Hello, my beautiful friends, it's kaziah here welcome back to my channel so happy to have you back today. So today we have such a great topic that we're going to talk about this video is all about the nine essential oils that you can use for your hair. For hair growth, scalp health, if you're dealing with thinning if you're dealing with the dry, scalp, dandruff and things like that, these nine essential oils have been used all around the world for healing properties and things like that. These oils you've probably heard about a few of them. Some of them are going to be very new and unique to a lot of us, but they have so many healing properties and, if they're, using correctly and consistently, can really do wonders for your hair, i actually have a combination of the few of them that are On the list here in this little bottle that my friend put together for me and this combination mmm, it smells so good. But this combination right here i actually use in my shampoo for hair growth and also to um, grow back some of the hair that i might be losing during this postpartum period of mine. If a lot of you are wondering, i had a baby seven months ago. It'S body right here, hi, buddy, boy and um. You know i'm going through that phase of where i'm shedding a little bit more this time around we're sorry, i'm shedding a little bit more in terms of the hair, because, when you're pregnant you get thicker hair and things like that and um. I will say that this time around it, i feel, like a combination of a few things, have led to less shedding one overall me just being healthier. In general, i've been taking vitamins ever since i got pregnant with my first child satori, and she is now three years so i've been taking vitamins for like four years um and then drinking more water. Just focusing on my um on my food intake and rest and sleep and then also i have been using more essential oils. I have another product that has essential oils in it. I don't use them as consistent, but i will say that, with with overall health in general in the health of my hair, it has been probably at the top of its level, because i've been so focused on what i'm putting in my body. So these essential oils are so important and they're things that we can do on the outside to improve our hair health and our scalp health, but also in combination with that. Whatever you put in the inside of your body is just as important. So keep that in mind now before we dive deep into this video. I just want to let you know if you're new to this channel welcome, if you are an old time subscriber and you've been here for a while. Thank you so much for watching all my videos in comedy. So those are the few things i wanted to. Let you know now: let's go ahead and dive right into this topic all right, so these are nine essential oils that are going to help you with hair growth, scalp health and many other things. I highly recommend incorporating some of these, if not all into your routine, some of them kind of cross overlap. I guess we can call it and they both will um give you the same benefits, but you know it could be a choice of use. Yours whatever one. You want to use so i'm going to go into these i'm going to share. You know the benefits of each one before i do. I want you to keep in mind. So when it comes to essential oils, you want to make sure that you're washing them out a lot of them. You can actually leave in your hair, but i want to say that people might end up getting like an allergic reaction or it just might be too much for them. That'S the very common thing when it comes to essential oils is that perhaps you might have an allergic reaction, and all that could be is maybe a little bit of itching um, tingly sensation and then also like bumps like you might get like kind of like a Rash but i've actually experienced it myself and i've gotten bumps and they were just white bumps and then maybe a little bit of um. They felt like really hot, like my ears, felt really hot, where the essential oils were on, but after, like a second use of them, it went away. I was completely fine, and so the reaction, i would say, isn't that you are indefinitely allergic. It just might be that your body's, never you know gotten these put on it before and it might just need a little time to adjust to it. So don't let that scare, you, i highly recommend using essential oils. It will not hurt you unless you have like a huge reaction, but most people don't really have a huge reaction to them. Just maybe some itching some burning some bumps things like that, and it can also be very, very mild. I'Ve experienced it myself and i've been completely fine. It did not like deter my day or you know, cause anything where i needed to go anywhere. All i simply needed to do was wash it out of my hair and that's why i say wash it out and then i was fine after getting the area cleansed. So with all of these, i highly recommend doing from two to five minutes in your hair and then washing it out. I recommend putting in your shampoo and that's the way you use the essential oils and then washing it out. Um keeping it in your hair is another thing, and i can do another video on that, and it really just depends on how your body reacts to it, but most majority of people are going to be fine. There'S going to be a few like me when i kept it in my hair, i just kind of had a reaction, and then, after that i was totally fine all right. The first essential oil is lavender oil, lavender oil. We all know the smell because it smells so good, it's so calming, and people use it in diffusers and yoga settings and things like that. It'S amazing for that, but also really amazing, for speeding up hair growth. So if you're looking for hair growth, lavender oil is something you should check out. The second essential oil is peppermint oil. Yes, so we know peppermint so well i mean we know peppermint tea, peppermint, mochas and things like that. So we've definitely ingested it before. But if you get a super concentrated amount in terms of essential oil, it is used to stimulate hair growth and the way that it's used to stimulate more hair growth is that peppermint oil stimulates the hair follicles, and there was actually a study shown done on mice. They put peppermint oil on them and their hair follicles opened and deepened, thus producing more hair to grow out. So, in a way it was kind of like maybe their follicles were kind of clogged or blocked and didn't have much room to kind of pop out and grow. You know more hair more rapidly and so by using it and the stimulation was able to create that. So peppermint oil again is great for stimulating the scalp and also stimulating hair growth. Third, essential oil is rosemary oil. Rosemary oil is used to improve hair, thickness and regenerate the hair follicles overall. So if you're dealing with thinner