Here'S how i keep my hair and skin healthy as a swimmer who's in the chlorine all the time i wash my hair with the tryhard swimmer, shampoo and conditioner. It really gets that chlorine out. Then i followed up with the after swim body, wash it has these exfoliating beads that get rid of dry skin and it removes that chlorine scent, which is awesome. Then i followed up with the swim and sun face wash feels so good smells so good. I'M out of the shower, i finish it up with the pre and post swim body lotion for some extra moisture and that's it. My hair and skin feel so good. Using these tryhard products. You should definitely try it.
