This is empty. This is how you know. I really used to use this stuff. Y'All, like hello, hello, empty, so be warned if you take these yogurts don't grow, but it's kind of girl everywhere, like your hair's gon na grow everywhere, need to find my pick just go pick up the fro a little bit before we get started so y'all can See all this volume honey? Yes, we have the volume. Today, it's not a wig cuz. Some people be trying to come for me on my Instagram honey girl. If you don't know what not your hair look like, you need to click off for this video. Now we can get started. What is up all of my kings and queens welcome back to my channel, if this is your first time to my channel, please hit that subscribe button. Don'T forget to like this video give it a thumbs up because coming October 1st, I will be posting a video every day of the month, I'm trying to decide if I wan na call it Oktoberfest or Blanco inna, whatever I'm gon na call it, but I'm gon Na be posting a video every day of the month of October, so stay tuned, lots of hair tips, lots of Afro, I'm even gon na blow my hair out flat on it like it's gon na, be nothing but hair blocks. You know just kidding, and you know the holiday spirit so without further ado, let's get into the video okay. So if you clicked on this video, then you want to know how I grew my hair out or what products I use. If you haven't already watched my how-to girl lawn care video, I will link it down below this subscription in the description box, but don't forget to go watch your video first, because I give all the tips of what I did to grow. My hair out this video is to inform you on what I use. So, let's be clear. There'S gon na be two parts to this video, so the first part is going to be products that I used when I first started my natural hair journey. So I was natural, but I'm still growing. My hair are always getting so ins and things like that, but these are still the products I use at that time when I was wearing weaves, wigs and stuff like that, but I'm still natural. The second half of the video is going to be products that I use currently today and the methods that I use now that I'm actually wearing my hair out, because it makes a big difference on if you, if you natural regardless. But you wear your hair and braids and stuff like that, because you wear wigs and weaves and sew ins versus your natural and you're actually wearing your hair out in afros and styles, and things like that. So big difference, I'm going to tell y'all the different products that are you so, let's get into the first batch of products. I have them right here. So the first thing I want to start out with is vitamins. Now I don't know I'll try to do a close-up of every product there you go so. The first thing I did was vitamins. Now this is biotin a 5000 MCG it's by Spring Valley. It'S vitamin it's for skin, hair and nails support and it's a dietary supplement and it's 120 softgel pills in this box. For this specific brand. This is the exact brand I use um. I don't take these anymore because they do make your hair grow, but I'm already a hairy person like my father is Wolverine, so I'm like his little baby beast like I'm hairy everywhere, so be warned if you take these yogurts on bro, but it's kind of girl Everywhere, like your hair's gon na go everywhere, it's not overwhelming, like I said, I'm already hairy, so I didn't need the extra support, but I did take these for about I'm gon na, say I'm gon na say I took these for about 4 years when I first Shot in my natural hair journey, I'm seven years natural, so I could see took these for about four years um I actually might start taking them back because, like I said they do work so yeah. This is just what I used to take when I first started so biotin the next we're going to move into things that I actually did to my hair, so the products. So the first thing is, I don't have all of these products because, like I said, I don't really use this stuff anymore, but my mother and my sister still uses some of the old products that are you, so that's why I have access to them out cuz. I was about to go and buy no products that I don't use. No, no! I wasn't I'm sorry yeah. I just that. I I want about to do it anyway, so this is a tiny sample bottle, but this is the shape, moisture, curl and shine shampoo. So, like I said, if you watch my how to girls on care video, you will know that I don't use this one, because I don't ever really use shampoo on my hair. I use either co-wash or conditioned or hydration treatments on my hair because I have low porosity hair we'll get into those details later but yeah. So this is what I used to use. Also it's another shampoo by Shea Moisture. It'S called, I want to say it's something with like if you have dry hair or something like that, to help with moisture like moisture retention, I don't know it's something moister, if you don't to shampoo you like Shea Moisture. This is what I used to use. I use this for about honestly I'll just stop using shea