hair, that you feel that isn't very strong rosemary oil is something that you are going to want to put in your shampoo, along with lavender oil and a little bit of peppermint oil mix that up and put it in your hair. So that you can get hair growth, improve the thickness of your hair and the overall health. The number four essential oil is cedarwood oil. This one is actually one of the oils that i actually have in my little bottle there that i was showing you at the beginning of this video and i actually have that mixed with lavender and rosemary. So i've skipped the peppermint for this mixture and i just added the two first um sorry, the first lavender and rosemary oil - to create this mix, and this is use of what i've been using postpartum to help kind of bring back these little areas that i might Have lost a lot of hair um, which is very common for women having babies and then afterwards the postpartum shed. So cedarwood is for hair growth and it also reduces hair loss. So if you feel like you're shedding a lot, you feel like you're losing a lot of hair cedar. Wood is definitely something that you want to put in your regimen. The number fifth essential oil is lemongrass and lemongrass is actually used to reduce dandruff. So if you have issues with your scalp and you're having dandruff lemongrass is definitely a way to go to help reduce that and clear it out. There'S actually a study shown that it took one week for this to clear out and start improving. I also want to say in dandruff in general, a lot of people might not know, but dandruff can come from dairy products. So, if you're having eczema, um and dandruff a lot of times it can it well, it is from what you're ingesting. So if you're cleaning up your diet, take out dairy and you're, probably gon na, see a difference in that the number six essential oil is thyme oil and it's very similar to cedar wood oil where, if this really helps with hair growth and reduces hair loss. So if you don't like cedarwood, you can use thyme or you can use both whatever you have and both of them will do. The similar and same effects to your hair. Clary sage is the number eight essential oil, and this one is similar to lavender oil, where it's going to speed up hair growth. So you can try clary sage, you can try lavender, you can try both of them. This actually really excites me because i'm like oh, i wonder if i put two of the same hair growth. What'S gon na happen, i'm sure you're, just gon na get amazing results for these and also know that you got ta, give it time. So i would say at least give it three months of a trial. You know, even if you don't see miraculous results, just know that essential oils overall is like super healthy for you and your body and your your body's just gon na love it and it's so funny. I'Ve opened that essential bottle essential oil bottle and i'm just i can smell it and the room smells so amazing and i feel so much more clear-headed. So there's so many other benefits. Let me know if you've been using essential oils comment below i'd love to know which ones you use. What benefits that you have been getting out of all of this, and i just love to know where you guys are. We have two more actually three more oils. So i'm still going. Don'T worry, this isn't the end of the video, but i just got really excited and i wanted to share that also, since we're here now and we've already done about seven of the essential oils. I wanted to say, if you're already enjoying this video and you're going to stay here, till the end go ahead and give this video a big thumbs up, because the way that youtube works is that the more thumbs ups and the more likes this video gets. The more it's going to pump it out and push it to other people so that they can also get this knowledge. So if you have other curly friends you care about - and you want them to understand how they can take care of their natural hair. Give this video a thumbs up comment below so you can share this with more naturals. Just like you all right, so we're back. Let'S do the last three essential oils, there's some good ones here. I really like these. So tea tree oil is number eight tea tree. Oil has powerful cleansing elements, it's anti micro mole. I have a hard time with that word, and it's also. I have it right here, anti bacterial, so with tea tree oil, because it's like used for cleansing and things like that. It can actually help unplug, hair follicles. So say if your hair and you have um what shall i say, product buildup and if you know about product buildup, i've been talking about in a lot of my videos. It builds up on your hair, thus not letting water get in. So then, your hair stays dehydrated and your hair always feels dry, no matter what you do tea tree oil is something you want to put in your condition. Sorry, your shampoo, so that you can wash it out and that your follicles in your hair can open up. Take in the water take in the nutrients that it needs so that it can be stronger, healthier, grow, more and retain weight and those are really the steps to having longer healthier hair and the number nine essential oil. This one is awesome: it's ylang ylang! So if you have dry hair and you have a dry scalp, this is the one for you. Ylang ylang can stimulate sebum production. So it's going to make your hair a lot more healthier in terms of its natural oils, a lot more moisturized hydrated and all those great things. So if you have super oily hair, this is probably not one that you want to use, but if you don't and you have a dry scalp, you have dry hair. You have a just overall dry type of body, which is i i do um. I am typically a dryer person and i need some butter on this body. This is an oil you want to put in your hair, so again, you're going to want to put this in a shampoo you're going to want to wash it out so that it can stimulate sebum production. So you can produce more of your own natural oils. For your hair, so now we talked about a lot. There is a lot of essential oils that i just shared with you, so many great ones for so many different things. So if you are dealing with any of these issues, try them out. Let me know how it goes comment below give me your feedback. I love to hear i'm also going to link a link down below in terms of the amounts to you. So how many drops do you want to use in a bottle of shampoo and how many minutes you want to leave it in your hair before you wash out, i'm going to put that link down below, so you can check that out and thank you so much For tuning in to this video and i'll see you on my next one: bye, bye,

And sometimes use some of the others as a scalp massage pre-poo treatment depending on how I’m feeling! And I also like adding these oils to my diffuser. I’m going to try some of the others you mentioned. And btw, you look fantastic having a 7 month-old son! Wow!
