Thank you for your support! Love, Liah x

Good morning, everyone Liah here. Today We're talking all about hair care, So if you do have really frizzy dry dehydrated and just really damaged hair., I hope this video helps you out.. There are some amazing tips that I can't wait to share., But before we jump into the hair damaging habits, I think it's more important to know what our hair is actually made. Out of, so let's jump right into the hair structure.. So here is a pretty complex structure with several different layers., But there are mainly two parts when it comes to hair, which is hair roots and the hair shafts that you're touching that you're feeling today we're mainly discussing about the hair shaft, the health of the hair Shaft. And when it comes to the hair shaft., There are three different components or three different layers. There is medulla, there is cortex and the cuticles that's wrapped around the cortex, So the cuticle layer is very very important because it does decide the glossiness, the smoothness and the shininess.. The structure of the cuticle layer is very, very similar to the shingles on the roof.. Once all the cells are nicely packed, they give that smooth and shiny glossy hair look., But once there are missing parts in the roof and once the cuticle layers are lifted by chemical damage or heat damage, then the hair appears to be frizzy a lot drier And Of course, damaged. Hair is ninety percent protein.. It'S basically made of amino acids linked with peptide bonds very very tightly, and this could be easily damaged with everything that we do okay.. So now that we know the structure of the hair and what it's actually made out of, We can move on to the hair, damaging habits that you might be making on a daily basis. Let'S start off by talking about the most obvious one, which is chemical damage. Coloring, your hair and dyeing your hair Bleaching, your hair is another extreme level of damage and then doing a perm definitely does kill your hair. So they do this by opening up the hair bonds and cuticles and depositing the hair color, depositing the chemical treatment Inside the hair. So the hair stays that way, because you are really taking off the shingles of their roof. There'S not a lot of chuckles left to make your hair appear shiny, So you do end up with frizzier dry dehydrated hair because you compromised the environment that protects the hydration. I learned this the hard way I have done many many bleaching, many many hair coloring before, but once I stopped everything my hair got back to a really healthy and happy state. The second hair, damaging habit might come to a surprise to a lot of You guys, and that is water damage.. And yes, that is a thing. It'S something that I've been researching a lot for this video, and I found this to be really really important. To be more mindful of when it comes to water damage, There are mainly two Different factors that come into this, which is first quality of water. Second, the length of exposure to the water, Starting from the quality of water.. I'M talking about hard water versus soft water. You might have heard of this if you do live in an area where it has Hard waters. If you have wash your dishes and it's left with soap, scum or the spotty dishes, you're - probably living in an area where it has hard water - and this can actually really be detrimental to your hair health and the skin health in general. So the hard water has a naturally higher pH, meaning that it is stripping away your skin. It is affecting the hair health as well, but, most importantly, the mineral buildup in the hard water makes it really difficult for shampoos to sufficiently lather up and wash away. So your hair may feel really filmy and dry and frizzy. After the wash same with your skin. You may also notice that your hair color doesn't retain as Effectively. On the other hand, soft water can make your hair feel a little bit greasy err more weighed down, Especially if you do have really fine hair like I do. If you do live in an area where it has hard water, It's not the end of the day.. There are mainly two tips that I can highly recommend: Number one is doing a vinegar rinse or an acid rinse. This is more popularized by European countries because of the nature of their water. There are a lot of hair vinegars out there that you can easily buy off the shelf, but if you want to create your own Vinegar rinse, what you can do is to dilute apple cider Into water, make sure it's not too acidic. That would damage your hair. Restoring your hair, Naturals pH is very, very crucial because it'll balance it back to making your hair Cuticles packed tighter, making it smoother shinier and a lot healthier tip Number two is to install a water softener on the tab. I know this is a little bit more of an investment.. You don't need it If you don't have a crucial like hair condition or a skin condition, But if you do have someone in your household or your family, that does suffer from eczema. Water softener might be a really great option And I know there's a haircare video, but I have to mention it. The second point in the water damage category is long exposure to the water. So long shower hot shower. Definitely not a good thing for your hair.. There is such thing as high girl fatigue: It's basically a condition referring to your hair, swelling up So opening up the hair bonds and the cuticles. So it's more vulnerable., It's more weaker., It's more prone to Damage in that state. So it is definitely true that, once your hair is wet., It disrupts some of the bonds of your hair. However, this would also depend on