Hi guys welcome back to my channel and if you're new here welcome, so this is gon na be my hair care routine. It is going to list out every single step. I do to make my hair healthy long, strong and all of that fun stuff. I did end up cutting a lot of hair like a few months ago, like quite a few inches, so this is my process of growing it longer. This is how much it has grown recently, which is quite a lot, so I'm gon na list out all the steps that I took to grow it this long and I'm gon na go in detail with all of that. So this might be a little bit long, but I really hope you enjoy it, and I cannot wait for you guys to have long hair with me some of the tips that you need to know that I really implemented my hair care routine, which have contributed a Lot to my hair growth is number one. Do not do not wash your hair every single day. I know I know it it. Just some people just really want to wash their hair every day because they want to feel clean, but trust me you'll be doing your hair a favor by not washing it every single day. Your hair needs to have some sort of natural oils that it has in order to grow and stay healthy. If you're gon na rip it away of those every single day, it's gon na get dry, it's gon na get brittle and it's not gon na grow. The second thing that I really love doing that I feel like really contributes to my hair growth, is oiling. My hair, now I know, oiling, is very very popular in South Asian cultures, which is why a lot of South Asian woman, apart from their genes, have really nice hair. I'M not gon na lie. It is in my jeans, alhamdulillah, I am blessed, but I have completely done absolutely everything possible in my life to ruin that, like I colored my hair over and over again for almost six seven years, I made it lighter like this is the darkest my hair has Been - and it is still pretty light - this is my natural hair color, which I'm trying to get by, because I just wanted to be healthy again and it is like getting really really healthy, like I feel, really good my hair right now, which is why I'm making This video, just really in a like in a time frame in my life, where I just want to grow my hair, and I want it to be healthier, which is why I'm doing this series right now, because I am going to be doing everything possible, which I Used to do to grow my hair and make it healthy, and I know it worked so I oil my hair once a week and I made this little mixture. This is the bowl that I'm using today, but usually I have like a spray bottle and I make like a mixture of oils in it, but right now I just really wanted to cater to like a few needs of my hair, so I'm gon na make it Like in a bowl, so this mixture basically has tea tree oil. Now this is something you would want to use if your scalp needs a detox, if you want to get rid of any sort of buildup that your hair is experiencing, for instance, dandruff or any sort of like flakiness, that your hair has, or even in general, if You feel like your hair just needs a detox. This is amazing. I swear by tea tree oil because I've used it my entire life for this purpose and for just anti-inflammatory purposes for my rosacea and it works wonders. So I put a little bit of this in in this bowl as well and then the second thing is olive oil and castor oil. So I made a mixture of it myself in this bottle, but olive oil is really really good for moisturizing your hair and again I've been using this for a very long time. Whenever my hair needed a little bit of moisture, it was perfect and then guys, castor oil. This is your best friend. If you want to grow your hair, castor oil is your best best friend. It is so good for hair growth for eyelash growth, for eyebrows anywhere. That you want to grow your hair, just put castor oil on it and then the last one that I contribute to tick tock for introducing me to this is Rosemary little rosemary oil is really good for cell turnover and for repairing functions, which means that any sort Of damage that your hair might have, this is a beautiful oil to fix that and, as a result, obviously, if your hair is going to be healing and healthy, it is going to grow. So it contributes a lot to hair growth. These are all the oils that I'm going to be putting in this little mixture and then I'm going to be applying it to the lens of my hair and also to the roots foreign, but, like I feel like salvation people can like in South Asian families. Oiling is such a bonding thing. Like I don't know in your family. Maybe it was but like it's just mother and daughter sisters, even like brother and sister. It'S like it's such a bonding thing because I remember in my family, like I would ask my mom to oil, my hair or she would just do it just to take care of my hair and then, like my sister, I don't have a sister but, like my Best friend she's, like my sister, I we used to do it to each other and like it's just like such a rewarding thing, because, like you're just helping each other to be better - and I don't know it just feels really nice, like it's a self-care thing, but Also caring for others just because you want their hair to be better. I look like a literal grease Ball, but that's okay, I'm just gon na put it in a hair. Bun like this like very casually. If you want, you can brush it out and braid your hair and go that extra step. Now I've had this hair oil in my hair for about 30 to 40 minutes, I'm just gon na go hop in the shower and then I'm gon na come back and show you all the stuff that I use inside the shower for my hair and also outside The shower so now that I'm out of the shower these are some things that I would typically use this being, not one. I don't like using these kind of towels. I would highly suggest like a microfiber