Hi everyone, Namaste head, massages, not just help relieve the pain and stress after a tiring day, but also promote hair growth. Did you know that ancient Indian Ayurveda talks about pressure points spread across your head and neck? These pressure points are called as marma points in Sanskrit language, when pressed & massaged the marma points boost blood circulation in the scalp that helps hair follicles to grow exceptionally. Marma points are also energy hotspots that invoke fresh leaves of life in the body and cure problems. Like stress, sinus, depression, hair loss, insomnia among many others, I previously did a video about Ayurvedic hot oil massage for hair growth. Please do check it out, see the info box for the link of the video in this video. Let'S see how to do the Ayurvedic pressure point massage for the massage, we would first need some natural oil. I have taken some homemade coconut oil. You may choose any pour some hot water in a bowl and place your oil bottle in it. Hot oil is ideal for massages, as it gets absorbed quickly begin with brushing your hair thoroughly tangle-free hair would ensure better application of oil. It is important that you take some time out from a schedule and unwind massages are never done in a rush. The best time to indulge in one is around bedtime. The point at the center of your eyebrows is called as sthapani marma point in ancient Sanskrit language, also known as the third eye point. This is the center of karmic energy and control central nervous system begin with stimulating the Sthapani Marm by gently massaging it. This point is where Hindu women wear Bendis and men wear Tilak, now press with both the hands. The center of your eyebrows hide another pressure. Point known as Avarthya Marm massaging it would relax your eyes now. Move eight fingers above the eyebrows. This point is called as Adhipati, Marma or soft spot. This pressure point is the master of all senses, as it is the center of yogic spiritual healing massaging. This point would not just boost blood circulation, but will also cure problems like anxiety, depression, tiredness and sinus. Among many others pour some oil and Stroke gently. Many people complain of a premature receding, hairline or even bowel patches near the forehead massaging. This pressure point will help cure. It join all the fingers like so and gently press. This is a sensitive and fragile spot at the skull. Hence don't press too hard now, starting from the brows move. 12, fingers above Ayurveda calls this pressure point as Seemant Marma or skull spot. This is the highest point in your body and due to the gravitational pull it receives the least blood inflow. No wonder the first signs of baldness begin from the skull spot. Pour some hot oil and start massaging like so now section out your hair, like so four fingers above the neck, lies this pressure point known as the Krakatika Marma in Ayurveda located at the end of cervical vertebra. This point is crucialif. You spend endless hours working on the laptop or computers or even studying tilt your head forward. As you pour the oil tilting, the head would make the blood rush to the scalp, nourishing hair follicles and making them grow being high up. This point at the scalp doesn't receive as much oxygen and nutrition carried by the blood streams as you tilt your head, like so a fresh leaves of blood flows through the scalp, massage with firm hands like so. The tiny depressions behind the ears are called as Vidur Marm in Ayurveda. This is a crucial spot for those suffering from tinnitus or other problems related to hearing capability pour some oil on the fingers and very gently begin massaging. No force should be applied at this sensitive point. This is very relaxing and helps in sound sleep and better hearing repeat on the other ear, as well. With the help of the thumb and fingers massage the hairline behind the ears, this area often gets neglected while oiling these points on the either sides of the forehead are known as Shankh Marm massaging. This pressure point would calm your brain down. It will also help in insomnia, anger management, depression, anxiety and headache, use the thumb and fingers to firmly press along the point now help your shoulders and neck relax with some massage massaging. The back is very delightful after a tiring day, especially if you have a desk job with regular pressure point massages, your hair would grow faster, not to mention that the problems, including depression, tiredness anxiety, insomnia, can also be cured. I have left all the details in the info box below and I will see you all very soon. Bye,

Shannon Welch: I got bipolar ptsd and borderline so feeling calm without popping a benzo seems impossible to me. Tried this and by the time I got to under the ears I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep. Like being massaged by a special someone and feeling so calm and loved. Thank you for sharing❤

Fun Size: I've only been doing this for a few days, so it hasn't been long enough for me to see any difference in my hair, but this is so relaxing. I do it just before I go to bed, and I've slept much more soundly since I did. Thank you for posting this :) Update: Baby hairs. Lots and lots and *lots* of baby hairs. I had severe hair loss (and weight loss, which I didn't need in the first place; I wound up a skeleton) thanks to stress-induced IBS -- it thinned enough that you could see my scalp through it, which really did not help my stress levels. I got my gut straightened out, I'm no longer scarily underweight, and no more visible scalp. It's so nice to run my hands through my roots and feel how much thicker they are. This has helped my hair and helped me relax and de-stress at the end of the day.