how damaged or how stress your hair already is, So what hair by itself wouldn't be much of a problem by itself. However, The damage happens when it goes over that limit once you do, have wet hair and once you do cause physical damage or a heap damage by Combing, your hair on wet hair or doing a hair styling on what hair? That'S when the damaged easily Happens. The third hair, damaging habit, is definitely product damage. The most detrimental thing to your hair is jumping it too often shampooing tip Number one is to extend between washes as long and as much as possible. I have gone from washing my hair every single day to every second day and now I'm trying to go to every Third day and it does take time. But the interesting thing is that your body and your hair can adjust that's where the biology and the physiology of your body shines Whatever environmental condition that you're at your body's job is to adjust to that. Your hair is pumping out oil to naturally lubricate, Naturally moisturize. The scallop, so it stays protected From the environment if you strip away everything by shampooing too often, it naturally thus produce more oil to naturally compensate that goes into my shampooing to number two, when you are shampooing only focus on the scalp area or more of an Area where you need to actually Wash away the buildups wash away the crease and wash away the hair products that you have piled on, don't necessarily go down to the end of the hair that will naturally dry out the hair and Shampooing tip. Number three is to choose a gently hydrating and moisturizing shampoo as possible. In case you are someone who needs a lot of hair products, hair, waxes, hair styling products. You might want to keep another clarifying purifying. A more combing shampoo, tip number four is to use less hair styling products as possible, and I'm not here to say that those hair waxes here powders, hair sprays are Fundamentally damaging the hair they're not, but what they can do, because the hair powders and the hair Sprays use a lot of starchy Ingredients. They can naturally build up very very easily, especially when it meets water. They can just come up in your hair., So a good way to prevent this or to make it easier for you to shampoo Try to brush it out before you jump into the showers And if you do feel like there is a massive buildup. It is okay for you to go for foaming a really purifying clarifying shampoo, Occasionally, hair damaging. Have a number four. Is physical damage? Tugging your hair, stretching your hair, Especially when your hair is wet.. I told you that your hair is more vulnerable., It's more open.. So therefore, it's weaker, So when you are towel drying, your hair gently press out the water, So it stays more drier, but never caused any physical, unnecessary. Friction. I'M really great tip that I can give you guys is to switch your towel to an old t-shirt that you don't wear anymore. Any soft t-shirt will do drying your hair with a t-shirt, cause less physical friction and it's way softer and way gentler To your hair hair, damaging how they number five is heat damage. Remember that here is mostly protein. What breaks down protein is heat. This is something that I'm guilty of, because I am addicted to hair styling and heat styling, Especially if you do already have damage and stress they're. Putting heat is more like putting a fire on a match. Tip Number one is to lessen Amount of the time and exposure to heat, meaning no long hot showers. If you are styling your hair with a hair, straightener, hair curling iron, Definitely make it sweet and short. My tip. Number two is to invest in tools that you know it's gon na cause less damage, hair, dryers, hair, styling products. Those are something that's going to damage, nonetheless, but choosing something that you know it's gon na cause less damage might be better for your hair health in a long term, and that's how I Justified my purchase for a Dyson supersonic air diet. I was contemplating on that purchase for about a year, But when I tried my friend's Dyson supersonic hair dryer, I was blown away by how fast it dries my hair. Secondly, how Smooth my hair was after drying, my hair performance-wise? It was just outstandingly better than any other hair dryers out there. If anything, I feel like it's something that I should have invested in way sooner last, but not least.. We have UV damage. Yes, that's correct UV damage to the hair is actually a thing. Of course. It can damage the skin of your hair., But it also does damage the chef, the cuticles of the hair, so the amino acids. The proteins of the hair, is very, very Photosensitive. It can degrade when it is exposed to UVA and UVB, And it can also further produce free radicals, signs of sun damage. Hair includes Discoloration, dry and brittle strands broken or split and thinning, and just frizziness in general. My tip would be to avoid the direct sun exposure as much as possible And wear hats or wear a sunbrella or an umbrella. If you can, I hope you guys found this video, informative And helpful in some way.. I would love to give a special shout-out to dr Deborah Lynn, helping me research for this video and sharing her amazing amazing knowledge. She'S. The mastermind who created and formulated all of the haircare products were better and not younger., So go check them out, But she's. A really really good friend of mine, If you guys do have your own hair tips and tricks' definitely leave them down below to share it. With the rest of the pump Of them here., Thank you guys again for allowing me to be in your life and take care. Bye. You