moisture products this year, so I'm gon na say about eight months ago. I just stopped using you know a lot of their products, because these was one of the first and not your hair brands. So you know a lot of people just flock to them because they their products used to be the best out and they were like one of the only black natural breasts that you could turn to. But anyway, that's neither here nor there so and before they started. Changing some of their formulas anyways. So now we're going to get into Oh here's, the co-wash, so this is, if you, if you're like me - and you don't want to use shampoos on your hair here - is a co-wash that you can use - is called co-wash conditioning cleanser with silk protein and neem oil. It'S about shea moisture, um yeah. So if you, if you don't my new shampoo, you read use a car wash. I did used to use this too. Okay, now don't have the conditioner that I used to use buy them. I don't really remember it so just used whatever conditioner you feel. I'M specifically relates to your hair needs. Now this is empty this. How you know I really used to use this like hello, hello, empty. So this is the I steal. I still come to use this product. Obviously I might need to get some more, but this is the deep treatment mask. So what I do is, after I wash my hair. It helps with its raw shea butter, deep treatment mask with sea kelp and argan oil. It'S for dry, damaged, hair, it heals girls and strengthens your hair. So what I used to sport once I've washed my hair conditioning, I use it as one of the products that I'm applying to my hair. Now you don't want to be too generous with this product because it's not a styling product. It'S for moisture, it's for strengthening your hair. So while you apply it, it's it's one of well. It used to be when I use it. It'S one of the first things that I apply. My hair comment down below. If you want me to do an updated Washington, girl, routine or a watch routine, because those products that are using my last question, go, I don't even use those products anymore, so we went along okay y'all. So if you've been watching me, you've been rocking me. This whole time, thank you but, like I said in the beginning of the video there's a difference to me in products that you use when you're wearing protective styles versus when you're wearing your hair out and the reason behind me saying that. It'S because, like I said my hair, I don't want to my hair - is a good length like so this is like this is like fourth fifth day hair, so it has a little bit of shrinkage, but I like for my hair to be voluminous. So I like a lot of volume now this stuff right here, it's called, hold, hold and shine, moisture mist it's by Shea Moisture. I would spray this on my hair when I first watched it and this stuff right here, it's called thickening, moisture mist. I would sometimes alternate and spraying this stuff on my hair like right now, if my, if I feel like my hair should dry, I would spray this on my hair versus um. You know something else, but I stopped doing that because I was realizing that it was giving me a lot of shrinkage like it was giving me like the tiny, tiny like tight ephram's, nothing wrong with that. But for me I know that I have a lot of hair and I know that my hair can obtain more volume. So that's what I want. That'S what I want to reach, so I stopped doing that, but it does give you a little shine. It does make your hair more than moisturize, so it doesn't feel, as you know, dry, if you're trying to stretch out that wash and go until your next wash period. So this will freshen up your afro, your curls a little bit but be warned if you use this stuff it'll give you moisture, but if you're, okay with a little shrinkage, then that's okay, but cuz. That'S the fact that these products will give you, but this I wouldn't, if sorry, look the spray top missing girl for this product, I wouldn't advise spraying it on your hair when dry. I feel like this gives you the best effect when you're applying your products. After you just freshly washed your hair so like this crannies together, good combo, okay, so that's all that I have as far as products that I used to use, I'm trying to think mainly. I honestly used almost all Shea Moisture products, but that's why it's so difficult for me to answer this question now when people ask me what products do you use, what products can you recommend to grow your hair, because child, like I use the specific battery products when I first went natural versus products that I use currently and I feel like both batches to work. It just depends on what type of look you're going for where they go and protective styles, if you don't mind a little shrinkage or you know what you what you have going on in your life at the time like and now, I use different brands for different Things like different results, so that's why I honestly, like I used to type by prayer guys on Instagram. I can't do that anymore because it's hundreds of people who ask me - and it's just like