Not much is talked about carrier oils v/s essential oils to know the difference, and Rosemary oil is one great oil to control hair fall however it is very potent on its own and can lead to certain side effects if not used correctly. So you tried olive oil, coconut oil and almond oil and nothing really helped much in your hair loss. What, if i told you all these oil that i commonly use in household are carrier oils which are at best moisturizing your scalp and not stimulating hair growth. So in today's video i'll take you through an oil which will not only stimulate your hair growth but also strengthen your hair follicles. So shall we start hi guys, i'm a mug and welcome to my channel involved evolve. I aim to provide best information regarding health and beauty, so in case you're new, don't forget to subscribe and don't forget to hit on the bell icon to get notified as soon as i upload a new video since today's topic is hair loss, tell me honestly guys Have you ever met anyone who's not experienced hair fall at some point in their life, yet the products all in the market are so dissatisfying. Take oils, for example, since our childhood we've been told, apply olive oil almond oil, coconut oil mix them up together, heat them up and apply it on your scalp will control your hair loss and we know it hasn't worked so far. Do you know why? Because all those oils are all carrier oils which are also known as vegetable oils, which, as the name suggests, carries the essential oil which i'm going to introduce you to shortly to your scalp, to stimulate hair growth. Now let me simplify it for you over here before i introduce you to an essential oil. Now, if you're experiencing dry, hair dry scalp, then carrier oil should suffice, because if you use it, it'll leave your hair, soft and shiny, whereas, if you're experiencing hair loss, then you need the combination of both your carrier, oil and your essential oils together. Now, let me introduce you to an essential oil. Essential oils are basically plant extracts, they are made by steaming or pressing. Various parts of the plant, like roots, leaves bark, etc. You must have observed essential oils are commonly used in the practice of aromatherapy. It is a mood elevator stress, reliever and hair stimulator, depending upon which oil you're using for what take rosemary. For example, rosemary oil has traditionally been used to control lice control, dandruff and stimulate hair growth. How does rosemary oil really work? Rosemary oil dilates, your blood vessels when applied on the scalp and while it dilates it's sending oxygen and nutrients to the scalp and to the hair follicles - and you know, wherever the oxygen is flowing, the blood is slowing and wherever the blood flows happen. All the dying hair that cause hair loss will get the blood flow and control your hair loss. Now you must be wondering on its own rosemary oil is so effective. Why are we diluting it? Well, there are two reasons for it: a it is a very thick texture, so once you dilute it with the carrier, oil, it penetrates better in your skin. Secondly, on its own, essential oils are very potent, so it may lead to certain side effects if you're not diluting it. With a carrier oil side effects could be, rashes could be a little burning on the skin, so a you dilute it so that it doesn't lead to any side effect. Even though you're diluting the two together, the carrier, oil and the essential oil can still lead to certain side effects. That'S why patch test is always recommended now. Won'T it be an incomplete video? If i didn't show you my favorite products, of course, i will show you the brand that i've enjoyed using the most as far as rosemary oil is concerned. So the first brand i want to show you is a brand called soul flower which is easily available on amazon i'll share the link in the description box below which is neither affiliated nor sponsored. As i always say, i share the link, so that's easier for you to buy it now coming back to the brand salt. Flour is a great brand. You may want to check out the other oils from the same brand. They are good too. I have tried many other, like castor oil, coconut oil, which is fab. Now this one comes in a bottle like this 15 ml. I always purchase a small bottle. It says clearly on the packaging, soothes, skin and scalp stimulates, hair follicles prevents aging signs. You can use it on your face and dilute it with carrier oil, but i typically like to use a rosemary oil for hair. The second brand i thoroughly enjoyed using before trying out soul, flower rosemary oil was organic harvest, which is again 100 organic and the rosemary oil was just as good, which is easily available on amazon. Just in case, you want to buy another one, so guys make sure whenever you purchase carrier oil and essential oil, you use it the right way. Now. What is the right way right way is when you divide it into equal parts. I like to use three oils together, i put my rosemary oil and castor oil and coconut oil together, and i divide into equal parts like two issue. Two is to two: then i heat it up in a pan. Now, heating up doesn't mean heating it directly on the gas, don't heat the oil directly guys on the gas, because it'll destroy good properties of that oil so make sure first, you boil the water, take it off your gas and then you put the bowl of that Oil in that boiling water to warm up and once it's warmed up massage it nicely on your scalp for at least five to ten minutes. So that's all about today's video guys. My grandma is from the Philippines and she has beautiful hair and always used to tell me she uses coconut oil in her hair. I tried that and had 0 luck with it.