Hannah S: If anyone see's this, another big physical cause of hair damage is leaving your hair down/untied in the car with the windows rolled down. The snapping your hair does in the wind is also a big cause of friction and breakage because the force is so violent. So try to tie your hair back or wear a cap if you're worried about matting or breaking your fragile hair! (this applies to windy days. boating, biking, etc) have a good day

Jasmine Healey: Thank you so much, this video is incredibly helpful! I've heard/known about most of the methods you talk about for years, but I never really followed them. Along w/ several other things, I just didn't see how using a tshirt as opposed to a towel to dry hair would make that much of a difference. But your explanations are so thorough & the visual examples you showed (like with the pasta & yarn) were exactly what I needed to see to finally open my eyes to just how much damage I'm causing to hair that can simply be avoided. Because of your video, I will now implement all of these methods because I finally understand the importance of doing so. I think you just saved my hair! Thank you again so much

mickey wilk: I remember as a kid I’d love to keep my hair outside in the sun as much as possible because I wanted naturally lighter hair. Finally, when I was 17, a hairdresser pointed out my hair was severely damaged by the sun. I was shocked because no one ever told me that was possible so since then I’ve been wearing hair sunscreen during the summer which has completely transformed my hair!

Stephanie Sunga: "Long shower, definitely not good for your hair" Me: TF? I BATH FOR ALMOST 1 HOUR LITERALLY BECAUSE OF MY HAIR!

Brielle Joy Smids: I really appreciate all this research you've put into this video! I didn't know I have been doing so many things wrong ! You are a lifesaver! After just this one video , I have subscribed !! Thank you so much ,Liah ! <3

Elif Okcu: Combing dry on curly hair is more damaging than wet hair.

scaredcat _: thank you for this very educational video!! <3 I'm gonna add something as advice that has helped me a lot. (Note for reference: My hair is wavy (2a-2b, very thick and I'm middle european) a) Get a soft pillow! Silk works best but it's rather expensive and I personally dislike the feeling of this kind of fabric - but satin or maco satin microfibre does a good job as well! The hair will be less tangled and generally smoother after sleeping ~ b) Try to not brush the hair when it's wet! It's very vulnerable when it's wet so brushing it can cause split ends. If you have to detangle, use your fingers, a very wide tooth comb or a Wetbrush ~ c) Always air dry your hair if you can!! If you struggle with dryness/frizz after washing, try a leave-in-conditioner and use (a tiny bit of) hair oil to smoothen any fly-aways ~ d) It sounds gross but try to wash your hair only once or twice a week!! It's kind of a long process to "train" the hair to produce less oil but dry shampoo/baby powder and updo hairstyles will help you a lot ~ e) Last but not least, try to live healthy! A handful of nuts and seeds (very healthy fats) and enough lean protein and water in your everyday diet as well as general health-conscious behavior will make your hair healthier too~ Hope this can be useful to someone!