it's so much that I want to tell y'all. So that's why I made this video again. This is the second part, two part video. So this was, we just finished the best that I used to use when I was transitioning / when I first went natural now we're about to get into the current batch products that I currently have on my hair right now and let's get into the second batch Slight intermission, if you don't follow me on instagram, you need to go. Follow me because honey. You are missing out on post, like this post like this and post like this. If you want to see slay it under regular, go. Follow me on Instagram right now. Actually, wait till you finish watching this video because you don't want to see the second batch of products, because this is what I use to now stuff to get this look these results. So after you finish watching this, video maybe see some of the videos that you might like then go. Follow me on Instagram, okay, okay, I'm talking a lot like. I can talk a lot because my friends, okay anyway, back to the video part 2 anyways. Okay. So, let's start off with what I wash my hair week, let me just say that the panting go collection, like literally every product in a pants and go collection is amazing. So this is their moisture boost conditioner and this is their hydrate hydrating buttercream. So I use their shampoo. Let me say this: I do use Pantene gold shampoo, because they're sharp, who literally feels like conditioner when shampoos lather up a lot, is stripping your hair of its natural moisture natural. Like I was saying, the camera cut off boo is hot. In here pen, things go collection, shampoo works like um conditioner, so shampoos strip your hair of its natural moisture. It'S but pent ingo collection. Shampoo does not do that. It literally like rejuvenates your hair and brings it to life. So that's what I feel like um yeah. If you're going to use a shampoo alixus personally recommends pentane go collection. Shampoo, I put my stuff on it, because it's amazing, this whole collection is amazing. I don't have the whole collection in here with me, but I brought these two products, because this is what I use the most the conditioner and the buttercream. The buttercream is what I apply when I first after I first washed my hair so like I was saying I put that mask on and other stuff. This is one of the products that I use. I don't use it as a styling product. I use it as a like more of a Moisture rising product, but it is one of the first things I put on my hair after I wash it moving along when I'm not. I say I use this, maybe twice a month. So this is the renewing argan oil of Morocco, intense moisturizing treatment. This is my number one thing I'm always raving about it. I'M always talking about it because this stuff right here like yeah, I can see you girl. Really. This stuff is amazing. When I say, if you have the kinkiest hair Under the Sun, this will automatically detangle your hair, for you, like you, can literally finger comb a lightly brushing your hair. When you put a good amount of this in because it instantly, I don't know what scientifically way to be doing the go. If I have to pick any product, it'd be out of this or printing gold collection stuff, so yeah anyways. So now that we've gotten the stuff that I wash my hair with so panting go chelation shampoo, any of their conditioners this stuff and less than not least because it's a hydration, intense hydration, moisturizing treatment, don't use this every week. I used to do that, but that's not actually goofier too much too much protein and too much of anything can be bad for you. So I say use this once or twice two times a month same thing goes for the as I am hydration elevation, yeah elation, hydration elation, so use this one to two times a month so breeze. If you feel like your hair super super dry - and it's super super tight gon na stuff, like that, this stuff - oh god, this stuff will literally detangle it and bring your hair back to life, rejuvenates your curls to give a moisture moving along. Now we have curls curls blue okay, curls blueberry, blitz, leave-in conditioner. This is leave-in conditioner, it has blueberry a strike and a chamomile extract and coconut oil death stuff is super good for your hair. Your nails, your skin, but this is also one of the products I use it's like I kind of what I do is I squeeze a little bit of the buttercream. I squeeze a little bit of the leave-in conditioner and I mix it all together and that's the first thing that i'm rubbing through my hair. That'S the first thing and then once i feel like. I have a good, a generous amount of that. Well, not too generous. But a decent amount of that I take my styling products, so my stomache products are the blueberry blitz, control, jelly and dehydrating butter cream. This might rely on the product but whatever. So I take a little bit of this now with a gels like jellies. I, like I said I like volume. I, like my hair to stand up so really depends on D, one definition or D, one volume now