Good morning beautiful Queens that you are!
A lot of you wonderful ladies think that a protective crochet braid style means that you don't need to do your HAIR! Lol...No ma'am, you should never leave your hair in any protective style for more then 6 weeks. Some ladies leave it in for four weeks because they want to maybe do a good shampoo and deep condition on their hair and or other hydration treatments, trim, etc...
We want to prevent unnecessary breakage and if you're not keeping your physical body hydrated you're going to need to moisturize that beautiful crown.
I can go on and on Queens, let's take care of ourselves.

Good morning, Queens, I am on my way to work and to pick up my coffee, but I wanted to let you guys know and give you a little word of inspiration regarding your own natural hair number. One. Only wear your protective installation for about um six to eight weeks, and then you can do that twice. Do it back to back after that, give your hair a break, Let Your Hair breathe. So that means that you need to take down your protective style, wear wig or wear your natural hair, or do something like I've done here, which is this high ponytail, and I can easily have this taken down wash and then put it right back up to maintain Um this style for about three weeks or so, but you guys you want to do something so that way, you don't lose your edges, you're, still taking care of your hair and giving your scalp time to breathe and giving your hair a break.