Umi: Thank you for those simple yet important tips. There is something I want to add; as far as I know, it's not only the "hot" stuff that damages your hair. In order to preserve the healthiness of your hair, you're supposed to keep it at its natural temperature as much as possible. So, extremely cold or hot showers, and both cold and hot blow-drying can damage your hair. It is best to use lukewarm water while washing, and maybe switching between hot and cold during blow-drying can be better.

christieyvette.: Another tip is using a silk/satin pillow case or bonnet to prevent friction from tossing and turning in our sleep

Lofty Radish: For drying hair, I really recommend a hair towel/turban. You just chuck your hair into an absorbent, microfiber turban and then get on with the rest of you life while your hair dries. It is also handy because it keeps your hair out of the way when you are doing skincare, and means you can wonder around the house and do other things without having water dribble down your back. I love it because I am super lazy, but for people who do want to use a hairdryer, it will shorten the amount of time you have to put heat on your hair.

C: Also a great tip based from my experience: If you drink enough water everyday and you keep your body hydrated it reflects onto your skin and hair health. I proved this to work because I used to have frizzy hair all my teenage life but it all got better when I started water therapy.

Maria Venchxo: My hair hasn't seen the sun in 5 years (I wear the hijab)

Shilowfa: She’s so full of knowledge , I trust her opinions so much!

Khyathi alluru: I would really love to appreciate how much effort she put into this video.

hania usmani: heyyy i recently found out about you after diving into the skin care routine and just really love how informative your videos are. if its possible can you do a skin care routine for extremely dry, sensitive and acne-prone skin. they're are sooo many options available i am having difficulty choosing it as a first timer and i can't try them all to see which works for me since i have really sensitive skin and only have 2 steps in my skincare which is a moisturizing and a physical sunscreen.

Vtb: I love this channel❤️❤️ You can get so much information on acne, hair and generally your body

Analisa Acosta: There is so much effort and so much research put into this video. I appreciate all the visual aids and just this video in general thank you so much!!!

AppelpieKiss: I have a great tipp for using less heat on the hair when your hair is naturally way: after washing your hair, let it either air dry or use your blow dryer on a low heat setting to about 90% dry and after that french braid your hair. I only take about 3 sections. The first section is almost the entire top of my head (i take all of the hair above my ears) and then just one or two more sections. The trick is to make the braid thight but the sections VERY big. That way, the hair on the top of my head is mostly straight and I have a light and elegant wave going on on my head :)

D K: Also once in a week, oiling our hair is necessary. When I used to live in a hostel, I had to wash my hair with hard water because there was no option but now that I started living at home, soft water is like the most important thing. And when I started to like keep oil on my hair for 3-4 days a week, it grew longer and thicker! And I'm already blessed to have silky straight and smooth hair. And honestly I never experimented with my hair apart from cutting them so yeah, I already follow all the things she said. ☺

Sonny Featherland: Well I've done everything you said for a long time and my hair is still dry. Especially on the next day after waking up it feels even more dry. I cured my hair with rice water and apple cider vinegar and it seemed to help for some weeks. But after a while I got that feeling that the effect become less and less visible and my hair became dry again. Mostly the hair condition is also determined by how your lifestyle is. Like what you eat and so on. I guess you should talk about that, too. This is really important tho. Also the lack of vitamines, hormones, stress etc. can actually have a huuuuuuge impact on your hair/skin/body condition. Beauty is not just on the outside but on the inside as well!

Maram .o: I genuinely appreciate her work and research, very informative and helpful video ♥️

Jeno's Trash: my hair problem is frizzy and dry since i reach my teenage years, sometimes my hair look like a lion itself more than simba could achive smh. and I've been doing Liah suggestion for approximately a week, i washed my hair with long interlude (3-4 days) which i usually wash every 2 days, dried them out with old t-shirt, and washing ONLY the roots. In two times i washed my hair this week, i could already see the difference. My hair became softer and less frizzy. eventho at first it was really uncomfortable bc it was a habit to wash every two days and has to wait more than that makes me think my hair is so dirty, but the results are worthed. Seriously Liah, you're like the smart sister i never had.. and just like the other information on your channel im so glad that i followed this one too. Thank uuu

Shirley Jung: Hi Liah! Your hair looks gorgeous in this video. Can you please share what hair products you use to make it so smooth and glossy? What do you know about keratin treatments? And what hair curling iron do you recommend for less heat damage? Thanks!