there's one brand that gives you both, but it hasn't come out yet so I can't say it, but when that brain comes out, I did a shoot for them. When they come out, I'm gon na do a video for them, because literally their products are amazing anyways. So if you want definition, more use a lot of curl gel to use a lot of products. If you want volume or use enough product to give you some type of Dishman definition bring your curls to the forefront, but you still want to be able to dry your hair, let it air dry and after a day it should be standing up. If you want volume and if your hair can do that, but a lot of times people say use more drilling, use this and you'll get more definition, a girl. I know that, like I know that, but I choose volume over definition, my hair is still healthy. My hair you're still moisturized, that's just my personal preference, so it depends on what your personal personal preferences and that would dictate how much product do you use? Okay, so now that we've got all of that out the way karekare. This is just you know, something a little something that I put in at the very end after everything, just a little bit. Oh knock, some stuff over already use that okay, now, oh, I almost forgot. So, as you can see this is like. Can you see that it's like almost empty, because I used to sell out this - is hair infinity, advanced haircare, nourishing botanical oil? So I use this um for two ways. If I blow-dry my hair, my hair is dry I'll, take it and I'll pinch a little bit. It'S almost got like a medicine thing. If my hair's dry and blow drying out or something or five apply generous heat I'll, take it in my hand, rub it and I'll apply it on my ends like that, I applied on my ends, but if I'm just doing a regular washing go in my hair's, Just like wet um after I get off the shower I'll, take it and I'll do drops on my scalp and I'll massage it in and then I'll still take a little bit and rub it on my ends, but not as much as I would do. If my hair was already dry, but this unstuff is amazing, it really it moisturizes. My hair, I feel like it works it's good for me, so put your hair infinity and then the next thing is um. The Africa's best textures anti-breakage fat 5. It has flexi, coconut, castor and some other stuff, it's natural growth oil, so I would say, because of the way the spray bottle is set up, the spray hold it doesn't like. You see how tiny that is. It doesn't spray like it's very slick like a straight line, so I would say, sprayed it in your hand and then rub it on your hair cuz. That'S what I just did before I made this video. I sprayed your lid on my hand. You know I just rubbed it on my afro a little bit and rubbed it on my hands to give it a little moisture. So that's pretty much all the oils, all the products that are currently used, my hair, so just to backtrack curls for styling and leaving conditioner pen tango collection for pretty much everything, hydration treatments, moisture when washing your hair, argan oil, as I am African best hair infinity For oils moisturizing when once hair is dry or if hair sweat, so I thank you guys again for watching this video comment down below make sure to give this video a thumbs up and be sure to hit that subscribe button. Josh: Thank you for saying "kings and queens" in your intro. A lot of naturals use greetings that don't acknowledge and address their male viewers. They start off with words and salutations that make it seem as though only a woman/girl could be watching. This video was a refreshing change. I know it seems small and insignificant, but it makes a difference, even a small one. Your afro is poppin btw✨✨✨✨✨✨

J Sand: You make me even prouder to be a black woman.

Lashana Young: Just started going natural. Thanks for all the help ‍♀️

gokaren: Growing up in the 70s, our afros looked like yours ....we didnt call em afros tho....we called em NATURALS....we platted our hair at night before bed for the shrinkage, and the next day hair would be stretched and sprayed with Afro Sheen.....and then later came the Blow Out Kit... you bought back so many good memories for me with your Natural!!

Bernice Pezuzu: Totally my hair goals

Melissa: You’re so lucky ☹︎ I’ve been struggling just to grow my hair for a long time my hair is so short and thin and I cry about it half of the time because it never grows and seeing people with so much just hurts me a lot And one of my friends made fun of me calling me bald it hurt me bec she doesn't know I'm struggling

Amy W: BEWARE WITH BIOTIN! It’s important to balance it with b5 because otherwise it can cause cystic acne. I used to take biotin and it caused the worst acne. Huge, under the skin acne. I was horrified! It does grow the hair, but it wasn’t worth it for me... I would definitely suggest balancing it out with b5 vitamins OR getting a biotin supplement with a very small dosage.

Camelia Kay: Your hair is a goalllll. I started taking Biotin and it’s working for me. Also my hair grows fast. Thanks for the products.
