Let me tell all of you first that hair growth does not happens in a day. There cannot be one day challenge that your hair could grow overnight. That'S not possible, So please be rational and choose wisely what you are watching and what you are believing in Growth happens gradually, Which needs only two things: that is consistency and patience. If you will have patience and keep practicing this continuously, Then your hair will grow in a healthy way and you will not have any problems. I promise I have already shared many videos on hair growth. With all of you, You can follow all the remedies provided. Not all of them at once. I always say that. Try a remedy for 2-3 months atleast Not daily, follow the remedy, as instructed in the video, And you will start noticing that you are achieving the desired results gradually Be patient. You have so many remedies on your channel, which one is to be followed. We are confused, Choose your remedy, according to the availability of resources and your convenience, to follow them And then do it for yourself regularly Don't get confused between what needs to be done and what not. Today'S remedy is very simple. Even the laziest of the laziest person can follow this No issues with this and no side effects. It is very, very potent Now what needs to be done When we talk about hair growth, as I said, be patient and consistent Being consistent means thrice in a week. Maximum 3 days a week Minimum you will have to follow it twice a week to have the best of results. For yourself For this, you will need number 1 milk, Milk for hair Milk has protein content, which is amazing for your hair. When you do keratin treatment. Protein is deposited on your hair. However, we are doing a remedy for growth here, So the point of focus will be our roots. You can apply it on lengths. Also absolutely no problem So milk. If it's raw, then it will be very good. Otherwise, you can take boiled milk. Also, please don't make a fuzz over boiled milk. If the milk is raw, then very good. Otherwise, you can take boiled milk. Also How much milk is to be taken. You have to cover your entire scalp and length also, So you can take the milk accordingly. I have taken half a mug of milk here and heated it for a minute in the oven That is almost till it becomes lukewarm, not hot After it becomes lukewarm. Add a big spoon full of castor oil to the milk. This is the potent oil that will provide growth to your hair. I have shared a devoted video on castor oil. You can check out that as well to know it's potency. If you have constipation, then you can drink this entire mixture. It actually works for your constipation, But this is not to be used regularly and for long period of time. You can consume this twice or thrice a week and not more than that, Because it kind of gets deposited. Sometimes You won't like that. That is why twice or thrice a week is just sufficient. Do it along with the remedy, and it can help you out with constipation If your gut is clean, skin and hair will be very good. Undoubtedly, So you will be taking a big spoon full of castor oil. I asked you to drink it, but we don't have to drink it, Save it in a spray bottle. The spray bottle that I have is made of glass, And this is oil spray bottle, which is made for spraying oil Oil freezes in normal spray bottles, due to which you will have to wash it with hot water post application. I am telling you beforehand so that you don't spoil your spray bottle, So wash it properly. So I have taken milk and a spoon of castor oil to the milk And saved it in a spray bottle. So my beautiful people, the mixture of milk and castor oil, is ready And also your remedy is ready. That'S all! Yes, It's just this much! You have to absolutely detangle your hair. You have no choice here. You will have to detangle your hair for sure. Do the partition and detangle your hair And after that, be prepared for the application? What needs to be done Spray? The mixture along the partition of your hair and dab gently with your hands? That'S all Keep parting, your hair and spray. The mixture Now what's happening here. Let me know a better cleanser than milk. There isn't. Any Milk is an amazing cleanser. We easily buy many useless product called cleansing milk, But hesitate to use original milk as a cleanser Milk has protein. The Keratin treatment that you carry out in a parlour is already possessed by milk: It's not Keratin, but protein, And you are all aware about the magic of protein mask for your hair. When you apply milk on your scalp, your scalp is getting cleaned for sure, But also your hair roots are getting nourishment because of protein content. Isn'T it magic? It'S like getting two benefits with one remedy And your hair will become amazing. Do I need to say anything about castor oil? I have already shared many remedies. Having castor oil with you, Castor oil is very much potent to grow your hair. If there are no hair in your eyebrows, then you can apply castor oil there To all the boys out there. If you have bald patches in your beard area, then you can apply castor oil And you can have you know whatever it is Whatever you want. The density, the growth that you want to see in your hair, Castor oil, is that potent You can read about it if you want, There is no need to believe me at all, Read about it, See on your own When you will get to know about the Potency, you will do the application more beautifully, Do the application with all the belief and it will bear more beautiful results. Believe me, Don't believe me, I mean whatever it is, I mean believe in the remedy and do it for yourself. After doing the application properly on the roots, Take all your hair on one side and spray all the mixture on your lengths. Also, It is going to be a bit time consuming. If you have the patience, then do it with the help of spray. Otherwise, turn your head upside down take a tub and dip your lengths in it, Because your lengths also needs that moisture cleanliness and the protein content, which is there Castor oil, provides shine. Milk provides protein nourishment and cleanses your hair, And what not, Once you are done, tie a bun out of your hair. Do not mistaken to comb your hair, Castor oil is very thick. If you will apply only castor oil, then more than half of your hair will fall off. You are diluting the castor oil. This way It's a bit lukewarm, so you are opening your roots a bit and embibing the oil inside And you are doing magic for your hair. Believe me, After tying a bun, keep your hair as it is for 1-2 hours. Do not keep it overnight. Do not keep it for longer time, Keep it for 1-2 hours in your hair before taking bath. This much time is sufficient for these two ingredients to blend and nourish your hair And after that, once in a week I have told you to apply this thrice a week. If you want to decrease it, then do it twice a week But cover your hair with hot towel once a week. It is going to be a spa for your hair. Your roots will be nourished deeply and you are going to be like really happy. You can do that as well. Absolutely optional, not necessary. If you do that, then it's good. If not, then it's okay! After that, you will wash your head using your regular shampoo. I never recommend you to apply conditioners. It'S not good for your hair. I have only shampooed my hair and you can see the results, But we are not talking about results here. We want growth, Growth will happen. Definitely, as your scalp is healthy, then nobody can stop growth. I mean nobody, not even me and you Growth will happen. Definitely Healthy scalp=healthy growth. This application not only cleanses your scalp, but also nourishes your hair, Due to which they are going to grow, beautifully. Answering few questions around the remedy. What should be the frequency? I told you to use it thrice a week which makes it like alternate days when you are really looking for growth. You don't have to use it forever. You can try it alternate days for a month And then you can have best of the results. After you achieve the desired results, you can use it once a week. It'S a beautiful cleanser. You can definitely do that. Can we use this for children? Absolutely, you can do that, Use it for small children, teenagers, girls, boys, aunties, grandparents, no problem at all. If we talk about the consumption, This cannot be consumed by pregnant. Ladies and feeding mothers. Others can consume this twice or thrice a week. Absolutely If you are not allergic to seeds, So you have to be very, very particular about consumption. That'S all Application can be done by anyone. Growth will happen for everyone, And you will have wonderful results for yourself. I promise you. I hope you understood the application properly. I have split ends all the way up till the crown of the head. I do keep trimming my hair but I am not allowed to cut them short.