Monica Rosebloom: I really admire your extensive research and the background and chemistry of things, and applying it to caring for your hair properly and sharing it with us!! Thank you so much!

Mew: This is so helpfull! The washing your hair schedule she has is as same as mine for years thanks to my mother who told me washing your hair to often is bad also using hair dryer is bad but you have to when it's cold. Thanks to her advice I have such good silky hair that everyone thought was fake. Also taking long showers is bad anyway since your wasting so much water.

Lilas Laura: 1) dyeing, perm, color, bleach 2) water damage: quality and length of exposure. Use water softener (it’s an investment so may choose to use it or not) and do a ACV rinse. 3) products, don’t wash often. Focus on your scalp when you use a shampoo. Use a gentle hydrating and moisturizing shampoo. Use less hair styling products 4) Physical friction, use an old t-shirt 5) Heat damage. No long hot shower, invest in tools which won’t damage your hair. 6)UV damage. Wear hat, umbrella

Jane Doe: While many youtubers claim that washing your hair too often is damaging, it seems that if your scalp is prone to sweating a lot (mine does), washing every day is a GOOD thing, not a bad thing. I've noticed my hair grows like crazy when washing it every day with gentle shampoo plus clarifying shampoo use every few days followed by hair mask (every day). Might not be good for the strands itself, but it is definitely better for the skin, scalp, and that is where your hair comes from LOL. To reduce the damage possibly made from washing every day, I tend to oil my hair with mix of castor oil, coconut oil, shea butter and peppermint oil once a week, letting it sit for at least a day and a half approximately (without the cap ofc). Everyone is different and not all rules apply to all people, if your hair is more on the thin, fine side I would suggest doing this.

Favour Okore: I like the fact that she always explain the science to every topic she talks about so easily

Kathrine Wollan: I went from washing my hair every other/every third day to washing it once a week. Took it slow and after 6 months my hair doesn't produce nearly as much oil. (also I didn't ever really use any products in there so there's nothing I'm putting in that needs to be rinsed out) I went from having overly greasy hair on day 2, to having slightly greasy hair on day 4-5. It takes time and patience and you need to be a little comfortable with having some greasy periods but I got here eventually. I have my sunday shower day and good looking hair for most of my week. I mostly keep it down for the first few days while it looks its best, and do some updoes or half up half down styles during the last few days when my roots start looking a bit oily

Christina Drogo: I am dyeing my hair I know the damage I am exposing my hair to BUT I am always doing hair masks leaving them 2 hours on my hair and it really helps! If you want to dye your hair do it just be ready to SUPER protect them . Thank you for this video btw it’s great

Jenna Walkling: This is the best hair care video I have ever seen. It’s kind of long but worth every minute. My best tip, clean your brushes and combs!! Take the time to use tweezers or a metal pick tool, to get out any dust, lint, or spaghetti wrapped hair around brushes and combs to make them cause less friction. About every 3-6 months. It is well worth the hour it will take, I promise!!

z z: I love Liah soo much. She is so informative in her videos and does not waste time with useless intros! I love her videos, she’s one of my favourite youtubers Keep going !!❤️

sueda •: Is tying in braids when your hair's wet okay? Thanks for the video btw Liah, it was really informative~

MyGot Engriisshh: Tip: Don't just focus on the outside. Focus on the inside as well! What I mean by that is try to drink supplements as well and check your diet. For me, collagen basically helps both my hair and skin a lot. My hair seems to gets more tamed and softer. Biotin helps a lot also and other vitamins. I'm not a professional towards vitamins or supplements. These are just tips that worked for me . Btw the collagen that I use is the Neocell collagen+biotin. I specifically don't know where to buy it since I buy it in a local online store so just search it in google or safari.

Morgan M: I wash my hair once a week and it has made the biggest difference! Like she said, start with every other day then slowly, slowly extend it! Dry shampoo and braids are my best friends

Risa Toyama: Thanks for the wonderful video! Do you have any recommendations for hairdryers that are a bit cheaper? Or would using the 'cold' setting on any hairdryer be good enough?

