine? So I'm just going to twist that back up now so yeah, so this is all for my shampoo routine and how I get that shampoo to work is magic, given where my head split twists - and I hope this was just really helpful - I'm so happy that I Got to do it and I found a way to do without actually being in the shower and trying to make my camera focus and then it's just so stressful.