towel. It is so good for your hair. These kind of towels lead to so much breakage, but I could not find one for the life of me right now, so I had to use this one, but I do not recommend this, so the shampoo I used is this: it's by Moroccan oil. It is a really good shampoo. I discovered this like a few months ago and I've been using it since it does come like different sizes, but I just got the bigger size because I don't want to run off it and quarter Ed it online, because I could not find it anywhere except online. I will have all all the links that I am recommending or using in the description below, so you guys can go see that, but this is the shampoo I have been using for a while. I actually really like it. It'S the moisture repair one and it really helps my dry hair but yeah. This is really good for moisturizing. My hair. I just put a little bit in my hand, and then I lather it up, and then I just put it through my hair and then along with that, the conditioner that I've been using okay. So I could use conditioners, but I just prefer using a deep conditioner. Every time I shower so this is the conditioner that I use, because I don't wash my hair every single day. It'S maybe like twice a week, so I feel like a deep conditioner is okay. If I'm really feeling the need to not use a deep conditioner, I just use whatever conditioner I could find, and I do switch up my shampoo and conditioner every few months because, depending on the kind of hair that I have throughout the summer and for now my Hair was really dry, so I needed something moisturizing and these two were working perfectly so yeah this these both of these I ordered them online and I'm going to link them down below really really good, not sent to me. I bought this with my own money, but I really like these something else that I like doing along with shampooing. My hair is using a scalp massager. I do this after I apply shampoo to my hair. I just go all over my hair and then I flip my hair upside down and then I go all below my hair. I mean like right here like where the scalp is. I just keep massaging it. I go backwards, I go downwards and then I just massage my hair after I put shampoo in it and then I wash it I do double cleanse. So that means I do shampoo twice. I especially when I'm oiling my hair one shampooing is not enough. Just to get the oil out of my hair, so I do double cleanse shampoo goes on the scalp and the conditioner goes on the lens of your hair. So the next step is after I get out of the shower. So after I get out of the shower. My hair looks like this and the two things that I really like using are these both. So the first one is Moroccan oil. Obviously I have been using this for almost seven to eight years now. There hasn't been a single time in my life that I did not use this after taking a shower. It'S the Moroccan oil treatment for all hair types they come with, like they have variations where this for thin hair. For, like I think for like medium hair, but this one that I use is for all hair types again. I will link it down below, so what I do with this is, I just take a pump like this, and I just rub it like in my hands and then I just go through the ends of my hair. This really helps with detangling and like moisturizing the ends of my hair, and it makes it super easy to brush through, and another thing I do not do is brush my hair when it's wet, so I just do this and then I apply a little bit at The ends of my front hair because I do have layers and I just go below like this - I do not put this on my scalp because I don't want an oily scalp. I already have enough of that. So I just put this at the ends of my hair and then I will leave it like that. So I do this every time I wash my hair, so I put this but the olaplex treatment. This is the olaplex number, seven bonding oil. I only do this. Maybe like once a time a week, I try to skip it as much as I want, because this is really really oily and all you need with this is like two drops, like literally two drops. I am not gon na put this on right now, because I did use it when the last time I showered but two drops are like more than enough with this treatment. It is really good. I really I really like it and I do recommend it because it makes my hair really soft and really manageable, which is a trouble with my hair, because I'll show you what it looks like once. It'S dry, it's poofy and it has a lot of volume, and this is really something that helps with that. This is basically all that I use after I shower my hair. I do not, I absolutely do not blow dry, my hair or anything like that. I let my hair air dry unless I have to be somewhere and it's like an absolute necessity. I would then go ahead and use a hair dryer, but I don't even think I own one at this point, so I just let it air dry and once it it is air dried. It is super poofy and voluminous. Then I just go ahead and style it. Another product that I really like is a wet brush with bristles on this type of brush are super soft compared to any other brush. They are really really soft, which means that it is easier to brush your hair with this than compared to a normal brush, wanted to come back here the next morning to show you guys how I look like the girl from Brave. So this is what my hair looks like the next day. It looks very nice and healthy I've curled it I've styled it. I'M gon na make a separate video on all of that, but this is what it looks like the next day, so that was my haircare routine. Thank you so much for watching and if you enjoyed even a little bit of it or learned anything from it, please subscribe to my channel that would really help support my channel and motivate me to make more content for you guys but yeah.