M: 1. Chemical Damage: Bleaching / Colouring / Dyeing 2. Water Damage: Hard Water / Hot Water 3. Product Damage: Shampooing Too Often 4. Heat Damage: Curling / Blow Drying / Long Hot Showers 5. UV Damage: Sun Exposure / No Protection

Keisha Pulido: I live in a very humid place, it’s harder to not wash my hair everyday. Sweat and an oily scalp don’t do well together.

Sharen Bajawi: One of the best, most informative and helpful advice on hair care. Keep it coming. Thank you

Mary Ellen Thompson: I’ve always heard that the final rinse, when you wash your hair, should cool water, which will cause the cuticle to lay flat, resulting in shiny, stronger hair.

Authy Bonita: I think it's also important to note that the frequency of shampooing one's hair may be different on your place's climate. When I was in China shampooing every other day worked fine for me because the weather was cool. But when I went back to the Philippines and tried it, I actually had some type of fungal infection on my hair roots because the weather here is almost always very hot.

aninda kartika: I tried some of her tips for couple days and YES! IT IS WORKED!! My hair not as frizzy as before and i liiiiike it. Thank youuu~ ❤❤❤❤

Maddie1435: Really trying to wash my hair less but my scalp gets so oily :(

Christina: I do agree with almost everything she said except the showing of the pantene shampoo - which is really one of the worst shampoos to use.

Dinar Yuliati: This is what I really need for now, thanks Liah!!!

Rashmi Meshram: I'd have probably topped my school if I had a teacher who explains like her I mean she's so good

Gayatri Mehta: This is so comprehensive. Thank you. Most people just end it at “stop using hair colours and heat styling” - when I never did any of those ...ever?

Alexander R: Wow thank you so much I love how you used the scientific evidence to prove why we should do this I have watched many hair videos but have not trusted them for this reason; I will definitely do what you recommend in this video

Alina Bishop: When she taught me more about something in this video than an entire 15 years in school has taught me anything

DusktillDawn: I have been washing my hair everyday with a shampoo since i was a kid. My hair fall has suddenly gone beyond control now. Thanks for all the advice!

Svenshii: The case of water damage is really a thing to me. Once I was in an area where was much softer water and I was surprised that my hair was so much smoother than at home. I thought it was the shampoo I used but I continued to use it when I was back home and there was this frizziness dryness again.

5AIR !: so i have a question, i like to blow dry my hair, i just hate the feeling of my hair being wet, but i always do it cool since i’m very sensitive to heat (i get hot super easy and whenever i get hot i feel like throwing up and sometimes fainting) so blow drying on hot is a huge no, but still, is blow drying on cool still damaging? another question, you said to shampoo your hair as little as possible, but what about conditioner? should you condition your hair as little as possible too or should you do it often?

앟갓스테이: I often tie my hair especially in summer, could you please tell me what do you recommend to use when hair tying? Thanks ✨

rakki: I have been doing vinegar rinse for over four years (once per week) and it does bring the shine back. As for shampooing my hair, I can only tolerate every other day. If it goes longer, my scalp becomes itchy.

despair83: I recently found out that it is also important to have scalp care routine which some people might neglect. Will you be showing us how to have proper scalp care as well?

Author Anne Braun: Hi Liah - could you please recommend the best brushes wet and dry that will help if you have a lot of air fall out. Thanks!

Taylor Hillard: I'm surprised at the uv damage part. My hair is the classic auburn (brownish-red) but it all depends on sun exposure. During the late fall and winter my hair doesn't get any sun and it gets so drab, and almost grey brown. But in the summer it turns such a lively reddish auburn with even some blonde highlights. It turns such a pretty color when it gets more sun idk if I can bear to give that up.

Jeanipin: hello, just found this video. What I would like to ask you is, when using acv as a rinse, is it a final rinse or would I have to rinse it again after using it? Thank you for all your information. x

Ellie: Its interesting that you mentioned water damage, I was reading an article where they found evidence that blowdrying the right way is better for your hair than air drying, because your hair is wet and damp for so much longer when air drying it can be really damaging. Ill link the article here: https://www.marieclaire.co.uk/news/beauty-news/air-drying-hair-vs-blow-dry-639505

Atiny1117_8m1t: Liah: wash your hair every 2 or 3 days My hair: gets really greasy if I spend more than 24 hours without washing it No but seriously, I've already heard it's no good to wash your hair every day, but if I don't wash my hair every day, it becomes greasier ever hour.. what can I do? or what product should I use?

Léa Mu Biu: This spring I started washing my hair with... eggs. I actually let it sit a bit as a mask before I rinse it out. It's a bit tedious so I alternate with normal shampoo, but basically it cured the dryness of my hair within 2 washes. The biggest downside is that no one's used to the smell of batter in their hair; it gets worse when I rinse with an ACV solution, because then it REALLY smells like a salad dressing for HOURS. Once the hair is dry and the smell is mostly gone, it still takes a while for the hair to smooth out (I leave it entirely alone, no styling or brushing) and start shining, but one thing that is immediately obvious is the softness of the hair ends that used to be brittle.

Pink Oilbox: I am super impressed and I tend to really listen word for word. She's so knowledgeable and I like how she speaks. Great job! Thanks for this

okie dokie: I try to prevent most of the things that she mentioned. I barely ever style my hair anymore. I've never dyed/bleached my hair. I use shampoo 2-3 times a week. I don't have hard water. I don't have too much direct exposure to the sun either. My scalp isn't that oily either. My hair is STILL frizzy and damaged. I have hairfall and my hair isn't soft either. One thing that I've learned in my life is that you can't fix anything if you don't have a proper diet (which, unfortunately, I don't think I have. I also drink less water). I can bet my life on this

Emma Hi: Summary Chemical damage- bleaching, dyeing, perms, colouring Water damage- quality of water- hard water bad- tip if have vinegar rinse or water softener thing. soft water good, length of exposure long period of time is bad, don’t comb or style wet hair Product damage- don’t shampoo two often extend and adjust days as much as you can. Only shampoo scalp, choose the most moisturising shampoo, use as less hair products as possible, brush hair before shower, clarifying shampoo/ foam shampoo every so often if needed Physical shampoo- gently press out the water when towel drying, swap out towel drying for an old shirt, don’t tug or stretch hair Heat damage lower- less long exposure to heat, no long hot showers, hair styling make sweet and short, invest in tools that will cause less damage UV damage- avoid direct sun exposure as much as possible, wear hats etc

Janna Jaiya: Hi Liah! Hope you would notice this comment >.< Can you also make a video about the hair roots/hair scalp? I’ve been dealing with dandruff since forever and i don’t know if its considered a psoriasis bc the flakiness won’t go away no matter how much i take them off using a fine toothed comb, so i’ve been experiencing major hair fall and frizziness :( i so badly wanted to have a healthy hair for a long time, and i still don’t know which of the tips i should follow. Hope you could make video tips about this please. Thank you so much!

🥥coco_melon🍉: Dyeing your hair with the right kind of dye can actually bring health to your hair as long as it’s not constant

Just a FAN: Thanks a lot for the video I really enjoyed watching it I have a request though, There is this organix biotin and collagen shampoo which helps give your hair some volume. I’ve been thinking of purchasing it but I’m scared it may do more harm than good. Please it would help a lot if u made a review about it

Mother of Ghosts: I am extremely lucky with my hair, I bleached dark brown hair to a very light blond for 8 years (long & most hairdressers were always amazed by how ok my hair was). When I stopped & it grew out - I went from washing my hair from washing ever 7-10 days to every 3 days... I forgot how much work washing hair is

pandaraleo: Using Baby shampoo(and baby cream for your skin) is a great option too because(at least in my country) products for babies are much more better controlled and many ingredients that are harmful and used in normal products aren't allowed to get used in baby products.
